Elora seemed to get along just fine with her and her animals and came home just as content as when we dropped her off. The only thing I would mention for anyone with chemical sensitives Elora did come home smelling like a lot of artificial fragrances as did everything we dropped her off with and needed a good bath (she was not pleased about that) as we are chemical sensitive. This has nothing to do with the quality of care, and the genuine heart of Angela and her family just something to be aware of for those who have chemical sensitivities to artificial fragrances which is why I have rated 4 stars.”

“This is our first experience boarding our girl. She has some pretty severe separation anxiety so we were obviously worried about leaving her. This was a test day of daycare just to see how she reacted. Joy and her daughters could not have been more accommodating and understanding. They took the time to meet with us to explain the property and the process prior to the daycare visit and the day of the visit went very well! She seemed to fit right in and even took a nap on one of the girls beds (a level of spoiling we only ever expected her to get at home)! We're now more than comfortable with the fact that she'll be right at home at Joy's during our upcoming trip!”

About: I’ve been a dog lover my whole life. It all started at age 5 with Rosie, my sweet Shih Tzu-Poodle mix, and grew when our family adopted Judge, a Husky-Golden Retriever mix, when I was 12. For the last two years of Judge’s life, he lived with me full-time. As a large dog, he needed extra support, I lifted him, pushed him in a stroller during his final months, and when he was diagnosed with cancer, I managed his medication and care with dedication and precision to keep him as comfortable as possible. I also regularly care for my aunt’s small dogs, including one with paralyzed front legs, handling their special needs with patience and love. About: I was a dog groomer for over a year and worked in a dog store for 3 years and am able to read body language well and am very informed most things that come to your dogs needs. I spend as much time with my dog as I can everyday. I brush her, play ball, and pet her every single day and always give her lots of cookies. I take my dog to dog parks to play with her and have give her lots of treats! I brush my dog everyday and always have a cuddle time.
About: I really enjoy animals so much. I just do not meet a stranger when it comes to dogs and cats. Your home would be my home away from home. Im 49 years old with a 5 year old son. I enjoy teaching him about how wonderful each animal can be. I personally believe if you teach a child to love animals they will grow up to be wonderful people. I do not have a big home but it is ful of love. We treat all animals like they are part of our family. I can not wait to meet you and your family (pets)..
