I do let my own dog roam freely, but I completely understand that not every dog is comfortable or safe doing that. I have a running cable available if needed, and I’m also happy to take dogs outside on a leash for potty breaks and walks. About: I grew up on a cattle farm. I have loved animals my whole life. I have had a variety of inside and outside dogs growing up. I have a through understand of animal behaviors and body language, especially in dogs. To me dogs are like children, they need to be stimulated with exercise, play, and challenges. I currently work from home and have my own dog that I care for during the day. I have a lot of time during the day and thoroughly play and walk my own dog. I have a fenced in yard in a nice walkable neighborhood in White House. I walk my own dog every morning and have scheduled play times during the day. I also work with my own pup and do continuous training with her commands. Pets are family. Everyone is allowed on the bed and furniture :)

There is some sibling rivalry between my two cats and he made sure both of them had a chance to eat by sticking around and feeding them in separate rooms if need be. He also kept an eye on the house, and kept me informed of any suspicious activity in the neighborhood, made sure our windows were locked, took out the trash, etc. He was very communicative and responsive. This definitely made me feel more at ease during our trip. When the Microsoft crash shut all the airlines down, he reached out to see if our flight was affected and said he could keep feeding the cats if needed. I would highly recommend Doug for other pet owners, and would definitely use his services again in the future.”

About: I’ve taken care of friends and families animals throughout my life and can never get enough of doggy kisses! I have taken care of many pets on and off throughout my teen years and college and now that I am back in college…here I am! I am detailed, great with schedules, and understanding of special accommodations or unusual pets. I am in college part time, and am available to your pets all day Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, while Mondays and Wednesdays are before 9 and after 2. I have a fenced yard and understand keeping a proper schedule to make your pet feel safe and comfortable. I will always take special care of your animals in your home as well with toy pick up, wiping up messes, and scheduled outside play time that leaves them tired.

About: I've had animals of all kinds my entire life. I've had dogs of all sizes, cats of many kinds, guinea pigs, and even snakes. I've never met a pet I didn't love, and I'm known for unsocial animals warming up to me very quickly. I'm a huge animal lover and would love the opportunity to keep your fur baby company while you're away. I currently work full time in Nashville. Due to that, I have my availability turned off during the week. However, I am happy to to work together on evening visits for when I get home. I also have open availability during the weekend. My cat in my home gets the queen treatment, so I'd absolutely provide the same treatment for your fur baby. I provide all of the cuddles, pets, and play time to make for a happy pet.
About: I have had dogs since I was young at different periods of my life and am well experienced with caring for them. I am well versed in handling puppies and adults, but am inexperienced with senior pups. I trained my dog myself since she was a puppy. Im currently working part-time in the afternoons so I will be available to care for your pets throughout the day. I am available all week, but will be unavailable Mondays-Fridays from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. My weekends are flexible and open. I will be unable to do full-day sitting since I have my own dog that will need to be taken care off, but I can pop in multiple times throughout the day. I am able to follow any and all instructions and necessities listed for your pups like feeding schedules, potty schedules, medications, etc. I will not be able to sit within my own home since I live with other people/animals and wish to be courteous to them.
About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I’m available on for boarding on weekend, and weekdays after 9am to 7pm for starters and see how it goes… I'd love to help with pet-sitting! But I have three dogs of my own, so I'm unable to stay overnight. However, I'd be happy to do drop-in visits to check on your dogs anytime. About: I have 2 big dogs of my own as well as a cat. I’ve taken care of all of them since they were little puppies and kitties. One of my dogs is medicated and I’m happy to assist you with medications if needed. I have past experience walking/ looking after my neighbors, family’s and friends dogs and cats. I am currently a student so during the summer I am completely free. I prefer Monday- Friday but am happy to help on weekends. I don’t have a problem with early mornings or late nights. Whatever is convenient to you! I have an electric fence to conceal my two dogs. Although we have this, I never leave them outside without my eyesight on them. I try to keep my eye on them as much as possible to avoid anything that could go wrong/ prevent harm to your home.

