About: Ever since I was little, I loved looking after animals big or small. I was the neighborhood kid to call if there was a need for pet care. I started at 10 doing as little as picking up poo from yards to growing up and staying over if the owner was out of town! I have experience with dogs, cats and yes fish at almost every stage of life. I have had dogs ages newborn to 16+ in my care, so I have experience with all the life stages. I have experience training dogs of all sizes, from 5 pounds to 150 pounds. My dogs typically get on very well with other dogs. I dog sit 2 dogs in my home a few times a year for a few days to a week at a time. 1 medium and 1 large. I have fostered various dogs for Big Fluffy Dog Rescue in the past and I have helped and run adoption events at Petco for about a year for Simpson County Animal Shelter/Friends of the Shelter in Franklin KY. I am a stay at home dog mom. I can pet sit any time of the day or week, for just a few hours, a day or overnights. I only leave the house to go to the store or run a few errands. Typically not out for extended periods. If I am dog sitting, I prefer to be at home as often as possible. I am always around my dogs. I have dog beds in all areas of the house. About: Ever since I was little, I loved looking after animals big or small. I was the neighborhood kid to call if there was a need for pet care. I started at 10 doing as little as picking up poo from yards to growing up and staying over if the owner was out of town! I have experience with dogs, cats and yes fish at almost every stage of life. I also have a dog and cat myself. My daily schedule involves me waking up and letting my dog out while preparing their breakfast. After they eat, we get some snuggles in until it’s time to go potty. Later on, it time for dinner and then a nightly walk 30 minutes to an hour after dinner has been served. That ends our adventure for the day! For Drop-Ins: I stop by for feedings and enrichment for between 30 minutes to an hour. I make sure they care squared away and everything is locked up before I leave. For Walks: It’s simple … we just go for walks. 30 minutes to an hour or whatever set path and time per appointment. For House-Sitting: I set a time for me to come over. I stay for the duration of the appointment set and bring my own necessities so that I don’t have to leave the premises. I stay within your home, where your babies are most comfortable, and provide them with company and a set schedule. Before I confirm a booking, I will ALWAYS set up a meet-and-greet. I need to be able to sit down with the fur-babies and parents so we can get a good view of the vibes and to see if I would be a good fit. These meet-and-greets are NOT OPTIONAL and refusal will result in a CANCELED BOOKING! Sitting should be a comfortable experience for pet, pet parent, and sitter. Checking the vibes and getting details is critical for success.
About: I've had pets my whole life. I also worked at a dog groomers, where I learned how to care for others' dogs aside from my own. I am patient and really love animals! I have my own business where I mostly work from home so my schedule is generally up to me. I also have a dog so I have time set aside for taking care of him.
