About: Hi! I’m Iniya :) I’ve had my own dog for 12 years and have been helping care for dogs and cats for over 8 years. I’ve done everything from daily walks and drop-ins to overnight stays and longer pet-sitting while families are on vacation. About: I don’t know a life without pets to care for! I was raised with both dogs and cats and currently have 2 big dogs of my own. I am regularly caring for friends, family, or friend of friends’ pets - both cats and dogs and including drop-ins or boarding at either their house or mine. For drop-ins and walks I am generally available weekdays from 11a - 6p for same-day notices. With a bit of notice I have weeknight availability. My two dogs have a large fenced backyard and a fenced front yard, and also get walks with my husband and I. My dogs are both 50-55 pounds and I can handle both simultaneously without issue. For both your dog and my safety, I don’t walk reactive dogs over 75 pounds unless my husband is available for assistance (limited availability and will require more advanced notice).

About: Do you have a dachshund that you’re nervous to leave in someone else’s care because of how unique they are? I completely understand. I was the same way with mine. Dachshunds have their own little quirks, and their backs require some extra care. I know how important it is to have someone who understands how to properly pick them up and why you don’t want them constantly jumping off beds or couches. My home has stairs leading up to both, so they can get where they want to go without putting unnecessary stress on their backs. My husband and I also work from home full-time with flexible jobs, so your Velcro pup won’t be left alone. I’m able to give them lots of attention, hang out with them throughout the day, and take them outside as many times as they need. 5–6 times a day? No worries! I’ve watched multiple dachshunds for friends I’ve met through our local dachshund meetup, and I’ve really enjoyed getting to know each of them and their little personalities. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dachshund with someone else, and I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re in good hands. I decided to offer my services on Rover because I know what it’s like to be new to town and not have someone you trust to watch your dog. If you’re looking for someone who already understands dachshunds and all their little quirks, I’d love to meet you and your pup! About: I've had dogs my entire life, 3 decades of experience, including raising golden retriever puppies in our household and litters upon litters of kittens. though I would count the last 12 years since I was in college as heavy experience with dogs (and cats) of all kinds. She played ball with him, kept him entertained with games, cuddled with him, and treated him like he was her own dog. One thing I especially appreciated was how many videos and updates she sent. It gave me so much peace of mind seeing Marty having fun and being so well cared for. He looked genuinely happy and comfortable the entire time. I would absolutely trust Tiffany to watch Marty again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, attentive, and dependable pet sitter.”
“Cassandra and Jason were amazing sitters! We left our dog with them for 5 nights, and he got all the walks, cuddles, and attention he could have wanted. From the photos they sent, we could clearly tell he was having a great time, and we came home to a happy, healthy pup. They also did a couple of drop-in visits for our senior cat at our home. Our cat usually hides from everyone, but she actually came out to get some love from them, which says a lot. Cassandra and Jason made sure she had everything she needed while we were away. We felt totally at ease knowing both of our pets were in such caring hands and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again!”
