About: I’m currently in professional school, looking to spend time with some fur babies, get to know Nashville, and make a little extra money for school. With 16+ years of personal pet care experience, I have the knowledge of what it takes to properly live and care for your pets while you are away. “Emily took wonderful care of my fur baby, Sugar, while we were visiting Nashville. She has a large fenced yard where the dogs can play, and I appreciated the extra safety measures she took. Emily put Sugar’s collar on in addition to her harness in case she somehow got loose, which showed me she was thinking ahead and treating Sugar like one of her own. Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable leaving my girl in her care, and it was obvious Sugar was well loved and well cared for while we were away. I have also always been a regular volunteer at the animal shelters, so I have experience with all kinds of dog personalities, behaviors, and activity levels. I am extremely active so would love to help you out with walks while you are at work, but would also love some couch potato company if that’s what your pet is into! I have two Australian Shepherds (7 yrs old & 5 yrs old), who I have raised since they were both 8 weeks old, so I have experience with very high energy dogs/puppies. They are very well behaved with other dogs, and love to socialize. I have always grown up with dogs since I was 4 years old, and couldn’t imagine not having a dog at any age. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am able to give constant attention throughout the day, including regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and feeding! About: Hello! I'm Alexis. I've owned animals all my life. I signed up for Rover to be able to help people care for their dogs. I can provide all basic care and love them like they're my own. I have years of animal experience with dogs and cats as well as wild animals. Right now I am currently working full time so I can only accept pets that are ok being dropped in on either early in the morning or late in the day! About: I’ve taken care of both dogs and cats for years. I’m the friend who everyone else leaves their pets with when they go on trips :) My husky Raya keeps us active with daily walks and weekend hikes — your dog is always welcome to join For cat owners - I’m cat lady at heart, have had 4+ cats since I was 10, and would love to meet yours. My work schedule is very flexible, I will be able to keep your fur baby company, and attend to any special needs they might have. I have a couple of dog parks all around me for the pups to run around and play and a large crate available if preferred.

“This was our first experience using a third-party app like Rover my wife and I were constantly putting our animal in kennel stays as we went out of town. When I got recommended the app, I was a bit skeptical, but after meeting Chris and seeing his interaction with Mattis, I was comfortable and knowing that he’d be left in some good hands. As we went on vacation out of the country Chris kept us informed with scheduled messages and rapid communication anytime I reached out.
