My time volunteering and fostering at rescues has given me experience with all types of cats, from spicy to sweet, babies to seniors, and cats who need special care and medication. For Ft. Jackson families, I am a veteran and have base access. I'm a student and have class during the day, but am available mornings and evenings on weekdays to drop-in. On Friday-Sunday I'm available all day! I take care of all cats like my own. I give them food, fresh water, and clean their litter. I still manage to take my little Pug on numerous, walks into the dog park every day, and typically free on the weekends all day. Honestly, I love dogs so I will treat your dog like It’s my own, I do require all animals have updated shots and car seat belts as Milo and I often go on car rides and to the dog park… also if your dog is not neutered or spayed that is fine but please inform me prior so I can book accordingly, I do have pee pads for dogs who aren’t potty trained although most young puppies are easy to tech when a older dog is present.

About: Following the passing of our beloved 13 year old furbaby Zoe shortly after Christmas in 2024, my husband Kenny and I decided to honor her memory by offering dog boarding services in our home. We wanted to create a space where other dogs would receive the same love and care that Zoe did while their owners are traveling or away. Now that we are both retired and home full-time, we are able to provide a calm, comfortable, and loving environment for dogs, free from the stress often found in traditional kennels. Our home offers a peaceful setting where dogs receive individualized attention and care - no concrete kennels or constant barking, just a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Both Kenny and I have had dogs throughout our lives, often with two or three dogs at a time, as we do now. We have always adopted rescue dogs and regularly foster, with the aim of giving dogs a better future and a loving home. We have never, ever regretted this commitment. Currently, our family includes two dogs and two cats, all of whom get along well, are low-key, and are deeply loved. We have ample space and resources to care for your dog (or dogs!) as well, and would be delighted to do so. Additionally, we are pleased and honored to offer very low cost long-term boarding for any military service members who are deploying and need assistance caring for their dogs while they are away. Please feel free to reach out for more information. My husband and I are retired and have ample time and resources to provide exceptional care for your dog, just as we do for our own pets, as well as those of our friends and family. Although we do not have a fenced yard, we walk your dogs leashed. We live out in the country on a lake, in the middle of nowhere on our own private 2 acres, on a dead end cul-de-sac with no traffic at all. We have a very large 20'x30' detached game room that is our hangout space, and would be where the dogs played indoors and could bed down. We have smoke detectors and a monitored alarm system that covers the house and game room. We have an excellent Vet available in Newberry, as well as access to a visiting emergency Vet service here at the house. There are no children or aggressive dogs here.

About: Hello. I have extensive experience with a variety of animals. As a child I rescued stray cats, dogs, and different wildlife. I've had cats, dogs, turtles, rabbits, domesticated rats...literally everything. I currently have 4 rescued ducks, 2 rescued turtles, turkeys and 4 baby tortoises (inside). I have a fenced in yard and numerous references. I do have 4 small kids. I work from home. If a pet is skittish around children, I keep them in my room so there is calmness. I also have a completely seperate room that can be used if they prefer even less human contact. ***PLEASE send a collar and leash when boarding a dog I work from home so your pup would have constant attention as they'd be hanging out with me. I do have a fenced in backyard (it has my outdoor animals it in). If the pup isnt good around farm animal, potty breaks can be on a leash in my front yard I have a fenced in backyard. I am okay with a dog that sleeps in a cage overnight...or not. There's definitely flexibility there if the dog isnt destructive. I will ensure the pup is comfortable and entertained.

About: I have cared for dogs all ages. From puppies to elder. I even have a few furs myself. I love animals and will treat them with the upmost care I am off on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Sundays and Mondays. I work part time also flexible with animal care parents on those days off if need be. I have an outside kennel, a decent back yard area for little walks and play time. I have an extra inside cage that holds up to medium size animals. They are cleaned every use with kennelsol because animal safety is very important. I will ask what the of dog food you prefer for your pet this way they can stay on any diet they are on. I won’t need any animal bowls unless you wish to bring them for the animal. I will go and get them personal use bowls for their stay and future stays if willing to use services again.

About: Currently an ICU emergency veterinary technician with several years of experience in general practice veterinary medicine. Since age 4 I've had an animal in my home. I've brought home so many of our family pets over the years basically off of the streets. I cared for them faithfully and lovingly until they crossed that rainbow bridge. Animals are naturally drawn to me and I have several tips and tricks to get your fur baby comfortable and content by the end of our visit. Pet care is part of my everyday routine. Every morning I wake up between 5 and 6 every day and begin feeding and caring for my pets at home. I feed and water 2-3 times daily. I do walks and play time and of course cuddles and pets. I have a three day weekend every week, Friday, Saturday and Sunday so I would be home all of the time on.
