“Dear, Isabella, thank you very much for your exceptional care of Timothy. From the day one it was clear reflection of your great experience and love for furry kids. We are grateful for regularly sending us a picture of Timothy and thus keep our connection with him. Every picture expressed his enjoyable presence at your home. Also, it was an awesome experience for Timothy as well. He learned to communicate with your young family member and your pets and found himself happy. Another thing I would like to mention, that how understandable, Thank you very much. We definitely will use your service again, dear Isabella. ♥️♥️♥️”

About: Hi! I’m a high school teacher who teaches culinary arts. At home, I have a golden retriever, Saffron and a Labradoodle, Leo. I live on 2 1/2 acres, one of which is fenced in and perfect for furry friends to run and play! I am a teacher and gone from 7 am to 3:30 pm, but my parents live next door and watch my animals when I am away. Growing up, my brother had a service dog who was part Great Dane and part Black Lab. He became part of the family! I think that’s what started my love for animals. Since college, I’ve had at least one pet. While in Culinary school, I worked long hours. For Christmas, I got my cat, Basil. She was at the door with a “meow” at the end of long days in the kitchen. When I began my career as a culinary teacher, I bought my first house with a back yard and almost immediately added my girls, Sage and Sketch to the household! I work full time as a high school teacher. but live next door to my parents who watch over my pets. They love them as if they were their own! I have an acre, fenced in back yard. My dogs love the country, running and playing in the back yard! They are house dogs, but love the chance to run as much as possible.
“Maggie and Michael were amazing! They took such good care of my pup, she looked happy and comfortable the entire stay so I will surely bring her back again and would highly recommend them!”

“Absolutely amazing! He kept me updated on my fur baby and sent pictures. He is very knowledgeable about dogs of all breeds. His home is clean and he took special care of my fur baby because prior to him keeping him my dog went through a traumatic experience. You will never want to use anyone else if you go with Evan!”

“We boarded our little miniature dachshund Buster with Maggie and he had an absolute blast! Maggie sent daily updates with picture/videos of our sweet Buster. We were wanting to find a more homey feel for boarding instead of kennels or vets which can be very stressful. Buster acclimated amazingly and I truly believe the type of environment Maggie provides is one that everyone should chose. We definitely will be boarding again with Maggie.”

“My dog loves his stays with Kaitlin and Brent! As soon as we pull up to their house, he is so excited to get out of the car and see all his friends. They are very communicative and great sitters! I definitely recommend them!”

About: My experience with cats comes from both personal pet ownership and 10 + years of involvement in animal welfare and rescue efforts. I have volunteered with animal shelters and rescue organizations, including ProCanine, where I helped care for animals awaiting adoption and learned the importance of patience, consistency, and understanding each animal’s unique personality and needs. One of the experiences that had the greatest impact on me was helping a stray cat named Jazz. I found Jazz living on the street in poor condition. He was underweight, sick, and understandably wary of people. Rather than trying to rush the process, I spent time earning his trust while providing food, water, and a safe environment. Over the following weeks, I closely monitored his condition, helped him regain his strength through proper nutrition, and made sure he received the care and attention he needed. As Jazz recovered, his personality began to shine through. The frightened cat I had first met became affectionate, playful, and eager for human companionship. Once he was healthy and thriving, I worked to find him a permanent home. Seeing Jazz go from a vulnerable stray struggling to survive to a beloved family pet was incredibly rewarding and reinforced my commitment to animal welfare. It also taught me how important patience, observation, and compassion are when caring for animals, especially those who may be anxious, recovering from illness, or adjusting to new situations. In addition to rescue work, I have experience with feeding routines, administering basic medications, cleaning litter boxes, monitoring behavior and health, and providing enrichment and companionship. I am comfortable caring for cats of different ages, including senior cats and those who require extra attention or special care. I also have some experience assisting with veterinary care and recognizing signs that may indicate a cat needs medical attention. As a vegetarian and lifelong animal advocate, I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and treating them with the kindness and respect they deserve. When caring for your cat, my goal is to provide the same level of attention, safety, and affection that I would want for my own pets, while keeping you updated so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

“Cassy is professional, compassionate, and friendly. As someone who is usually uncomfortable having strangers in my home, she did a wonderful job of making us feel secure. We appreciate the love she showered on our pet and took great comfort knowing she was here caring for our kitties. She did a good job of keeping us in the loop in our vacation - we are most certainly going to use her again the next time we travel. Thanks Cassy! We appreciate you and your hard work!”

