About: I am an animal lover. I have three dogs of my own, all small rescues. I love big dogs but can’t have them in our tiny house. I am a full time nurse practitioner but take care of animals on my days off. I know how hard it is to find loyal and trustworthy people to care for my animals. That is why I wanted to provide this service. Also, walking and playing with dogs and cats is fun. We also travel and are interested in keeping dogs during travel. My husband and I work together to make sure our dogs are outside regularly throughout the day. I will only be taking appointments on my days off, so my schedule is a little sporadic. For overnight stays, I need to have walked your dogs at least 4-5 times and/or completed a trial of doggy day care to make sure your dog gets along with my personal animals.

I have taken care of fish, chickens, cows and horses. I am insured I am a non smoker, I do not charge by the nbr of animals nor do I bring anyone or any pets to Your home! If they like to ride in the car they can run errands with me if necessary and I can get them to their groomer. If boarding at my house the animals are kept separate! I have divided yards and will start daily boarding April 15 2026 Sharla Johnson - I work part time from home So I am available during the day and for overnight stays! I became his Auntie Robin. Now every time I go to visit my friend he thinks I'm there for him and walk and play time. Of course I do this as he is so loveable I'm happy to go for a walk and play with my fur friend while visiting with my friend. I recently cared for my neighbors large and small dogs, 2 cats and a bird on a last minute need while they went away for the holiday weekend. I did home visit twice a day as requested. I would spend 30-45 minutes at the home as the owners requested. The dogs knew me & I was like family. They were happy to see me. I feed them, played with them, let them out to potty and gave appropriate treats for good behavior. My last day they dogs laid on top of me like I was their family. The dogs also listened to me when it was time to kennel them even though they didn't want to go in they did. I currently volunteer for the past 12 years with a domestic rabbit rescue. I go out to the rescue when I can to help, feed, care for special needs bunnies, clean up them yard/x-pens where the bunnies are housed. I give medication when needed. Including medication by means of oral, drops and shots. Including helping with the rescue I also foster bunnies in my home in addition to my 2 fur babies of lionhead bunnies. One of which can be seen in my pictures. Pet sitting/house sitting is my primary job. I enjoy spoiling my pets along with my clients pets. This makes my clients able to enjoy holiday or work trips without worry. As I make sure to treat the clients pet like my own and give lots of love and care like their human. Every pet not matter if my pet, friends, family or a client is an important part of my life when I’m with them. I am working part-time, which gives me plenty of time to either check in on your pets, walk them, or spend time with them. I love cats and dogs equally. I have three dogs at home, two of them are big dogs and one of them is small. The first two I mentioned, were rescued as puppies-and so I have a deep appreciation for all types of dogs and cats, despite their pasts. I also have a history with cats, the number of them I cannot say, but I love taking care of them too.

I have taken care of fish, chickens, cows and horses. I am insured I am a non smoker, I do not charge by the nbr of animals nor do I bring anyone or any pets to Your home! If they like to ride in the car they can run errands with me if necessary and I can get them to their groomer. If boarding at my house the animals are kept separate!
