About: I have been around dogs for 41 years and taken care of them for over 36. I've also worked with and cared for cats, goats, horses, pigs, chickens and some other exotic animals here and there. I have experience in training dogs both on and off leash with e-collars. I also have a dog and indoor/outdoor cat and have trained them to get along and perform jobs.I I am a work from home entrepreneur with 1 acre who also works with a local farm on 20 acres, so there is always plenty of space and time to take care of animals. I have a half acre fenced yard with a standard 4' fence so as long as your doggo isn't tiny or able to jump fences they'll be able to stay outside longer if they like. Otherwise I can monitor them or walk them around the property. I have en elderly dog who may play with your dog(s) or who may keep to himself. I have an outdoor cat that takes care of snakes, bugs and rodents who also comes in the house sometimes. I have access to 1 or 2 small to medium crates, &/or if you prefer to provide a crate, I can crate your dog as well. If dogs are well trained and well behaved, I also have access to a 20 acre farm in the neighborhood so we can go there for exercise.

I have plenty of bowls and plenty of crates (XS, S, M, L, XL & XXL) including a 3 tier crate (for cats) if needed. My schedule is flexible, I'm almost always home. If weather permits, I enjoy going out for long hikes or going to parks/neighborhood for walks. ** Boarding & Housesitting - I'm available 7 days a week. The potty break/meal schedule is flexible on my end. They can go out often for potty breaks, to explore, fetch, and enjoy the sun as they please. Also, will provide outdoor play with engagement of other pups and can do some training as well. ** Housesitting - I will spend the nights with them. About: I have grown up having dogs my entire life. I have two family dogs named Comet who is 15 years old and Lucy who is 8 years old. I love my dogs and have taken great care of them. I also regularly walked a dog named Lucy (different from my family’s dog Lucy) twice a week for a year while in college along with many other walks, drop-in visits, or sitting opportunities over the past six years. I enjoy walking, sitting, and doing drop-in visits for dogs. They bring me great joy, have such fun personalities, and get me outside for some exercise and fresh air. I am a social worker who is currently working on transferring licenses from states. With that said, I am currently very flexible with my schedule. I will always prioritize your pet’s needs. I usually like to see what the dog is doing in their own space or in a new space like my house so I can learn their preferences. I am always in the same room as the dog and never leave them on their own. My house is very clean and organized. There is plenty of living room and bedrooms space for them to roam around.
