“Bailey was dropped off early in the morning. This was his first experience with a daycare. Lori quickly took him for a walk after I said "I'll be back." He handled this new experience well. The visit was actually cut short due to a change in scheduling at the VA but when I picked him up, he was happy to see me, but didn't seem upset at all. This is a spoiled little boy and he was as comfortable as could be expected.! Lori was friendly and confident with how she handled things. I will definitely use here services again! About: I've always had dogs but starting in high-school I began doing extended stay dog care for friends of my parents and neighbors. I've worked with all ages, from puppies to very senior. I work jobs that allow me a somewhat flexible schedule if I needed to go check on a pet. I also don't travel for work so I always around. Throughout the stay, they went above and beyond. They sent frequent updates and lots of pictures, which made me smile every time. It was so comforting to see my dog happy, relaxed, and having a blast with Lana. When my dog didn’t want to eat at first, they reached out right away and kept me posted until she finally finished her dinner—something I really appreciated as a nervous first-timer. When I picked her up, she was completely worn out—in the best way! After three days of nonstop play and attention, she came home happy, tired, and clearly had the time of her life. Samuel and Erica treated my dog exactly how I would want her to be treated—with love, patience, and genuine care. They communicated wonderfully, kept me in the loop the whole time, and truly felt like people I could trust completely. I’ll absolutely be booking with them again. Highly, highly recommend!”
