“Derek accepted my request to sit for my new 5mo pup while I had to travel for work for 3 weeks (which last minute became 4 weeks) and he was nothing short of fantastic the entire time. He has great communication with at all times respective to his working hours. He is happy to sending pics/videos as often as you'd like and at request when you're missing your baby extra hard. I only had my baby for 3 weeks before I had to travel so she had barely any training under her feet when Derek took her in, and he was so forgiving & sympathetic of any negative behavior which was above and beyond what I could have asked for. He has has his own dog & a foster that he made sure to introduce with my puppy appropriately and kept an eye on all their interactions together while they were all adjusting (which didn't take long at all, and my pup adored her well-behaved temporary brothers!). Derek was my first experience with Rover and I don't plan to seek out any other sitter unless Derek is unavailable, and he will my first recommendation to anyone else to need a sitter in Memphis. I bathed walked and took care of them mostly from the comfort of their own homes as their owners were away on trips. I am between jobs rn so for the next couple weeks I am completely free any time of day any day for whatever needs my pets may need. My yard is not fenced in so outside time at my house will consist of being walked on a leash for as long as the dogs may need. But otherwise they will be inside.

About: I go above and beyond for every one of my pet owners to make sure their babies are safe, well taken care of, and spoiled!! I have experience with all breeds, of all sizes and ages as well. I do everything I can to make sure your pets are happy and healthy. I also buy treats and toys (specific to your pups needs/wants). I'm currently working full time, from 8:30-3:30. So I will be with your babies in the morning from 6:30 AM to the time I go to work, come back around 3:30-4 PM, stay for a few hours, and then make one more night stop. Or, I just stay if im staying at my pet owners house. I dont do boarding but I am able to bring your babies to my house if need be whike i watch them. I have 2 dogs and 4 cats (2 of which are kittens) that would love to play with them and I have kennels if necessary as well. When at my pet owners house, I like spend quality time with all of the babies, make sure everyone is fed and taken care of and play until all that energy is out!

About: Hello, I'm Alex! I am a former Veterinary Technician with 3 years of training, and I've lived around animals my entire life. I have a strong passion for taking care of animals large and small. I am experienced in caring for cats, dogs, reptiles, rodents, insects, and many more! My wife, also named Alex, is a professional dog trainer and photographer. Between the two of us, we have years of knowledge regarding animal behavior and care-giving. We can guarantee that if you book with us, your pet will receive the highest quality comfort and safety. We're currently living in a small, quiet neighborhood just north of Memphis. Our house boasts a spacious backyard, with a gated enclosure for introducing new pets safely! We also have easy access to a patch of forest near our house, multiple small parks, and dog-friendly venues and restaurants! Aside from the usual necessities that every pet needs (food, water, and toys), our home is equipped with a variety of kennels, a secure dog bedroom, two litter boxes, and security cameras to ensure that no pets go unsupervised for too long. Our personal pet family consists of a 2yr old mixed-breed dog, adorable Dutch Shepherd puppy, two playful DSH cats, and two reptiles that live in terrariums. I'm a stay-at-home husband working around the clock to keep the house tidy, so your pets will have 24/7 care and affection! Dogs will receive bathroom breaks every 3 hours, supervised playtime in the morning and afternoon, as well as breakfast and dinner if they stay overnight. If your dog is allowed on furniture, let me know ahead of time and they can watch TV with us on the couch or snuggle up in bed! When I'm not at home, I will be helping my wife train dogs, running errands, or dropping into a client's home to look after their pet. We live in a cozy house with a spacious fenced-in backyard. Dog boarders will be able to play, run around outside, and spend quality time with us during the day. Cat boarders will have their own space to roam on the other side of the house, away from barking or loud noises. All dogs are kept separated in kennels while unsupervised, to minimize accidents and discourage bad behavior. We have experience mitigating and deescalating aggressive pet situations, so your dogs will receive top notch protection and security.

I'm new to the Memphis area and looking to meet nice families who need help with their dogs. I can walk or play with them as well as sit when you're away. About: Since I was 12 I’ve cared for the family pets, including dogs, cats, birds and fish. My friends have trusted me with their pups while away on vacation and their feline pets too. I’m currently working from home, From 8am to 5pm. So I do have a lot of time throughout the day and weekends. This part time job would be just perfect for me. I have fence patio with grass, I live in a townhome so I do have enough space. There’s also a lot of grass around my complex where I can take them for walks.

“Derek accepted my request to sit for my new 5mo pup while I had to travel for work for 3 weeks (which last minute became 4 weeks) and he was nothing short of fantastic the entire time. He has great communication with at all times respective to his working hours. He is happy to sending pics/videos as often as you'd like and at request when you're missing your baby extra hard. I only had my baby for 3 weeks before I had to travel so she had barely any training under her feet when Derek took her in, and he was so forgiving & sympathetic of any negative behavior which was above and beyond what I could have asked for. He has has his own dog & a foster that he made sure to introduce with my puppy appropriately and kept an eye on all their interactions together while they were all adjusting (which didn't take long at all, and my pup adored her well-behaved temporary brothers!). Derek was my first experience with Rover and I don't plan to seek out any other sitter unless Derek is unavailable, and he will my first recommendation to anyone else to need a sitter in Memphis. About: I am a 30 year old mom of 2 kids and 1 furbaby. I have had dogs, cats, sugar gliders, turtles, rabbits and even horses growing up. I have volunteered at animal shelters my whole 4 years in high school and had a total of 4 dogs in my home at once for 8 years. I am animal cpr certified. I have alot of experience but most of all alot of love. And love is what keeps your animals safe and happy! I work from home and have open availability due to owning my business. Open space for feeding and playing. Lots of potty breaks! Lots of toys! I do not cage pets unless asked by parents. I do have an open cage that never shuts. Big couch and multiple beds to sleep on!