“Danielle was so good, I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again and will recommend her every chance I get. She went above and beyond in her drop in visits and had such a great attitude. My shy kitty really loved her!!”

“Crystal is amazing! She did in-home visits for our three pet prairie dogs while we were on our honeymoon. As one could imagine, it is a bit difficult to find a good pet sitter for exotic animals since they have specialized care, but she followed our instructions to the letter and all three of our critters were very happy and healthy when we got home! The prairie dogs can be pretty shy, but they were really comfortable with her by the end so we know she did a great job! The house also looked great when we got back, she kept the pet room very clean (prairie dogs are really messy so no easy feat!), and she sent us tons of cute pictures and an update each visit on how they were doing. I would recommend her in a heartbeat and will definitely ask her to pet sit for us again!”

“Love seeing the pictures she takes of my dogs. You can tell they absolutely adore her. She’s flexible with her schedule and continues to take good care of them. We appreciate her so much.”

“Brynn, was a delight to have taken care of my boy Ringo. I knew she was the one when she offered to come the day before my short notice trip and do a meet and greet. Highly recommend her.”

“Stephanie did a fantastic job watching my saltwater aquarium. She was a good communicator, responsive, and took excellent care of the aquarium. She sent a lot of pictures and my fish, coral, and equipment were well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Stephanie!”

“Cody came by and took care of my two cats while we were out of town and provided great care to them! Communication was fantastic and I knew they were being well cared for. Definitely recommend and will rebook!”

“Mickayla did a wonderful job! I will definitely ask her for her services again if we are to go out of town in the future. She was very communicative, reliable, helpful and professional. She made sure that we felt totally at ease while we were away for a few days. She took pictures of our cat each time she dropped in, which was definitely an extra perk. You can tell that she has a great love for animals by the excellent care that she gives to them. We were so pleased and grateful that she could help us care for our cat, Cleo, while we were away. “Crystal was amazing. She sent beautiful photos of my babies while they were running, laughing and playing. I know that they would love to keep her. I told them that she is nice and cute, but she is still a human. It is hard for them to understand. So we let her go back home.we all hope that she comes back someday and spreads happiness like sunshine across our home again. She was like a guardian angel as she came to their rescue. About: I have grown up around my own dogs along with the neighborhood pets. This is where most of my experience comes from. If anyone ever went out of town they would entrust our family to dog sit and I would always want to be the one to actually care for the pets by walking, feeding and bathing them. More recently I’ve watched over my friends, neighbors and coworkers pets. I love all dogs and I have never met a dog that doesnt warm up to me! Playing games with them to keep an active mind is also a fun thing I like to do. Activities can go from a high energy to just wanting a human to sit by them and give them good boy pets. My ultimate goal is to provide your loved pets a comfortable atmosphere! I work from home and have a flexible work day so I am able to step away at anytime to take a pup for a walk or just drop by to ensure they’re okay! I will care for your pet in the way you want me to in your home! Being away from your pup can sometimes cause them a bit of anxiety to sticking to the same routine tends to work out best.

About: With over two decades of experience in canine care, I've cultivated a deep understanding of dog handling and care that empowers me to make a positive impact. Starting as a 10-year-old caring for neighbor's dogs with twice-daily walks, I've consistently demonstrated reliability and dedication. Growing up with Golden Retrievers and now sharing my life with a standard size Goldendoodle named Penny, has not only strengthened my love for animals but also taught my children the value of compassion. My family, including my husband, two children, and I, along with Penny, are committed to providing your dog with constant companionship, attentive care, and a nurturing environment. Having trained dogs in basic commands and upheld the highest standards of pet care, I'm confident in my ability to unlock the full potential of your dog and provide exceptional care. Hi my name is Katie. As a full-time homemaker, my schedule allows for seamless integration of pet care responsibilities. Given my consistent presence at home, managing a routine that includes our current pets - a goldendoodle and a turtle - along with caring for our two children, is quite manageable. Consequently, incorporating additional pets would not significantly impact our existing schedule. I have a spacious yard of nearly an acre, which is not fenced. However, I am happy to walk your dog on a leash if required. My own goldendoodle and two children will ensure your dog has a fun time, and we have a variety of toys available. Additionally, if your dog requires solitude, we can provide a quiet space. During summertime we will have doggy pool available for your pup to cool off in.
About: I have been dog sitting for as long as I can remember. I currently dog sit for multiple clients already. I stay super active so I would let your pup unleash all of its energy. I have also been a part of fostering programs in the past. I am a full time firefighter so I work every third day which means I only work about 2 to 3 days per week! So lots of availability for your pets. I have a fenced in back patio for the pups to sunbathe and soak there vitamin D for the day and a large yard space. There are dog parks and hiking trails near me where I can take them if necessary. I also have a 6 year old labradoodle named Ella who loves meeting and playing with new fur friends.