About: I am the youngest of 4 girls and we always got the same pets together. But for some reason, my pets always lived the longest! I like to think its because I took the time to educate, play and love on my pets. My first pet was when I was 7: a hermit crab. Then a finch, a parakeet, a hamster and a rabbit. My hamster even knew his name, Ted, like a teddy bear. So when all the hamsters escaped their cage, only Ted came back! When my family got our first dog, Kovu, I quickly became his best friend (after my dad, of course). I taught him sit, down, shake, spin and roll over. We got a second dog, Hercules, who I taught all those tricks to as well as beg! Herc was a little more agile than Hunky Kovu. Kovu went on to learn how to retrieve their dog bowls for dinner and to help carry bags of trash to the trashcan or groceries to the house. As Herc got older, he became more anxious. So I’d give him extra cuddles every 4th of July and put on his vest that felt like a hug around him. Both Kovu and Herc have gone on to Dog Heaven after 14 years of life each. And I’ve gone on to live with a roommate with a very skiddish, anxious dog to owning two rescues with my Husband, Jax and Milo. They too, know all the tricks I taught my family dogs and have learned to be great around our 3-month old baby. I’m working part time in the early morning hours on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. Otherwise, I am free pretty much all day to care for your fur babies. If you have a fenced yard, I’ll make sure to get them plenty outside time for play. If not, I’m happy to take them for walks throughout the day. I’ll make sure to clean up after them so your home stays nice and tidy while you are away. I can give them a bath if needed and time for tricks and treats if you allow!

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for the last 15 years. I’ve worked with various breeds, sizes, energy levels and I’m comfortable with it all. I’m also comfortable with the puppy phase/training and I used to help train with my dad on the side. I love to go on runs and always bring them along! I grew up with everything from Cavachons to Labs to German Shepherds, and I have a 2.5 year old GSP and a doodle who keeps me on my toes :) I work in the liquor industry as a marketing manager and am only in the field from 12-4 every day, and even then have flexibility. I’m home 85% of the time and am home on the weekends aside from a dinner/brunch out! We love to go outside/for runs so we love to bring our furry friends with us. My fiance and I love together in White House, but I will be the only one providing care/responsible for your pups! I have a 2.5 year old GSP, and 3 year old goldendoodle, and a 7 year old orange tabby cat who absolutely love new friends and are very social.. I live in a neighborhood in White House with a dog park, and we can absolutely run around there! if your pups are here, we'll spend a lot of time in the yard or the park playing! At your home, we'll go for long, fun walks as well! I'm also a runner so I'm more than happy to take your pups along If you like to have your dog crated at night, that’s no issues at all, our pup sleeps in her crate as well! It’s super important to me that you feel safe and at ease when you leave your pup with me, so any routines, extra love, etc will always be top priority! And I will be the only one providing care for your sweet pup while I’m watching!
About: I have volunteered and fostered dogs for a few years. I have three pups of my own and am excited to start a new journey of caring for dogs when their people need. Currently a part time nanny after teaching for six years, so I have plenty of time to play and walk with your pets! Drop off and pick up times unavailable: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30am-1:30pm I have three sweet dogs to play with yours if they need a buddy. They are also not allowed upstairs, in case you have a senior dog or a dog who needs peace, your pup can have space to themselves. We have a community dog park if you're willing to let them use this (usually kept and empty). I also give lots of walks and snuggles! I am good with following a feeding and medication schedule. In the summer, we put up our temporary fence to allow for outdoor pool time!

If you hire me you will not have that problem. You can relax on your vacation or on your business trip knowing that your fur babies are taken care of. I do not currently have a fenced in yard but plan on getting one so if you want me to keep them in my home, I will leash them and walk them.

For safety, I do require that all dogs be comfortable around young children. If any concerns come up, I’ll contact you right away to make sure everyone stays safe and comfortable. Your pet will be well cared for here. 🐾 I work full time at Vanderbilt University and operate on a hybrid schedule, giving me consistent availability throughout the week. With my 2 boys in daycare during the day, I am able to dedicate focused, uninterrupted time to your pet. My husband is also able to work from home on the days I am in office. I care for pets the same way I care for my own, with consistency, attention, and a calm, safe environment. I have an 8-year-old golden retriever, so I’m very used to daily routines, reading dog behavior, and making sure everyone feels comfortable and secure. For walks, I follow your dogs pace or can follow your instructions and handle them exactly how your dog is used to. For boarding, pets become part of our home. We have a fenced backyard for safe outdoor time and a walkable neighborhood for regular walks. I supervise interactions closely and make sure every dog has space to relax or play depending on their personality. My golden retriever is friendly and helps new dogs settle in, but I always prioritize a calm, controlled environment.
