About: I’v taken care of dogs since I was old enough to be responsible for them, around age 12. I was in charge of feeding our family dogs, walking them, and exercising them through intentional playtime. We had 3 dogs then, and now we own two. About: I have 5 dogs that are my kids. I am a stay at home dog mom. Your dog will be my dog while in my care. 4 are small and 1 medium sized. They are all fixed, UTD on shots and heart worm. All adopted from different states and shelters. They are between the ages of 10 and 12, and 1 senior who we believe is about 16. They are only crated at night if I go out for an extended period of time, except Charlie, the old man, he is out 24/7. We live on a half acre, fully fenced back yard (5 ft aluminum with puppy pickets). They can get on the furniture if they want and I have dog beds throughout the house. My dogs typically get on very well with other dogs. I dog sit 2 dogs in my home a few times a year for a few days to a week at a time. 1 medium and 1 large. I have fostered various dogs for Big Fluffy Dog Rescue in the past and I have helped and run adoption events at Petco for about a year for Simpson County Animal Shelter/Friends of the Shelter in Franklin KY. I am a stay at home dog mom. I can pet sit any time of the day or week, for just a few hours, a day or overnights. I only leave the house to go to the store or run a few errands. Typically not out for extended periods. If I am dog sitting, I prefer to be at home as often as possible. I am always around my dogs. I have dog beds in all areas of the house. I keep an eye on them when they go outside. I play with them regularly. When I get a new foster dog, I usually will keep them leashed for a little while until they get acclimated and used to the other dogs. About: Dogs have been a major part of my life for as long as I can remember, and my experience extends beyond Rover through years of caring for family and friends pets. I have experience with puppies, seniors, dogs with medical needs and a variety of breeds and temperaments. I have two dogs of my own who are complete opposites, one is a high energy working breed and the other is happiest relaxing on the couch. Caring for both has taught me that every dog has different needs and deserves an individualized approach. High energy dogs are absolutely welcome here and will have plenty of opportunities for both physical exercise and mental stimulation throughout their stay. Pet care is already built into my daily routine. I work from home from 8-4, which allows me to be available all throughout the day and provide frequent potty breaks, supervision, exercise, and attention as needed. I believe it’s far more important to adapt to a dog’s lifestyle rather than to force them to adapt to mine. If your dog has a specific routine, I am happy to maintain it during their stay. Safety is my highest priority when caring for each dog. I introduce dogs carefully if they have not already met, I monitor their interactions closely, and never leave dogs together unsupervised. If for some reason dogs are not a good match, I am comfortable keeping them separated and rotating them as needed so everyone gets the exercise, individual attention, and comfort they need. All dogs are fed separately in different rooms, and I intentionally limit the number of dogs I accept at one time so I can provide appropriate supervision. My home has a fenced in yard, baby gates, crates, and multiple areas where dogs can safely relax or decompress. I am also comfortable administering medications and following detailed care instructions.

About: I’v taken care of dogs since I was old enough to be responsible for them, around age 12. I was in charge of feeding our family dogs, walking them, and exercising them through intentional playtime. We had 3 dogs then, and now we own two. I enjoy going on long walks and hikes, and often take my dogs on hikes. I also enjoy a casual run, and I am happy to take dogs on runs as well! I just graduated from college, and I have a couple weeks available until I begin my job. I will start working as a Firefighter for the Franklin fire department on June 8. Once that starts, I will be available on most weekends and evenings to care for your pet! I am happy to walk or run your pet! I also offer pet-sitting. As a responsible student, with several years of families trusting me with babysitting, I can give you confidence that your home and pet will be cared for as if they were my own.

