He's an old dog (age 17) so needed a little assistance and she was willing and able to do so. From the start, she was incredibly responsive and kept us in the loop the whole time with photos of Brownie and Chewie, which gave us such peace of mind. She clearly loves what she does. The space was always clean and she made sure the dogs were entertained, active and showered with love. The walks, the fun and the attention, our pups were living their best life! “We contacted Zach at the last minute for an urgent boarding request. He was immediately responsive and happy to help, we dropped the dogs off within an hour of contacting him. He took careful note of all the care instructions we gave him and was calm when we were frantic about our situation. He was flexible and was able to accommodate our need to adjust the pick up time. Our dogs were happy and calm when we picked them up. Our bigger dog loved playing with Zach’s dog while we were away, and as a picky eater we were pleased she ate both her meals while at Zach’s. “Tracy has to be the best Rover sitter we have ever had!!! We were lucky to find Tracy as we needed next day pet sitting for our pup. She was quick in communication and gladly accepted our last minute request. Upon drop off she clarified on his routines and any special dietary needs. Throughout the stay, she sent sooo many cute pictures of our pup having the best time (tongue out is a great indicator)!!! She even checked in asking if it is unusual if he does not eat all his kibble during a meal. All around best dog lover and also the kindest human being. I would definitely entrust and recommend Tracy to anyone needing a Rover recommendation in the area!”
