About: I provide low-volume, personalized boarding for dogs who deserve more than a kennel experience. I intentionally accept only a small number of dogs at a time so every pup receives plenty of attention, supervision, affection, and individualized care. I’ve cared for animals my entire life, including dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, parakeets, and reptiles. About: Available to pet/house sit in Dc as we have a child that attends a special school in Dc so we hope to visit her often so any opportunity to care for ur house/pets will be wonderful, since we live 7 hours away. At home, we have two male cats and used to have two rat terriers from puppy to senior. We also had a hamster, rat, and a fish. My grandma has few turtles as well. My husband used to have many different kinds of dogs during his childhood including Great Danes to Shepards. We have two kids that are passionate about fostering. We fostered a medium dog and helped him get adopted after 6 months. We also fundraised for a surgery he needed. My oldest daughter have volunteered at a foster agency. I also understand other short legged friends that need accommodations and have restrictions such as jumping off furniture or when playing not throwing things too high. About: I have experience with all different types of pets and have paid experience the past six years. I will make sure your pet stays on their routine and feels happy and loved while you’re away. During sits my wife tends to join me. She’s also very experienced with animals and has farm and exotic animal experience. If this is something you are not comfortable with, I am happy to adjust this. I am taking some time to start my own business with my wife. So there’s plenty of time and attention to go around. Most of my work can be scheduled around Rover. If I am housesitting however I may have to leave for a few hours at a time but usually no longer than 3 or 4 so that your pet gets the maximum amount of attention possible. Safety is always a top priority and your pups will always be kept on the same type of schedule they have when they are with you to ensure they aren’t thrown off their routine when you return.
