About: I've had a passion for animal care for as long as I can remember. Since adopting my dog four years ago, I've developed an even deeper love for the study of animal behavior. Does your dog get into trouble while you're away? They could likely benefit from some more mental enrichment! Sometimes just a walk around the block isn't sufficient to keep your dog mentally satisfied during the day. I ensure each visit is fulfilling by incorporating sniffy walks, puzzles, games, playtime, and your dog's favorite activities. I'm in college part-time and my other job is very flexible, so my schedule is very open. Towards the end of August is when my classes start on Mondays and Wednesdays. Other than those days, I'll have open availability for the foreseeable future. • Dogs must have a sturdy harness or collar. I do not walk dogs on aversive equipment (prong collars, choke collars, shock/e-collars.) • I use standard non-retractable leashes for safety. 6ft-20ft long depending on the needs of the dog.

About: I have owned every type of animal you can think of, from the standard house pets such as cats and dogs to hedgehogs, reptiles, aquatic animals, and farm animals. I have been petting sitting since I was a teenager in high school. I have no breed restrictions. I have also volunteered at an exotic animal rescue taking care of monkeys, kinkajous, wallabies and more! My new job is mostly remote so I will have open days to make sure your pets are cared for and well taken care of. I have a fenced in yard for my dogs when they are not heel trained. I have no problem crating animals or administering oral or topical medications.

I am available all week, but will be unavailable Mondays-Fridays from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. My weekends are flexible and open. Drop off and pick up times unavailable: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30am-1:30pm Townhome isn't an option to pick, but it's a decent sized townhome and I own it! Community is not like an apartment complex! I have three sweet dogs to play with yours if they need a buddy. They are also not allowed upstairs, in case you have a senior dog or a dog who needs peace, your pup can have space to themselves. We have a community dog park if you're willing to let them use this (usually kept and empty). I also give lots of walks and snuggles! I am good with following a feeding and medication schedule. In the summer, we put up our temporary fence to allow for outdoor pool time!

About: I have two boxers that are ages 12 and 9, so I am used to both high energy pups and those with lower energy who may need a proper medication schedule. I recently graduated from University, and I have a flexible window for pet care and related services. Caring for your lovely pets would be my main focus. I will follow all instructions left to me about your pet care. I understand that your pet's routine is important. I truly enjoy getting to know these furry companions.

About: I’ve owned and taken care of dogs for 50 years. I’ve taken care of up to seven dogs at once. I’ve had big and small dogs. All my dogs are adopted and some have had special needs. I’m retired, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups. I’m currently available to watch or board all week. I love taking dogs for walks. I have a fenced yard. Currently I don’t have any dogs but occasionally I watch my daughters dog. Even though I don’t have dogs I make sure all gates are closed and secured.
About: I am in the vet program at a local college and have worked with animals in school; Including dogs, cats, reptiles, rabbits, and guinea pigs. About: I am the youngest of 4 girls and we always got the same pets together. But for some reason, my pets always lived the longest! I like to think its because I took the time to train, play and love on my pets. When my family got our first dog, Kovu, I quickly became his best friend (after my dad, of course). I trained him on how to sit, down, shake, spin and roll over. We got a second dog, Hercules, who I taught all those tricks to as well as beg! I also taught Kovu how to retrieve their dog bowls for dinner and to help carry bags of trash to the trashcan or groceries to the house. I have experience with anxious dogs from a family dog and my former roommate’s dog who was very skiddish. My Husband and I rescued two dogs, Jax and Milo. They too, know all the tricks I taught my family dogs. I also did a 6-week training program with Jax to address his behavioral issues so I have some experience training a dog with destructive behavior, the tendency to run out the door and handling a mildly reactive dog. Jax and Milo have learned to be great around our baby and love him! I’m a full time mom to a little one so as long as your pets are friendly with children, I can do drop ins, walks and dogsit as long as the dogsitting does not require me to stay overnight. If you have a fenced yard, I’ll make sure to get them plenty outside time for play. If not, I’m happy to take them for walks. I’ll make sure to clean up after them so your home stays nice and tidy while you are away.
