She really gets to know the dog and ensures that the stay will be smooth and comfortable for everyone. Her home is welcoming and dog friendly. Crystal truly incorporates our dog into her home so it doesn’t feel like “boarding”. Our dog just thinks she’s made new friends for the week. Literally can’t say enough positives. “We left our mini golden doodle "Toby" with Desira and her husband for 9 days while on a family vacation. I received pictures and updates each day on how he was doing! They did an excellent job providing all the comforts of home including plenty of belly rubs and attention! Toby doesn't do well when crated so Desira was our perfect solution! The fur babies are free to roam the first level of the home as well as plenty of play and exercise in the fenced yard! When I picked Toby up after his stay, Toby looked happy, healthy, and very well kept! I could tell that he had gotten attached to them and he was given lots of attention. Toby's demeanor was so different from when we had left him in any of the local boarding resorts and facilities! From now on I will only be using Desira when available and not a place where my sweet baby is crated for hours on end.