About: What sets me apart is my hands on experience with pets in all stages of life and with a variety of care needs. I've raised two puppies of my own, so I'm comfortable with puppy routines, potty training, crate training, and all the energy that comes with young dogs. I also have experience caring for senior dogs, including administering medications and following special care instructions to keep them comfortable and healthy. In addition, I've cared for a paralyzed dog who required bladder expression and extra assistance with mobility, which taught me the importance of patience, attentiveness, and compassionate care. While most of my pet-sitting experience has been with dogs, I also grew up with cats and have cared for cats throughout my life. I'm comfortable with feeding, litter box maintenance, playtime, and respecting each cat's unique personality and routine. The only reason I don't currently have a cat of my own is because my husband is allergic! Whether your pet is a playful puppy, a senior needing extra support, an independent cat, or anywhere in between, I treat every animal as if they were my own and strive to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you're away. I work remotely, so I’m able to stay with your pets and provide consistent care throughout the day! If you are requesting an overnight house sitting stay, reliable Wi-Fi is required Monday through Friday so I can work during the day. For safety and comfort, I provide care in my clients’ homes only, as I do not offer boarding in my own home due to having two dogs. I also offer drop in visits. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable while their owner is away. I follow all feeding, walking, medication, and care instructions closely and make sure pets are always supervised and given plenty of attention, exercise, and affection based on their needs and personality. I also prioritize safety at all times by keeping doors secured, monitoring pets during outdoor time, and being attentive to any behavior changes or special care requirements. My goal is to create a calm, trustworthy environment where pets feel relaxed and cared for in their own familiar space. My pets are my babies and I will treat yours the same!
About: Hi! My name is Alyssa, and I’m 19 year old college student with years of experience owning and caring for dogs. I’ve grown up around dogs and have always been very involved in their daily care, including feeding, walking, playing, and making sure they feel safe and loved. I’m very active and truly enjoy long walks and playtime, so your dog will get plenty of exercise and attention. I also own a large dog myself, so I’m comfortable handling bigger breeds and understand the responsibility that comes with them. I absolutely love puppies and have the patience and energy needed to help them feel comfortable and cared for. While I don’t offer overnight stays, I’m reliable, attentive, and happy to follow any instructions you provide to keep your dog’s routine consistent. Your dog’s safety, happiness, and comfort are my top priorities, and I’ll treat them as if they were my own. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! Pet care fits easily into my routine. I work part-time, so I have plenty of time to give your dog attention, play, and exercise. I do have classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, but I’m flexible and available the rest of the week to meet your pet’s needs. I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and safe. During visits, I make sure they’re fed on time, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise, and receive lots of attention and affection. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, playing with them, and making sure they get the activity they need. I’m comfortable handling large dogs and energetic puppies, and I always prioritize safety, cleanliness, and your pet’s happiness while in my care.

I’m currently working as a nail tech right now and this is my side hustle. I’m available whenever as long as I get a 3 day notice! I will be there to keep your fur babies comfortable! I will take them out as often as needed and as many walks as you prefer!
“Katie did so well with my 2 dogs! She was responsive and sent pictures while they were on their walk! She arrived on time and let me know if there was any type of delay! I highly recommend her!!”

