“Gloria was wonderful! Great communication and sent lots of pictures of our fur baby while we were gone. He was well taken care of at her home. Her place is easy to find too.”

“SaVannah graciously took care of my cat for 5 days last minute and sent daily photos/updates to keep my mind at ease while I was out of state. Goose came back to me acting normal and stress-free, and I’m so glad that he had a safe space to be while I had to be away! SaVannah is kind and I can tell she really cares about the animals she cares for, both her own and those of others. I’ll definitely be checking with her first for any future pet sitting needs!”

“Here's your final review with a few minor tweaks for clarity and flow: --- This is my first time using a boarding service through Rover, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I recently boarded my dog with her, and she was incredibly friendly, ensuring my dog felt comfortable and loved throughout the stay. Her house had plenty of space for play, and I really appreciated the regular updates and photos. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy boarding service. Thank you for taking such great care of Harry!”

“Trina was amazing with Kane! He got a nose bleed, while I was on vacation, and he was in her care. She immediately notified me that night and promptly took him 40 minutes away to his vet; which actually saved his life! The vet said he probably wouldn't have made it until his appointment that next Monday! Honestly,I thought it was probably like a human and no big deal. I was wrong. He was recovering from a few things(which she and the vet knew all about the situation) I'm glad I did talk to the vet prior since she had to take him in. I would trust Trina with any of my fur babies! She was amazing and honestly did save my dogs life. She had to make that 40-60 minute drive twice for us! She was a great choice and a God send. I almost left him with my 19 year old who didn't go. I'm SOOOO glad I didn't! Thank you Trina! You will Alessia be my dog sitter!”

“Absolutely great stay for my Labrador retriever Jake. Stephanie was very easy to work with and I can tell Jake had a good time and was very well taken care of. I will definitely be letting Jake stay there again anytime we’re out of town.”

“Victoria and Charles were kind and welcoming as always and Buttercup always leaves their place so happy. They are lovely and treat my baby like their own. I can't thank them enough ❤️”

“Maggie loves going to Joan's house whenever we are on holiday. Joan takes such wonderful care of her and keeps us updated with pictures. We never have to worry about a thing. We would highly recommend Joan to anyone and we will certainly be having her watch Maggie in the future.”

“Billie Jo was truly exceptional, an absolute dream to work with! From the start, her professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for animals gave us complete peace of mind. She went above and beyond in caring for our fur babies, treating them like her own. We received thoughtful updates every morning and evening, along with adorable photos throughout the day that made us feel so connected while we were away. It's rare to find someone so attentive, reliable, and compassionate. We've already booked Billie Jo for our next trip, and we feel completely confident knowing our dogs will be in such capable and caring hands. Highly, highly recommend!”

“Gabrielle took care of our cat Ivy for two weeks while we travelled, she kept us updated with photos and videos. She has the knowledge and experience to make Ivy feel comfortable and home . We as a family consider ourselves very lucky to have met Gabrielle and be able to help us in future needs .”

“Katie was great! My dog has real separation anxiety but Katie made her comfortable. I got regular updates with pics throughout the weekend stay and felt confident my dog was getting the best care. Katie has a great yard, was friendly and professional in all communications, and shows real care for the dogs in her charge. I booked from out of town but I would definitely use Katie again if I'm in the area. Highly recommend!!!”

About: Hi! My name is Candice, and I have over 25 years of hands-on animal care experience, along with volunteer experience with an animal rescue organization. Caring for animals has been a lifelong passion, not just a job. I have extensive experience caring for: • Dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and temperaments • Horses, cows, pigs, and chickens • Rabbits, hamsters, and gerbils • Birds • Reptiles, including chameleons • Freshwater and saltwater fish My rescue background has given me strong skills working with shy, anxious, senior, and special-needs animals, as well as pets that need extra patience, structure, and reassurance. EmberTail Pet Care on Facebook and Instagram Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because caring for animals has been a consistent part of my life for over 25 years. I structure my schedule to allow dedicated time for walks, drop-ins, feeding routines, playtime, and check-ins so each pet receives attentive, unrushed care. Throughout the week, I prioritize reliability and flexibility to accommodate different pet schedules, whether that means morning walks, midday visits, evening care, or overnight stays. I also build in time for communication and updates so pet parents feel informed and confident while they’re away. Because animal care is something I genuinely enjoy, it’s not something I “fit in” — it’s something I intentionally plan my day around. My care approach is always tailored to each pet’s routine, personality, and comfort level. Whether I’m caring for pets in a client’s home or providing drop-ins and walks, I focus on consistency, safety, and creating a calm environment. In a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, litter or habitat maintenance, exercise, and enrichment. I respect the home as if it were my own and aim to keep pets on their normal routine so they feel secure and stress-free. I also provide regular updates and photos so pet parents can feel confident while they’re away. During walks and drop-in visits, I prioritize safety, awareness of surroundings, and positive interaction. Walks are customized to the pet’s energy level, and visits include playtime, potty breaks, fresh water, feeding if needed, and companionship. With over 25 years of experience and animal rescue volunteer work, I’m comfortable caring for pets of all temperaments, as well as small animals, reptiles, and farm animals when needed. My goal is always to provide reliable, compassionate care so pets feel comfortable and loved in their familiar environment.
“10/10 recommend Jenny and her family! They were able to make last minute accommodations for my pit mix. She had a great time at her house full of play time and cuddles. Jenny sent me pictures and was great at communicating with me. Can’t wait to book with her again.”

