My husband and I have a one year old mini aussie shepard (Zelda) with moderate separation anxiety. We went on our first trip without her and this was also our first time having someone that wasn't family watch Zelda. We were so nervous to be leaving her with someone we didn't know, but after the meet and greet we knew right away Christy was going to take excellent care of her. She sent us updates throughout our trip with pictures and we never once worried about Zelda's safety. This whole experience has been incredible and I would give 10 stars if I could! About: I have taken care of a lot of animals. I’ve had exotic animals, cats and dogs. I’ve taken care of senior dogs while also taking care of four week old puppies I will always make sure your animals are treated as if they were my own and make sure they get all the love and attention that is needed. I’m currently only working afternoons so I am available in the morning but I can normally drop in twice a day if needed. For housesitting, I will make sure your house is clean and tidy when I leave and make sure your animal is well taken care of I will make sure your dog stays on their schedule and has adequate time outside. About: I have always been an animal lover and have grown up with dogs in my home. About: I have been volunteering at a dog shelter for the past 4 years and it has been wonderful, I got to indulge myself in the love and care for dogs, cats and other animals and i got to understand the love and attention they need. It made me realize how amazing animals are to us. I also eventually dog sit for multiple people, and dog walk around my neighborhood. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends, and weekdays after 5-5:30. As I am in school and im on the bowling team for school. I have two precious Cavapoo and they are super playful and they love company, if there is another dog at my house I typically take them out on a leash just for safety purposes. If there is anything else people would like me to do i would be understanding. Kennel, puppy pee pad, etc.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and could not imagine life without them! Pets deserve all of the attention and love even when you’re gone. I understand the stress of having to leave your pup and can assure you they’ll be in great hands! We’ll go on walks, play throughout the day and snuggle at night. I work from home full time. About: I have extensive experience with pets of all shapes, sizes, ages, breeds, types, colors, and temperaments. I have owned dogs, cats, turtles, frogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and a lizard. (I once had a pet worm in an animal cracker box. I thought he would like living in a little zoo.) For 7 years I took care of my disabled mom as well as 5 dogs and 2 cats. During that time, I also worked as a foster volunteer for Music City Pug Rescue–most of which were geriatric surrenders whose owners had passed away or moved into a nursing facility. While I questioned my own sanity at the time, looking back now, those were some of the very best days of my life! Today I only have one dog, Marley, (my lucky charm rescue–a Tibetan Terrier who was just hours away from euthanasia when I saw his picture online) and I am renting my home. So while I can't board your pets, I am happy to take care of them at their own home! Sadly I have lost pets to terrible chronic illnesses like cancer and diabetes. I've been through two torn ACL surgeries, one hip surgery, blindness, deafness, and incontinence. My current pup, little Marley, has been paralyzed twice. The first time, I was able to afford an expensive back surgery. But when it happened again six months post-op, I rehabilitated him myself. Now, 6 years later, he's still walking! I thank God every morning and night for giving me another day with him. My experience caring for all of these dogs and their health problems means that I know how to care for their special needs. Whether it's taking a dog to weekly chemo treatments or giving him two shots of insulin each day, I am capable of caring for your pets and promise to do so just like they are my own. Whether it's for a few minutes, a few days, or even a few weeks, I would love to spoil your pet(s) with lots of hugs,and kisses. About: Craig and I have had a dogs since age ten. As an adults, we have continued to always have a dog (Spike, 7 lb). We also foster for Bonaparte's Retreat, 42 dogs and counting over the past 22 years. We have fostered special needs (blind, deaf, surgery recovery, special medical needs: pill schedule. We only take small/med breeds. Never more than 2-3 dogs at one time. We like them to have plenty of individual care and attention. They have the run of the house. We are retired and home with our pet guests. We have 5 acres for long walks and a large fenced in back yard. We even have a ramp for pups with issues going up/down stairs to the back yard. Staying with us is like going to Gramma's for the weekend. (some even choose share our bed at night, and that is ok) Available 7 days a week, we are retired. Enjoy walks, play time in the secured/fenced yard. We enjoy time on the porch on nice days barking at the squirrels and having treats. Pet sitting in our home. We have a 14 year old boy, 7 lbs, Spike. We have 5 acres for long walks, stairs and a ramp for pets to get to the fenced back yard area. We are retired and home with our pet guests during their stay. They have the run of the house just like they would at your home. Sleeping in pet bed or our bed with us if they prefer.