About: I love animals, I have since as long as I can remember. I was born and raised in an animal household so understanding animals, communicating with them, and tending to them has become second nature. I have pet sat and helped handle animals at the Nashville Zoo as a volunteer during my high school years and have watched over friends, family, and neighbors animals for around a decade now. I know how important family is and how pets are family that just so happens to walk on four legs for all of their lives instead of just their infant years. I am currently on staff at my church right now as outreach and ministry team so my times I am unavailable are Tuesday's, Thursday's, and Friday's after 5:00pm. I go to church on Sunday mornings but I can always watch virtually so I can tend to pets overnight. I care for animals as I would care for myself I believe in all life is precious and that any life created is family to me which most certainly includes pets. My approach comes from being gentle, reacting/reading body language, minding my emotions and actions because animals are sensitive to those, and just showering them with love the way THEY want to receive it not how I want to give it. It is their comfort and wellbeing over mine and I will do everything in my power to ensure a healthy environment for everybody's animals.
About: I’ve worked in a vet's office and taken care of pretty much all animals over the years. I grew up showing horses competitively on a small farm with chickens, ducks, cattle, rabbits, pigs, dogs, and cats. Since then I’ve owned and cared for miniature donkeys, standard poodles, Weimeraners, Dalmatians, cats, and chickens. As long as it’s not a reptile, I’m game. I love those who need something extra that your normal pet sitter may not be comfortable with - and I also love all the others who don’t need anything special! I have an extremely flexible schedule and can work around pretty much whatever you need. One thing’s for sure - I will be honest with you. If I can’t do it, I will tell you. I will come to your home and care for your pets just as you do! I don’t need a pre-visit (unless you would like that) - you can show me by FaceTime or you can leave me a note. I am also more than happy to have a pre-visit! I like to communicate with you while you’re away so you know how things are going at home.

About: I have dog & puppy sat for clients, friends and family over the last 12 years. I love dogs & know playtime & regular exercise is essential to their health but not everyone has the time to help them get as much as they may need. This is where I come in! Whether it's just walks, overnight stays or puppy playtime I'm your girl. I started out my care of animals volunteering at an animal shelter in the Bay Area. I went there to adopt an animal and it broke my heart to see all of the dogs locked up in cages all looking up out of their cages with their sweet puppy dog eyes hoping they could be given a second chance & taken home with you. I wanted to take them all home! I then made it my primary mission to begin volunteering numerous times a week walking as many dogs as I could. Most of them I had to walk individually for safety reasons so it was quite the exercise regime for me but I loved knowing I could get them out for some playtime & extra attention they so deserved, especially not knowing what their fate would be. From then on I decided to also pick up extra work in addition to my full time job being a caretaker for all pets, my passion truly lies with animals and I find it very therapeutic in so many ways, bonding with animals of all different kinds but above all... dogs☺️ I work part time teaching pilates and my partner works from home so we provide constant care and attention. My schedule allows frequent breaks to attend to the dogs with walks, potty breaks and bonding time with other dogs There’s a dog park and trails at our apartment complex and the dog will be with us at all times. With dogs who are reactive on leash I always ensure to create a safe distance from other dogs and do not let dogs off leash unless in an enclosed space
About: Fun fact I used to be afraid of animals until I was about 12. Now I have 4 cats and have owned 6 dogs over the years. I have trained 3 of them to a basic degree and also own a snake. I love animals of all kinds and more often than not they warm up to me instantly! I am interested in summer work during the off season and am available most days almost anytime with some exceptions. I prefer mornings to mid afternoons but am very flexible! Standard house sitting includes overnight care plus daytime absences up to 4–8 hours depending on the pets’ needs. I also offer constant care for houses and pets for a custom rate depending on the individual and pets schedule! Since I have 4 cats and a human I cant board pets at home. But I have no issues staying over a night if needed, and can easily House-sit, Dog-sit, and Cat-sit in the greater Franklin area! I can feed, play, walk, provide potty breaks, and even teach dogs a trick or two.

I am comfortable around all breeds big or small I can work around just about any schedule your furry friend may need. I currently work from home and have the abilty to work from anywere with cell service or wifi Our pets are just like family and should be treated as such. sometimes they need a swat on the nose sometimes they just need a good belly rub. Either way i am comfortable taking care of young and older dogs. I do have experice dealing with diabetes, checking sugar levels and administering insuline if needed.
