About: Craig and I have had a dogs since age ten. As an adults, we have continued to always have a dog (Spike, 7 lb). We also foster for Bonaparte's Retreat, 42 dogs and counting over the past 22 years. We have fostered special needs (blind, deaf, surgery recovery, special medical needs: pill schedule. We only take small/med breeds. Never more than 2-3 dogs at one time. We like them to have plenty of individual care and attention. They have the run of the house. We are retired and home with our pet guests. We have 5 acres for long walks and a large fenced in back yard. We even have a ramp for pups with issues going up/down stairs to the back yard. Staying with us is like going to Gramma's for the weekend. (some even choose share our bed at night, and that is ok) Available 7 days a week, we are retired. Enjoy walks, play time in the secured/fenced yard. We enjoy time on the porch on nice days barking at the squirrels and having treats. Pet sitting in our home. We have a 14 year old boy, 7 lbs, Spike. We have 5 acres for long walks, stairs and a ramp for pets to get to the fenced back yard area. We are retired and home with our pet guests during their stay. They have the run of the house just like they would at your home. Sleeping in pet bed or our bed with us if they prefer.

About: Growing up I took care of my neighbors and family dog. I have a 9 year old miniature schnauzer. I have had him since he was 6 months my little runt. He went through a rough acute liver failure when he was 1 and overcame it with lots of care and patience. He is now loving and healthy. I work full time, but I also get time off and no kids. When my fur baby is off with his dad I have all that time with no fur baby. I have a doggy proof home. All my cabinets have baby proof doors. Yes, I said it because mine loves to get carious when I’m not home.

About: I have been around all different kinds of dogs my entire life. My parents were big animal lovers which had been passed on to me. I have 3 dogs and 1 cat of my own. About: I have taken care of pet’s since I was a kid from family pet’s to friends to walking neighbors dogs. I work from home majority of the time, the most I’m out of the house is 4 hours consecutively. When I am away and at night I lock the pet’s in their own crate ( unless they have a “thunder-buddy”) to ensure their safety so no accidents happen. Your pet’s health and safety is my top concern. I have a child in home so his safety is also my concern. I know new places and people can give some pup/s anxiety and not all dogs do well with kids. If your doggo is anxious around kids please let me know so that way I can ensure my families safety while also accommodating and ensuring your pet is at ease while in my care. I have a fenced back yard for your pet to get adequate outside time, If your pet likes walks I am happy to take them for a stroll around the block, I am firm on sticking to your pet’s feeding times and will accommodate that to my best ability. About: My wife Diana and I run the Barksville Pet Waggin here in Clarksville. We have been growing our pet/home sitting business steadily for the last 15 years. We moved from Texas 4 years ago. Before that we served as pet sitters in the Austin, TX area for 3 years. Prior to moving to the Austin area, we had numerous clients throughout El Paso and Las Cruces, NM. We also do have a team of background checked and trusted pet sitters who work for us who help fill in the schedule when we can’t. These sitters are trained, insured and supervised by us. You will get the same Barksville Pet Waggin quality from all of our sitters and you will know, meet and approve in advance of who will be in your home if we are unable to do your sitting. You will know BEFORE you book if we are not available. Anyone booking for a holiday period must pay one month in advance and these reservations are non refundable. Half of the reservation amount can be credited towards a future booking. ** If you are booking an overnight pet sitting we do require an actual bed to sleep in. An air mattress in the living room or couch surfing is not going to work for us. If you want older more reliable people you get older bad backs that require a real bed. If you would like care in our home we could take small dogs there. We have a fenced yard and one small dog of our own. Diana’s mom is home full time so pups would have supervision all day.
About: I have came across every dog you can imagine! Because of my previous work in a dog daycare I have learned more than enough on how to handle them. I have had my own dog for 5 plus years and various other animals as well! I go to University three days a week but I'm mostly a homebody! I spend the majority of my time at home. In that time, I can do all kinds of enrichment activities with pets! Playtime, a walk, Swims in a kiddie pool! I do not have a fenced in yard but I always keep dogs on a leash when outside or I let them play in my large kennel fence/cage for a bit! I will always be there to keep an eye on them! And they'll never be out for more than 1-1.5 hours at a time.
About: I have had and taken care of animals my whole life. Also have worked at a dog kennel and grooming facility. Plenty of experience in the animal field. I own my on business and set my own hours. If I take a job taking care of your pet- it will be top priority! I can not care for pets in my home because my dogs are aggressive. However I can come to your home and work out a scheduled routine for your pets.

About: I’ve been sitting / watching dogs and other animals for more than a couple of years and I truly enjoy what I do . I dogsit for primarily the neighborhood I live in and all of my clients are by word . Your animals will be in the best care and get all the love they need ! I love to make sure they’re in the best care and I even send pictures throughout the day to update people on how they’re animals are doing ! I’m currently a full time college student at APSU . I’m done everyday around 12:30 so after that my day is free ! Weekends are not busy at all so those work perfect as well ! If I were to sit in the weekdays I’d do a morning stop then of course whenever school gets out go and check up on the animal ! I have a fenced in yard if clients need their dog to stay at my house . Amazing neighborhood but I do prefer to stay at houses the dogs are used to do to potty issues inside of the house from a new home . I do routinely walks and overall give amazing care to animals of all kinds !

About: I’ve taken care of dogs basicly all my life. I currently have an Australian Shepherd that is five years old. He is good with other dogs. He has separation anxiety, so I know how to take care of that as well. I work full-time at the University. I go on daily walks with my own dogs. I’m pretty free after work. You’re dog will feel at home:) I have a fenced in yard and I live in a house, so I have plenty of space for your pet. I also make sure that they get plenty of exercise.
