At the age of 13 I volunteered at a local pets store, started working on a farm at 15 which then lead me to being AKC showmanship trained and traveling to show Shetland Sheepdogs professionally. About: As a military spouse I have helped care for our dogs and many of our neighbors dogs as well. From large to small, I love dogs of all kinds. I enjoy walking and playing with dogs, and our own dog loves the company of other dogs. I am a mom and am in nursing school, but pet care is the highlight of my day. I have been involved in the puppy care of my two puppies back home in TN as they became adults and I have utilized dog diapers before should that be needed. I’ve cared for a few geriatric dogs before ranging from small mixed breeds, to labradoodles, to Great Pyrenees. Administering medication for geriatric pets is no problem for me!