About: Hi, I’m Danielle. I provide dog walking and drop-in visits throughout Bedford County for families who need reliable, consistent care while they’re at work or away from home. Over the past several years, I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I understand that every pet is different, and I do my best to follow your routines closely so your pets feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. Whether your dog needs a structured walk, playtime in the yard, feeding, or just some extra attention during the day, I’m happy to help. I also provide drop-in visits for cats, making sure litter boxes are clean, meals are given on schedule, and they get interaction at their comfort level. I focus on creating a calm, dependable experience for both pets and their owners. You can expect clear communication, thoughtful care, and updates during each visit so you always know how things are going. I’m grateful to have built long-term relationships with many local pet families over the years, and I look forward to continuing to care for wonderful pets throughout Bedford County. If you’re looking for steady, trustworthy dog walking or drop-in care, I’d love to connect. I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to make sure your pets are cared for, whether they need a midday walk, a potty break, playtime, or a meal while you're away. I am available 7 days a week for drop-in visits and dog walking and would love to continue helping pet owners in any way I can! I love spending time with dogs and making sure they get the mental and physical stimulation they need! Whether it’s a fun game of fetch, a relaxing walk, or a treat puzzle to challenge their minds, I always aim to keep pets happy and engaged. I now focus on dog walking and drop-in visits at my clients’ homes. I enjoy taking dogs on walks around their neighborhoods, helping them get exercise, explore new scents, and feel comfortable in their surroundings. If the weather is nice, I’m happy to take them on a stroll through a local park for a little extra adventure!
About: My name is Hannah, but I go by Mikki. I have had pets since I was 15 years old and they have ranged from cats, dogs, and the exotic! I have a serious love for all the different types of fur-babies and am a proud pet parent myself! I’m the purrfect fit if you love someone enthusiastic about animals and their care, someone who is strict with rules and restrictions, and someone who is flexible! I have worked in a pet boarding type facility in the past and carry much experience wrangling dogs of all sizes and in all group sizes, with all different types of personalities. I also have a dog and cat myself. My daily schedule involves me waking up and letting my dog out while preparing their breakfast. After they eat, we get some snuggles in until it’s time to go potty. Later on, it time for dinner and then a nightly walk 30 minutes to an hour after dinner has been served. That ends our adventure for the day! For Drop-Ins: I stop by for feedings and enrichment for between 30 minutes to an hour. I make sure they care squared away and everything is locked up before I leave. For Walks: It’s simple … we just go for walks. 30 minutes to an hour or whatever set path and time per appointment. For House-Sitting: I set a time for me to come over. I stay for the duration of the appointment set and bring my own necessities so that I don’t have to leave the premises. I stay within your home, where your babies are most comfortable, and provide them with company and a set schedule. Before I confirm a booking, I will ALWAYS set up a meet-and-greet. I need to be able to sit down with the fur-babies and parents so we can get a good view of the vibes and to see if I would be a good fit. These meet-and-greets are NOT OPTIONAL and refusal will result in a CANCELED BOOKING! Sitting should be a comfortable experience for pet, pet parent, and sitter. Checking the vibes and getting details is critical for success.

About: For as long as I can remember I’ve loved and been around animals. I grew up with Boston terriers and frenchies and have loved every minute. I am so passionate about all things animals. I grew up volunteering at my local vet and farm any opportunity I had. In high school, I worked primarily caring for horses and dogs. In school I studied animal science (large, small, and vet science). Since graduating high school I’ve found a passion for dog grooming. I’ve been in the grooming world for about a year and a half now. I’m currently working as a groomer. I’m finding I am really good at and enjoy working with seniors and puppies. I have a Boston terrier of my own and she is my world. I’m working as a certified dog groomer currently. In brief, I live, laugh, love dogs or eat sleep breathe dog hair, but I love it. I’m very familiar with most common ailments. I’m safety certified. In my personal home, my dog’s bowl is cleaned every other day if not every day, she’s fed fresh food and filtered water, she is walked daily, and probably has a million toys she’ll never even touch. I would truly do anything for my dog and anytime I’m entrusted with anyone else’s dog whether it be at work or at home or wherever I hold myself to that same standard of care.
About: I have been a lifelong dog owner and caregiver. Throughout the years, I have pet-sat dogs of various ages, sizes, and breeds, from playful puppies to senior dogs. I enjoy helping dogs expend their energy through playtime and walks. However, if your dog is more laid-back, that's perfectly fine! I'll be happy to give them pets, tummy rubs, and treats. As a true dog lover, I've had the joy of watching many dogs grow up. I am available all day until 8 PM, and I would love the opportunity to become a friend to your dogs! I have a dog that I take care of every day. I enjoy playing with him, going for walks, and when he's in a lazy mood, we cuddle on the couch while I give him some belly rubs. I take my time when meeting dogs, ensuring they feel at ease with me before we interact. I like to let them get to know me gradually, and I always prioritize their comfort during my visits or walks. When we go for walks, I ensure the dogs are securely harnessed and leashed, sticking to familiar paths for safety. I also pay close attention to temperature changes, making sure the dogs are comfortable and happy throughout our time together.
About: I have been dog sitting for family, friends, and coworkers since I was 16 years old! Before that, I was always the one responsible for caring for my parents’ 4 dogs when they were away for work or vacations. Providing pet care has been a constant in my life, and I have always been the first recommendation to those in need of it around me! I also have my fair share of training experience thanks to my pup (now 7 y/o) who came to me at 6-months old with a crippling case of separation anxiety. With months of in-depth research, dedication, and patience, she is now the dog that is used as an example for any new pups that enter the family! It is thanks to her that I am now not only seen as a reliable and trustworthy source for pet care, but now also fully capable of handling any dog regardless of how crazy or laidback they are! First and foremost, I recognize my account shows ‘Gracie’, but I do go by Kody! As a full-time web-based college student, I am fully capable of meeting any needs necessary to provide the care for any pet at any time! My schooling is strictly based on my time and can be done in any setting! However, I do work at Target a few days during the week as well, so please keep that in mind if your pets need 24/7 attention! As I offer care strictly within my client’s home, I am fully willing and capable to provide care in any manner to meet the needs of the client and their pet(s). Whether this is just keeping them company within the home for a few hours, dropping by for a quick potty break, or maintaining strict exercise/medication/feeding schedules, there is no task I am against providing.