About: I’v taken care of dogs since I was old enough to be responsible for them, around age 12. I was in charge of feeding our family dogs, walking them, and exercising them through intentional playtime. We had 3 dogs then, and now we own two. About: I have taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was a teenager. I grew up around dogs, and cats. I love being with animals. I was always the one that my family or friends called when they needed someone to walk, feed or bathe their pets when out of town or stuck at work longer than expected. I currently have 3 large dogs, a female German Shepard mix, a male brindled mutt,a yr old male German Shepard. I also have 2 very chatty orange tabby cats. All of which are rescues. I’m currently working part time from home, so I have all the time to care for your pets! I am free to house sit, take your pups for a walk during the day or even just pop in to check in on them. Nothing is as nice as being able snuggle with your furry ones. I want to be able to help you by taking care of your pets as if they were my own. Be assured they will get all the pets and snuggles while you are gone. I will follow the owner’s routine as closely as possible. If the pets are use to sleeping the room with you, I do not mind staying in the room with them if you prefer, otherwise the guest room is perfectly fine.
About: I have three pups of my own, (Roosevelt, 6 year old border collie, Sadie B, 5 year old dalmatian mix, and Chewbacca, 1 year old Carolina dog.) They are all rescues. About: Hi, I'm Marissa! I'm one of those people who, before I came out of my shell, spent more time with animals than people. Sometimes I still do. I've had dogs and cats all my life, and also rode horses starting just before I was 4. I have 9 years of experience on Rover and another 2 independently dog walking and sitting before that. I’ve cared for many kinds of dogs and cats, fish, turtles, donkeys, a family of racoons, and more. And I have a lot of experience caring for older animals and animals with medical conditions. I also used to volunteer with my mom transporting rescue dogs with Echo Dog White German Shepherd rescue. I am a homebody for the most part, so once I'm there I'm probably not going anywhere. My capital W Work is writing - I'm 13 years into an elven magic realism epic screenplay/novel series, it is my passion project and pet/housesitting gives me the time to tend to that vision, and fur babies to keep me company! Walking and playing with them keeps me active and in my beloved nature. It is a great joy to give people peace of mind while they travel, knowing their home and furbabies are in good hands. I know how stressful it can be - I was born in the Northeast and then moved to Nashville when I was 12 so my mom and I would drive up there to visit family, but we would often bring our dog and cats with us on that 13 hr ride because we didn’t have anyone we trusted to watch them. It’s a great time, unless it’s a family emergency. Now, I get to be that person for other people! My clients relaxing, knowing that they can have fun or do what needs doing and that their fur babies are taken care of at home - that is priceless and never gets old. About: I have been around cats and dogs most of my life. Had mostly larger breed dogs. Two Weimaraner‘s, a black lab, and a Rottweiler. Had a cat for about 10 years growing up. My son has a Great Pyrenees that I went with him to pick up when he was only two months old and he is now a year and a half. I walk my sons dog two times a day at minimum while he is working. I do travel some, but otherwise I will be home. Retired and ready to walk. I always wash, and clean water bowls, food bowls when adding new food. Put on calming music for the dog as well to ease them.

My husband and I have a one year old mini aussie shepard (Zelda) with moderate separation anxiety. We went on our first trip without her and this was also our first time having someone that wasn't family watch Zelda. We were so nervous to be leaving her with someone we didn't know, but after the meet and greet we knew right away Christy was going to take excellent care of her. About: I’m a homeowner with a huge fenced in backyard. I WFH so potty breaks and play time is not a problem. I have a 70lb golden retriever who loves to play. I take my own dog for a minimum of two walks a day. Most days I get out three or four times. I have a huge fenced in backyard for in between walks. I have a very sweet 5 year old golden who loves other dogs. I have experimented caring for super young all the way to end of life care for senior dogs.
