I have been a veterinary nurse for 7 years and have been pet sitting for 10 years. I am able to properly medicate or administer injections (insulin for example) to pets if they are prescribed any medications. I like to meet with owners prior to their trip that way if there are any special needs or medications for the pet that I am aware of them. I received so many pictures and videos of Lex while he was staying with her that it felt like i was there with him. fast forward 4 days as I picked him up, i could tell he was sad to leave his new friends but was thoroughly exhausted and has been trying to rest up for the past 24 hours. needless to say, next time we need a sitter we'll be using Shelly again as she spoiled him more than we do at home. long walks, frequent trips to the dog park, sight seeing....the works.”

He seemed happy and relaxed (and has been known to be slightly anxious, so that was great to see). In addition, Christina raved about our pup's behavior and how much she was bonding with him. “I know when my dogs stay with Amanda they will be cared for like family. She takes Dexter on hikes to the waterfalls and and long walks. He loves running around the yard with Yukon and Denali and plays all day.He’s pooped out by the end of the day and sleeps well. Dexter whines as we get closer to their home because he’s excited to visit. Charlie my older dog enjoys relaxing in the yard and taking snoozes. I highly recommend for your fur babies.”
