“Derek accepted my request to sit for my new 5mo pup while I had to travel for work for 3 weeks (which last minute became 4 weeks) and he was nothing short of fantastic the entire time. He has great communication with at all times respective to his working hours. He is happy to sending pics/videos as often as you'd like and at request when you're missing your baby extra hard. I only had my baby for 3 weeks before I had to travel so she had barely any training under her feet when Derek took her in, and he was so forgiving & sympathetic of any negative behavior which was above and beyond what I could have asked for. He has has his own dog & a foster that he made sure to introduce with my puppy appropriately and kept an eye on all their interactions together while they were all adjusting (which didn't take long at all, and my pup adored her well-behaved temporary brothers!). Derek was my first experience with Rover and I don't plan to seek out any other sitter unless Derek is unavailable, and he will my first recommendation to anyone else to need a sitter in Memphis. About: Hello- I am currently a college student and a mom finishing up my master’s degree. My husband and I own four cats and a Husky. My oldest cat is twelve, and I've had him since I was sixteen. He has asthma and has an issue with muscle deterioration due to the steroids he is on for the asthma, so I do administer his medications daily. I have experience giving dogs and cats pill and liquid medications, understand behavior of dogs and cats quite well and since we have a Husky, I work with high-energy dogs too. I've had the pleasure of being around animals all of my life, and I am comfortable being around them 24/7. If you would like for me to house-sit in your own home, please know that I cannot do overnight stays as I have my own babies to take care of, but would happily stay for part of the daytime. You must be aware that since I own animals as well, if you know your pet has problems with the smell of other animals this could potentially lead to a bad outcome for myself or your pet due to territorial issues (things like pet aggression, jealousy, nervousness, overall behavioral channges in your pet that could lead to injury to myself). Giving me the opportunity to care for your furbaby means I can provide for my family and spend valuable time with my child while also focusing on my studies. I love to be active with animals, take them on runs and to the park, play fetch, and get those zoomies going! Send me a message if you'd like to book with me! Please know due to appointment scheduling, I may or may not be available at certain times during the week and will give you a heads up if there are any conflicts. I can easily crate your dog if needed so long as a crate is already provided. If we do go on walks and come across another animal that your pet doesn't care for, I will walk in another direction to avoid confrontation. I also carry mace with me just in case of an animal attack so I can better protect myself and your baby as well.

My drop off time was 8am- 9am , she started my day care I have not even arrived yet I always try to come at the last time listed which would be 9am . Also if you could include information on profile of what was told to me of … but for me anything after 10 PM is extended care since that’s my wind-down time, so there is an added charge, So that others know . For starters i’ve been a pet lover for the past 19 years of my life. i’ve had more pets than i can count on one hand but i can tell u for a fact each and everyone of them were and always will be loved. I’ve also been employed at a couple different jobs that required animal care ( Petsmart, Memphis Animal Clinic) which i have received great customer feedback at. i’m currently working part time but there is always someone at my home (family members) and they love ALL animals just as much as i do. I am very particular at following directions when in any home. My personal home can be available if need be. Crating some of my dogs if necessary.
About: I’ve been a pet owner for 35 plus years. Currently we all work hard to maintain our cat Cricket’s luxurious life of sleep treats eat and repeat. I also made quite a few animal friends as a Caregiver! With 10 years experience being a Housekeeper I had the privilege of meeting some special 4 legged family members who in turn I began to pet sit for. I’ve done lots of drop in visits for cats and dogs. Now that I’m a semi-empty nester with one child still in college I’d love to meet and help with your pet. Thanks for considering me! I’m currently a homemaker and volunteer with our church including Sunday School and a Kids church teacher. I have lots availability at the moment and openings for weekdays and weekends. My backyard is fenced and I have one indoor cat. I prefer to do drop ins or daily walks at this time weekdays and weekends.
About: I have given medication, cared for elderly pets and can be available for vet visits if needed. Happy to be of service with your pet's needs big or small ! I work for myself as a Realtor and I love animals. I take care of my farm in Mason and I live in Lakeland. I have a wonderful dog in my home who is dog friendly and well trained. I have a fence yard , and maintain the grounds. I have one dog friendly dog who is about 30 pounds, Who is fully vaccinated and sees the vet regularly. I have cameras as well for daily supervision.

“Derek accepted my request to sit for my new 5mo pup while I had to travel for work for 3 weeks (which last minute became 4 weeks) and he was nothing short of fantastic the entire time. He has great communication with at all times respective to his working hours. He is happy to sending pics/videos as often as you'd like and at request when you're missing your baby extra hard. I only had my baby for 3 weeks before I had to travel so she had barely any training under her feet when Derek took her in, and he was so forgiving & sympathetic of any negative behavior which was above and beyond what I could have asked for. He has has his own dog & a foster that he made sure to introduce with my puppy appropriately and kept an eye on all their interactions together while they were all adjusting (which didn't take long at all, and my pup adored her well-behaved temporary brothers!). Derek was my first experience with Rover and I don't plan to seek out any other sitter unless Derek is unavailable, and he will my first recommendation to anyone else to need a sitter in Memphis. Thank you SO much for the care & love you showed Koda while I couldn't be here, I appreciated it more than you know to have the peace and assurance that she was in good hands!”
