Emily put Sugar’s collar on in addition to her harness in case she somehow got loose, which showed me she was thinking ahead and treating Sugar like one of her own. Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable leaving my girl in her care, and it was obvious Sugar was well loved and well cared for while we were away. About: Hi! While I’m new to Rover, I’m not new to pet sitting. I'm a lifelong animal lover who's been caring for pets since I was 10 years old. From fostering a senior chihuahua to caring for 150 pound mastiffs, I have a wide variety of experience. I’m a huge animal lover and truly love nothing more than snuggling up with a cat or dog on the couch. During the school year I do work 7am-3pm so your pet would have to be okay being alone for at least 8 hours. My weekends are low key so I’m able to provide much more undivided attention to your pet. I stay in homes for pet sitting as well as board dogs (dogs only) in my home. If your dog stays with me, I have a large fenced in back yard and very sweet 6 year old golden retriever to keep your pup company. I have two roommates that love pets as well. Your pup is also welcome to sleep with me as that’s what mine typically does. I live near a park and typically take my dog for a 30 minute to 1 hour walk in the evenings and would gladly take your dog for as much or as little of that as you prefer. If I stay in your home, my dog will he cared for by my roommates and I will provide your animals preferred routine.

Currently not available for any new walk/drop in requests Mondays & Wednesdays from 11-2. For drop-in visits, I will always take the time to figure out what your pet needs, and never make them feel rushed! For walks, I will cater our time to whatever your pet is looking for, whether that is as much distance as possible or as many stops and sniffs as possible! The end goal is your pet coming home happy and healthy and I’m more than happy to do whatever that takes!

About: I’ve been caring for my own sweet kitty, Jolene, for over two years and absolutely love being a pet parent. Growing up, I was always surrounded by both cats and dogs, helping with everything from daily walks to feeding and playtime. Over the years, I’ve also pet-sat for friends and family many times, giving lots of love and attention to both cats and dogs. I’m comfortable with all kinds of pets and truly enjoy making sure they feel happy, safe, and cared for. I have a flexible, hybrid work schedule that allows me to be available when your pets need me most. Whether it’s a quick drop-in, a walk during the day, or some extra playtime, I’m able to adjust my routine to fit your pet’s needs and ensure they’re well cared for and happy while you’re away. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I always prioritize their comfort, safety, and routine. I take time to get to know each pet’s unique needs—whether that’s feeding schedules, favorite toys, walk routines, or special care instructions. I keep their space clean, provide plenty of playtime and affection, and make sure they feel relaxed and at ease. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions closely to keep things consistent for their pet. Communication is key, so I provide regular updates (and plenty of pictures!!) to give peace of mind while you’re away.

About: Hi! While I’m new to Rover, I’m not new to pet sitting. I'm a lifelong animal lover who's been caring for pets since I was 10 years old. From fostering a senior chihuahua to caring for 150 pound mastiffs, I have a wide variety of experience. As a dog owner myself, I know the importance of having someone you trust to take care of your pet. I’m a huge animal lover and truly love nothing more than snuggling up with a cat or dog on the couch. I love sending photos and updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I’m a teacher so I’m extremely flexible during the summer. During the school year I do work 7am-3pm so your pet would have to be okay being alone for at least 8 hours. My weekends are low key so I’m able to provide much more undivided attention to your pet. I stay in homes for pet sitting as well as board dogs (dogs only) in my home. If your dog stays with me, I have a large fenced in back yard and very sweet 6 year old golden retriever to keep your pup company. I have two roommates that love pets as well. Your pup is also welcome to sleep with me as that’s what mine typically does. I live near a park and typically take my dog for a 30 minute to 1 hour walk in the evenings and would gladly take your dog for as much or as little of that as you prefer. If I stay in your home, my dog will he cared for by my roommates and I will provide your animals preferred routine.

About: 16 years of experience — I’ll keep your lil nugget spoiled, fed, and safe, with calm care, attention, and everything they need while you’re away. I come home on my lunch break, and the neighborhood is great for relaxed, scenic walks. I make sure pets are comfortable, cared for, and have everything they need. The neighborhood is very dog-friendly, with nearby parks and plenty of space for fresh air, sniffing, and happy little breaks. We’ll enjoy our time outside.
