About: Caring for others has been a meaningful part of my life for as long as I can remember—both people and animals. I’ve cared for my own pets, dog-sat for family and friends, rescued lost pets and helped reunite them with their owners, and have always been drawn to animals who need a little extra care and patience. I have grown up with animals but have been indecisive about getting my own pet- just because I don't think I could leave the shelter with just one! About: I’ve taken care of cats since I was 6. I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 17. I’ve been relied on by multiple people to watch their dogs over the years. Since my mom is a full-time nanny a lot of her customers have dogs. So she would take care of the children and I took care of the pets. I’m currently training and caring for a grey pyrenees puppy at least a few times a week. I’m currently working as a full-time freelancer so any day at any time I’m free. In that scope, I’ve managed surprise litters, caring for young and senior pets with all their needs. I’m currently working from home, so my schedule is very flexible. About: Previously, I worked as a Veterinary Pathology Technician. This position allowed me to pay attention to certain changes in ability and health. I have experience in dog/cat boarding, administering pet meds, bathing small/large dogs , and clipping nails. I am able to provide meals 3 times per day. About: I have professional experience caring for dogs through Wag, PetSmart, and Petco. I worked with Wag for two years providing dog walking and pet care services similar to Rover, and I also worked as a professional bather at both PetSmart and Petco. In addition, I have experience training German Shepherds and Belgian Malinois in Schutzhund-style training, which gave me hands-on experience working with strong, intelligent, high-energy dogs.
