About: I grew up in a dog loving household, and as the oldest child, had a very helping hand in the care and training of our dogs. We now have a Goldendoodle named Truman who lives full time with my parents, but loves to come for lengthy visits when they travel. My boyfriend and I have a dog together - Nala - who is a sweet Shepsky mix. She can be an anxious girl, and doesn’t always love other dogs, so I have gained a lot of experience in helping her get comfortable around strangers. I also have experience with all ages of both cats and dogs (big and small). Entrusting me with your pet means that they will safely receive cuddles and playtime and you will receive lots of pictures and updates. I am a nurse by day, but have been cutting back on my hours. On my days off, I am extremely flexible. My schedule reflects the days I have available for a drop in or to walk your pet! At this time, I will be caring for pets only at your home. Our dog takes a lot of warming up to other pets! I am open to having the pets in my car for a trip to the park or a walk or hike!

“Emily took wonderful care of my fur baby, Sugar, while we were visiting Nashville. She has a large fenced yard where the dogs can play, and I appreciated the extra safety measures she took. Emily put Sugar’s collar on in addition to her harness in case she somehow got loose, which showed me she was thinking ahead and treating Sugar like one of her own. Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable leaving my girl in her care, and it was obvious Sugar was well loved and well cared for while we were away. I would happily trust Emily with Sugar again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and conscientious pet sitter.”

About: I am kind, caring and affectionate and I will respect your rules. I have been a pet owner for over 25 years. I have also been involved in caring for and rescuing many pets over the years. This has been my great joy. My home is pet friendly and pet safe. I understand how it feels to leave your beloved pets and I know how much it means to know that your sweet ones are feeling happy and well loved while you are away. I enjoy sending my clients pics of their pets during their stay. Providing secure accommodations and a fun place to stay is paramount. This is my absolute purpose, goal, and pleasure. Pet sitting is my only job. I am home all day. With your approval, your dogs will be free to enjoy inside or outside. I have a secure privacy fence and a pet door for easy access. Of course, if you prefer a more regimented potty break schedule and time outside, I am happy to oblige. I allow dogs to make themselves at home. Sitting on furniture is A-okay. (as long as you approve.) I will certainly respect your rules. I like our dog visitors to be comfortable, feeling safe and welcome. I have a ChiWeenie; who sleeps A LOT and keeps to herself mostly; however, she is friendly. I also have a very friendly and playful Jack Russell/Beagle mix who enjoys company. My yard is secure and fun. We also have patio furniture they can lounge on. I keep our upstairs access gated. Of course, I will follow your instruction in regard to their sleeping. Margaret’s setup was one of the better ones we’ve visited, and she had a good rapport with Rio. He slept for much of the day, which he doesn’t always do at Rover. That means he felt safe, secure, and at peace. We will book again the next time we’re in Nashville!”

About: I have owned dogs throughout my life and have watched the dogs of friends often! I am experienced in caring for their basic needs, and I enjoy giving them a memorable and fun experience by going to the dog park, engaging in play, or simply chilling on the couch! I also know how to do basic grooming, such as bathing and nail trimming, but not hair trimming. I pride myself on keeping your home tidier than you left it, providing my own food/necessities myself, and following any and all house rules.

About: Always been the go to dog sitter for my friends and family! Have a sweet pup of my own (Lola) and she gets along great with other dogs and she loves having a friend around! Weekday afternoons are great for drop in visits as my afternoons are free! Weekends are best for overnight stays since that is when I am home the most! I live in an apartment but in a very walkable area so lots of walks and time at the park! My dog has a lot of energy so able to make sure your dog is exercised well if that is needed!

I live in a clean, comfortable townhouse apartment where pets are treated like part of the family. Although I don’t have a private yard, there is a park and walking path right next door for frequent potty breaks, exercise, and outdoor time. I always follow each pet’s normal routine and any safety instructions provided by their owner. I also have a very friendly German Shepherd named Bella, so boarding pets should be comfortable around other dogs.
