I am a former vet tech so i also know a lot about dogs health , medicine administration and other things , i am also experienced with training young dogs under the age of 1 . I am a stay at home wife with 2 step kiddos. I have a very flexible schedule therefore i am open at all times for pet sitting. If you need updates, phone calls, video chats im open to all of it to ensure your pet is in great hands I do not a fenced in yard but all dogs are leashed while being outside with supervision. Dogs can free roam in the house with no worries of the pet getting a hold of anything harmful since i have a dog of my own . My dog will not be around the clients dog while in my care , my pet has her own room where she spends her time playing while other unfamiliar animals are in the home to avoid the clients pet being uncomfortable. I have a 2 acre yard and also a play pen for dogs and puppies in my back yard if the pet needs some zoomies time

“She watched all 3 of our dogs in her house one is a Great Dane who is very clumsy and big. My lab mix is very skittish and she was patient and kind. Toward the end of their stay he had even started to hang out with her which is a big thing for cow. My dogs really enjoyed hanging out with her dogs, especially Remi who immediately wanted to play with my dogs. Overall I think they had an awesome time.”

About: I’ve spent all of my life with a passion for animals and grew up taking care of pigs for 4-H and FFA as well as riding and caring for about 16+ horses since I was 10 years old. I took veterinary college accredited classes in high school and have owned and cared for 3 dogs over the years. Unfortunately I am allergic to cats but I can take care of them in your home if needed. I'm recently retired and move to Tennessee to be closer to my daughter and Grandchildren. They adore animals also. I do not work. My only job is to bring my grandson to school and pick him up during the school year. I'm open anytime other than those times during the week. I have a small mixed dog and a medium Australian Shepard mix. My animals our free to roam the house during the day. I crate the Shepard mix at night.

For Drop-Ins: I stop by for feedings and enrichment for between 30 minutes to an hour. I make sure they care squared away and everything is locked up before I leave. For Walks: It’s simple … we just go for walks. 30 minutes to an hour or whatever set path and time per appointment. For House-Sitting: I set a time for me to come over. I stay for the duration of the appointment set and bring my own necessities so that I don’t have to leave the premises. I stay within your home, where your babies are most comfortable, and provide them with company and a set schedule. Before I confirm a booking, I will ALWAYS set up a meet-and-greet. I need to be able to sit down with the fur-babies and parents so we can get a good view of the vibes and to see if I would be a good fit. These meet-and-greets are NOT OPTIONAL and refusal will result in a CANCELED BOOKING! Sitting should be a comfortable experience for pet, pet parent, and sitter. Checking the vibes and getting details is critical for success.

Gertie had no separation anxiety when I left her and I had a great vacation knowing she was in good hands. Lots of pictures and communication kept us in the loop while we were gone. “I know when my dogs stay with Amanda they will be cared for like family. She takes Dexter on hikes to the waterfalls and and long walks. He loves running around the yard with Yukon and Denali and plays all day.He’s pooped out by the end of the day and sleeps well. Dexter whines as we get closer to their home because he’s excited to visit. Charlie my older dog enjoys relaxing in the yard and taking snoozes. I highly recommend for your fur babies.”

About: I’ve spent all of my life with a passion for animals and grew up taking care of pigs for 4-H and FFA as well as riding and caring for about 16+ horses since I was 10 years old. I took veterinary college accredited classes in high school and have owned and cared for 3 dogs over the years. Unfortunately I am allergic to cats but I can take care of them in your home if needed. I’m currently a stay at home mom with a baby on the way in September. I’m am always at home unless I’m out grocery shopping or out at dinner with my fiancé. So I have plenty of time to care and love on your fur baby and make them feel right at home! I have no pets in the home currently and I would only be able to take your dog on walks and around the property to use the restroom as we have no fenced in yard currently. They will be inside most of their stay. When pet sitting at your place I can most of anything that is needed. I do not have a crate available at my house currently so if you would like your baby in a crate or kennel, you would need to supply that as well.
