“Krista kept my black lab (Charlie) for almost two weeks while we were on a long vacation. She also went to my home for several drop-in visits with my cats during that same time. “She watched all 3 of our dogs in her house one is a Great Dane who is very clumsy and big. My lab mix is very skittish and she was patient and kind. Toward the end of their stay he had even started to hang out with her which is a big thing for cow. About: I’ve always had pets around me while growing up and I always watch my grandmothers dogs while she’s away and I watch a family friends pets when she’s on vacation. I also played a part in helping my grandmother train her dogs some basic commands to make her life a little easier. I am working two jobs now Monday-Wednesday I work 7am-4pm Saturday is usually 7am-4pm as well If your dog will not be able to handle being left in alone for 9 hours while I’m at work please let me know. Unfortunately will not be able to let them out during my break at work unless you are in Smyrna and located close to where I work. For walks, I keep dogs on the leash at all times for safety so can use an extended leash if that works. I do have a 30 foot and 45 foot secured leash line that I can place a dog on so they can walk around the yard, which will monitored by me, not left alone. I have a nice 2 bedroom home and dogs are allowed on the couch and bed, feeding is kept separate for each dog, and I monitor feeding times, water bowl is in the living room, and I have plenty of poop bags. Also for safety, I have an AirTag that can be placed on the collar especially if your dog is a runner etc. Safety first for your fur baby. Plus I have plenty of outside space, a large yard to walk them around and across from my home with a leash plus a 30 foot or 45 line for the yard so can be free to roam, and I’ll be out there with them.

About: My family back east has been watching and walking dogs at a high volume for 5 years. And now I’m doing the same here in our neighborhood! We absolutely love our four legged friends and enjoy looking out for them. They are loved and taken care of just like they would be with you! I also have a pup of my own, which has only added to my love and knowledge of caring for dogs! I am work from home part time and when my husband is home from work he also often helps with our rover pups. We have a baby so any dog we take care of needs to be comfortable with little ones. We also have a 1.5 year old dog. While I’m working he spends those couple of hours in the crate relaxing and we would prefer boarding dogs who are either crate trained and or house trained that will sit and relax during those 3-4 hours I’m working and on calls. Outside of that my dog and I enjoy getting outside to walk and play every morning, afternoon and evening. We have a huge dog park that is rarely used by any one other than myself that we can have your dog play in while staying with us. Or we do have plenty of open green area right outside our apartment for them to walk, play, sniff or lay on leash. We do have a fenced in patio as well where your dog can enjoy fresh air, sunshine and people watch. I always make sure gates are closed and leashes secured before a run around the yard or walk around the park. I have also been a part of fostering programs in the past. I am a full time firefighter so I work every third day which means I only work about 2 to 3 days per week! I have multiple hours free every day that I can spend walking or staying over watching someone’s pets. I am very thorough about what rules and things you would like me to do or not do with your pet. About: I have been taking care of dogs, in my household and for family friends. About ten years ago I started watching dogs and cats in high school for people who used the same vets office as I did. I have done overnight stays, walks, drop ins, and taken them to veterinary appointments. I have a senior dog at home and have taken him through puppy, intermediate and advanced training. As I mentioned, he is in his senior years so I spend a large majority of my time taking him for short walks in the cooler mornings and making sure he has the best senior years possible. :) I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so pet care is the majority of my daily and weekly routine. Outside play and walking are how I spend my mornings, and when it starts to heat up I focus on preparing treats and that stimulate the pets minds and keep them entertained without over heating. In the cooler weather if the dogs like to be outside we take longer walks or soak in the sun like my senior pup. Depending on the clients home, I am fine with crating them to be safe and make sure they are not getting into things in between drop ins. I have extensive leash training for dogs so walking will not be an issue. If there is a fenced yard I am happy to play games with them and run around.

About: My name is Hannah, but I go by Mikki. I have had pets since I was 15 years old and they have ranged from cats, dogs, and the exotic! I have a serious love for all the different types of fur-babies and am a proud pet parent myself! I’m the purrfect fit if you love someone enthusiastic about animals and their care, someone who is strict with rules and restrictions, and someone who is flexible! I have worked in a pet boarding type facility in the past and carry much experience wrangling dogs of all sizes and in all group sizes, with all different types of personalities. I also have a dog and cat myself. My daily schedule involves me waking up and letting my dog out while preparing their breakfast. After they eat, we get some snuggles in until it’s time to go potty. Later on, it time for dinner and then a nightly walk 30 minutes to an hour after dinner has been served. That ends our adventure for the day! For Drop-Ins: I stop by for feedings and enrichment for between 30 minutes to an hour. I make sure they care squared away and everything is locked up before I leave. For Walks: It’s simple … we just go for walks. 30 minutes to an hour or whatever set path and time per appointment. For House-Sitting: I set a time for me to come over. I stay for the duration of the appointment set and bring my own necessities so that I don’t have to leave the premises. I stay within your home, where your babies are most comfortable, and provide them with company and a set schedule. Before I confirm a booking, I will ALWAYS set up a meet-and-greet. I need to be able to sit down with the fur-babies and parents so we can get a good view of the vibes and to see if I would be a good fit. These meet-and-greets are NOT OPTIONAL and refusal will result in a CANCELED BOOKING! Sitting should be a comfortable experience for pet, pet parent, and sitter. Checking the vibes and getting details is critical for success.
About: I currently work at a vet clinic as a vet assistant. I have to make sure the animals are clean and that their cages are too and do any other kennel work. As well as putting owners and their pets in rooms before the vet sees them and I also will assist when anyone asks me whether it is just holding a dog, or drawing blood, etc. I own a cat here at college and 3 dogs back home. I’m currently a student at Mississippi State. But have a lot of off time when not in class. And especially during the summer I can give your pets a lot of attention. I currently have 3 dogs, a cat, and a turtle. I regularly feed my pets. I let out my dog regularly to go to the bathroom. I clean out my turtle tank regularly as well. I also have to give my dogs medicine regularly and clean out my dogs ears. I also will bath then regularly. I have a cat that stays with me at college too.

We’d prefer a 1 day notice but are open to same day bookings. We love animals and have 2 cats of our own. My husband has had dogs his entire life and we love getting our dog time in as a household of only cats lol! If you’re comfortable with it, we like visiting together but at times it will just be one of us depending on the schedule. We can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies! About: I’ve always had pets around me while growing up and I always watch my grandmothers dogs while she’s away and I watch a family friends pets when she’s on vacation. I also played a part in helping my grandmother train her dogs some basic commands to make her life a little easier. I am working two jobs now Monday-Wednesday I work 7am-4pm Saturday is usually 7am-4pm as well If your dog will not be able to handle being left in alone for 9 hours while I’m at work please let me know. Unfortunately will not be able to let them out during my break at work unless you are in Smyrna and located close to where I work. Thursday, Friday and most Sundays I am free to stay and look after them all day long unless I have plans. I am able to do anything needed to keep your fur baby happy and healthy while you are away. “Krista kept my black lab (Charlie) for almost two weeks while we were on a long vacation. She also went to my home for several drop-in visits with my cats during that same time.