“Jennifer was awesome! She sent photos and really took care of my 2 pups! They were very worn out when they got home from all the fun they had! We will definitely be using her again and would recommend her to anyone!”

“Absolutely satisfied with Mary R.!!! My beloved dog didn’t want to leave!!! I loved the daily updates and pictures!!! Leaving your pet with Mary R. Is like leaving your pet with a trusted family member!! I’ll definitely leave my dog with Mary R. every time we need to leave town!! Thank you Mary!!!”

“Lanelle was very good at communicating and sending me pictures of my dog. She was also very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. Also very attentive to my dog!”

“Michael and Lisa couldn’t have been nicer and were so great with Gretel. She had a great stay and I really appreciated how communicative they were. All in all, great experience!”

“Victoria and Charles were fantastic. I was worried about my little Otis being anxious about being left as he has serious separation anxiety ( OK, we both do ! ) but as Victoria and I were chatting - Otis happily bouncing around exploring her and Charles' lovely lawn she teased him over for a pet and before I knew it he was in her arms - looking very happy I might add! I had a few things to transfer from my car to my sons - typically high stress time for me, trying to keep track of Otis - who won't get more than a step or two away, so I don't step on him. He just go cozier and cozier and sunk lower and lower into Victoria's arm. I guess I wasn't surprised to receive a photo by text, of him laying in her lap before it was even dark out. Pick up was easy - Victoria and Charles' garage door were open and it was lit like a beacon in the rainy night - just a quick report from Victoria ( he's fine ! ) as it was a long day and we were on our way. This is my first chance to reach out and its been three days - sorry guys! Do you need a sitter? Are Victoria and Charles available? Book them!! ( I'd even settle for just Charles : 0 : o : ) . Victoria and Charles are my first choice - looking forward to letting Otis trim their lawn again.”

About: I am here for all of your pet needs! Simple dog walk? Dinner time for your exotic pets? Overnight stay? Puppy/kitten care? I’m there! I am experienced in all aspects. I have owned many mammals, reptiles, fish, and arachnids. I have volunteered at my local animal shelters and animal rescues since I was in middle school. I would receive service hours for bathing litters of puppies and walking large dogs around the shelter. When I began high school, my family started fostering animals. We would foster entire litters of kittens at once and raise them until they were adopted. My family also took in dogs that needed a temporary home. I have also been compensated for boarding friends' and family's dogs -from dashound to bernie doodle- we love all sizes! I have enjoyed every second of volunteering, pet sitting, and fostering. I am excited for what the future holds for me and Rover! I am currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to play with, walk, or feed your pets! I am an animal lover who has a passion for treating pets like royalty. At home, I have a dog, a cat, a lizard, and a spider whom I love and care for daily. Thankfully, my family loves them too, and they take care of them while I am away. Your pets will be treated like royalty. They will have my full attention and lots of love. I want details of your pets day to day lives so I can keep them stimulated and fulfilled! I walk my dog, Breezy, every day. We love afternoon walks, but lately they have been evening walks due to the pavement being so hot. Breezy also has a variety of stimulation activities that we set up for her daily. Snuffle mats, puzzles, and interactive treat toys that require paw-eye coordination. I offer services to cats as well. I can love and pet your kitty for hours! I can also comb fur, brush teeth, and trim claws. I make cat toys very fun and exciting with high-energy play, and I provide many cat trees and scratchers.
“Heather is very attentive and we love that she sends pictures and videos of our dogs stay. We also love that she gives him homemade treats. Thanks for always caring for our boy like he’s yours!”

“Meredith was excellent taking care on my Ruth. She definitely did the “extra” and made my life easier by being flexible with my sometimes hectic work schedule. She also provided regular updates throughout the day which made me feel very at ease. My dog Ruth loved her and we both felt very secure in Meredith’s hands. I can totally recommend her!”

“Jan was able to watch Maddie for doggie daycare on short notice. She has a great set up for yard access and also being able to hang out in the cool of the A/C on a comfy couch. It made my day with my family so much better knowing she was being looked after and had Jan’s company while being in a different environment. I would definitely recommend her and I would leave Maddie in her care again if I needed to.”

I can take walks any time of day and am free to Sit every day of the week. I only offer services through my clients' homes as I stay in an apartment. Pets are more comfortable this way, and can keep in their normal routine. Whether that be multiple walks a day, going to the park, or just relaxing in the back yard.

About: I am a Veterinary Technician who is currently waiting to take his national certification exam to work in the state of Tennessee. I have been working in doggy daycares and vet clinics for the last eight (8) years and have loved every minute of it. I recently moved to Tennessee from the Pacific Northwest and would like to continue to care for pets even though I’m not in a clinic yet. Even when I return to clinics I still plan to keep doing walks and home visits if for no better reason than to get out of my house everyday. I am currently unemployed and looking to start making money again and the best way to do so is on my own terms. I am free every day except for Sundays to do walks, house visits, or even house sit if needed. In my clients homes I make sure to follow all instructions given for pet care. I have a great deal of experience working with pets that need medications and special care after working in an Emergency Clinic, and I do my best to clean up and leave the home in the same state I received it.
