About: My parents adopted a 3 month old kitten when I was 18, about to turn 19 years old. I was the one who helped my mom pick the right supplies. She didn’t know about kitten food, the difference between wet and dry food, or the best kind of litter to get. I helped walk her through it, till she could do it on her own. About: I have had cats since I was a kid. My parents lived on a farm so we would always take in strays and I would help take care of them. My cat Scarlet was abandoned on our porch when she was only 2 weeks old and I bottle fed and took care of her. About: I have been involved in a dog rescue for the last 10 years and cared for 100 of dogs from pregnant once, puppies, timid dogs , sick / special needs to senior dogs. I train them basic commands, leash training , potty training and create training . We have 2 acres in the backyard where the dogs can run and play . I love to take dogs on walks and exercise them . About: I have worked at Petsmart before. At Petsmart we are required to know what makes a dog comfortable while at a public place or somewhere other than home. I have watched over puppies 2 and 3 months old for my in laws a couple times now. My parents got a kitten that I helped take care of till I moved out about 10 months later. I own a chinchilla which is an exotic small animal. I’ve had her for a year. I’ve been fascinated by pets since I was a child and always do my research before taking care of an animal. I look forward to being of assistance. I fluctuate between part time and full time. I’m usually free tuesdays, wednesdays, and thursdays. I can schedule the time off if it’s 3 or 4 weeks in advance. I usually work mornings except for mondays, when I work evenings. I can always visit the pup or kitty during break and then spend the rest of the day with them after work. This will most likely be temporary until I can get a solid schedule here or at Home Depot. My apartment complex is very pet friendly. My building is only a few steps away from a dog park inside of the complex. The clubhouse has dog treats and I can provide as well based on age and diet. I will always ask any questions about what you would prefer for your fur baby. I have a chinchilla that stays in a cage as long as your pet is around. She is curious and will not hurt your pet even if they stick a paw in between the bars, which is hard to do anyways. My living room is a large space for any pet. I’m currently working part time, but I’m willing to do weekly stays with 2-3 weeks in advance notice. I also will require meet ups before every service in a public place. This is not going to be required for existing clients. I live in an apartment so I don’t currently own any pets, but everyone in my direct and extended family either has, or has had one that I’ve grown up with.