“Our experience with Crystal was great! She gave me peace of mind that my dog would be in good hands while we were gone. She sent us photos of him and an update. She is very reliable.”
About: I worked in the vet industry since I was about 17 years old as a veterinary technician. I found another full time job in the healthcare industry in Cancer research about a year and a half ago. But I still kept my veterinary job until recently. I left the vet industry to open up my availability to be around animals in a more intimate way such as dog walking, house sitting, etc. I am experienced with most animals since I grew up with a lot of my own. Over the years my family has owned ducks, chickens, horses, chinchillas, cats, sugar gliders, dogs, bearded dragons, geckos, rabbits, cows and guinea pigs so I am experienced with several different types of animals! I’m currently working full time but I have a work from home job that is flexible so I am able to bring my laptop and work phone. I go in office to work in Nashville a 1 day out of the week but I can always change the days around so I am very flexible! I know pet safety so I will keep a dog on the leash at all times unless there is a fence to put them in. Also if I need to bring any animals to my house I have a crate I can keep them in. I have a yard with a fence that I would watch them under my direct supervision at all times.

“My dog loves his stays with Kaitlin and Brent! As soon as we pull up to their house, he is so excited to get out of the car and see all his friends. They are very communicative and great sitters! I definitely recommend them!”

“Sarah was amazing! We received multiple pictures and updates daily. Her doggies are really sweet and got along well with ours. We look forward to booking with Sarah again soon!”

“She watched all 3 of our dogs in her house one is a Great Dane who is very clumsy and big. My lab mix is very skittish and she was patient and kind. Toward the end of their stay he had even started to hang out with her which is a big thing for cow. My dogs really enjoyed hanging out with her dogs, especially Remi who immediately wanted to play with my dogs. Overall I think they had an awesome time.”

“I am so happy my boy Mischa stayed with Kenny the past week and a half. I was going to drive home with Mischa the day before Thanksgiving but my car said no, so I had to last minute get a plane ticket and fly there, meaning that I had to last-minute find someone to watch my Mischa. Fortunately I found Kenny on here and chose him based on reviews and his experience, as well as having a fenced in yard AND other dogs for my boy to play with; and luckily Kenny was available. Saved the day, truly. My boy's generally an anxious dog and takes a while to warm up to people, but based on the photos Kenny was sending me it looked like Mischa warmed up so quickly! I felt assured that Mischa was comfortable and so I didn't have to worry at all the next several days because I knew he was being warmly taken care of. And Kenny really went above and beyond to take care of my boy, and he even helped me out with a couple things regarding Mischa, all things I never would expect but was very grateful to receive. I really lucked out having Kenny watch my dog and I 100% recommend him to anyone and everyone, but especially to someone whose dog may be a little more on the anxious but sweet side!”

“Julia was wonderful. We were in town for a wedding and left our Beagle puppy with Julia. She sent me updates and assured us Betty was having a good time. We were able to enjoy ourselves and not have to worry about our Puppy.”
