About: I have been around all types of pets my whole life. Dogs, cats, birds,even horses. I worked at an animal hospital for 2 years in Georgia and learned about handling, as well as giving medications and some grooming. I am a full time teacher at a local elementary school. I have weekends and most holidays off. I am off work and home by 4:15 during the week and around all the time on weekends except for the quick outing for dinner or the grocery store. Your pet is my priority. If you need me to stay with them overnight I will, if your pet needs meds or shots given I will do that too. About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life. I have a German Shepard lab mix. My boyfriend has six dogs that I’m around a lot, so there is never a shortage of dogs near me. He has a Mastiff, a puggle, 2 husky puppies, and 2 Boston terriers. I love all dogs of any size and age. I’m currently working part time, and I have a very flexible schedule. About: I have taken care of fur babies since I was a kid. We've had a Tinkerbell (toy poodle), a Bilal (Chow), Red (doberman). As an adult my baby had 2 sets of litters and we had both litters in the house as our babies until we started giving sime of the pups away (hardest thing to do, yes we cried). I'm currently a homeschool mom and am home daily with my 9 year old daughter. I don't mind flexible schedules but long term set works better. I have a fenced back yard. My home is full of fur baby lovers. Myself and my two daughters ages 19 and 9. I also will take walks around the neighborhood (leashed). I have an older chihuahua (Gramps) who found us 6 years ago..he sleeps most of the day.

I have a flexible schedule, so I can give pets attention in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings depending on what they need. On a weekly basis, I’m available consistently and can adjust my routine to make sure each pet gets the care, time, and attention they deserve. I care for pets by making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved whether they are in my home or their own. I follow any instructions the owner provides closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medication, and routines. I spend time playing with them, giving attention, and making sure they feel calm and cared for, especially when their owner is away. I also keep their environment clean and make sure they always have fresh water and everything they need. My goal is to treat every pet like my own and keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible.

“Wow. This was an absolutely great experience. I had a plan for my dog when I booked my trip. That plan fell through and Abby saved the day. Based on my flight schedules that had already been booked, I had to have two different people drop off and pick up my dog. She worked with the schedules, she worked with my neighbor and my mom, she was fast to respond, and they made sure my dog had plenty of play time. She sent pictures and updates throughout the trip which always made me feel really good while out of town. Easily my go-to dog sitter at any time going forward.”

I am at home 90% of my day and weeks. When I am out of the house, I am not gone for more than two hours. I am able to attend to dogs and get them outside for playtime and potty breaks multiple times during the day, each day! I have a fenced in yard which allows safe play outside. I have full grass in the backyard as well as some shady areas for the dogs to run around! When the dogs are outside, I will be outside with them at all times.
