“Christina and Ricky’s home has become Jasper’s home away from home. Anytime I mention their name, he gets exited! During our meet and greet, my baby naturally gravitated towards them which let me know this was going to be a great match. Christina is reliable, flexible and communicates well by keeping me updated with the visit. We will continue to use her in the future!”

“An ever loving and kind individual who has a warm and inviting home which is perfectly suited for pets and fun for all who come! I can’t say enough good things about Sarah! I highly recommend her for your fur babies!”
“Margie is awesome! She kept us updated daily with pictures and videos, and I could see that our dog was having a great time! She was so kind to take extra special care of him through thunderstorms and fireworks. Five stars for sure! We will book again!”

“Shireen is the best! She has a love for all animals and handles each one with patience, kindness, and love no matter the personality. My 2 drama queens are full of personality and occasional mischief yet Shireen never fails to go above and beyond! This is my 2nd time using her boarding services and I am officially a loyal client! Thanks for everything Shireen ❤️”

“We used Wendy to watch our dog Max for the second time last week. She sends pictures every day and I know from her comments that he is well taken care of. She says her girls love him and I won’t hesitate to use her and her family again!”

“Jessica was great. She watched our dog Hunter for a few days while we were picking up our daughter from college. She was communicative and sent pictures every day. Hunter loved playing with Her dog Maple and cuddling with her daughter at night. Hunter seemed like he had a great time. Thanks Jessica.”

“We had such piece of mind leaving our 8 year old pup with Carrington for an overseas 10 day trip. Each day she kept us updated on how he was doing, took him on daily walks with outdoor playtime, shared photos/videos and loved our boy just like her own pups. Highly highly recommend!”

“James and Sofia were so amazing! Communication was difficult for us since we traveled outside the USA, but they did an amazing job. We got regular updates from them with pictures and even videos of our sweet girl. They were flexible with drop off and pick up times when our travel plans shifted on us. We felt very secure having her at thier house. Their fenced in yard is a good size and has places for a curious pup to explore safely. Shelob had such a good time with them and their cats that she seems to miss them a day after us being home. They made a big impression on her in the best way. We will definitely use them the next time we need to board our baby!”

“Lisa and her family took care of my dog with so much love and affection! I received consistent updates and pictures, and felt very comfortable leaving my dog in their home. I recommend Lisa to anyone needing an amazing sitter!”

“Dasha loved her stay with Karen!! We received lots of updates via pictures and videos. Dasha came home calm and happy! (Although I think she’s a little sad to not be hanging out with her new friends). I will definitely be booking future stays with Karen. I particularly like that she knew how to introduce Dasha to her crew. It showed a high level of care, both for my pup and hers!!”

“Mary and her husband Larry were incredible. She took amazing care of our puppy and kept us updated the entire time we were gone. We would not hesitate twice to leave Cooper in her care again. Thank you!”

“Just and her family were so great with Rhett! Very flexible and sent lots of pictures putting me at ease after leaving him for the first time. Rhett loved being with their other dogs. We will definitely be back!”

“Andre and her family did a fantastic job caring for our mini bernedoodle! Andre was prompt with all communication and scheduling was easy. Her home is welcoming and Biscotti really enjoyed playing with their sweet lab and snuggling her kids. We could tell Biscotti was well-cared for when we brought her back home- she was calm and happy and jumped right back into our family routines- like she had a great vacation too! Thanks, Andre and fam! We’ll definitely book with Andre again.”

“Very very appreciative of Kathryn. She was so helpful and ensured that all of our pets’ needs were met, going above and beyond to make sure that everything went well. I’ve had a few less than pleasant experiences on here, so coming home to happy pets and no mess was a relief. I absolutely recommend booking with her.”

“Harriette is the best! So dependable and good with our 2 cats. She always goes above and beyond and we never have to worry when we are out of town. Thanks so much!”

“Lori was amazing with our babies! Both our babies love her when she comes and visits them. Lori spends time and brushes their coat (their favorite) and tends to their needs! We didn't have to worry when we were traveling out of the country for 2 weeks! You're the best, Lori!”

“Jana was fantastic this week. So thankful I found her on Rover. Great communication and the photos look like the kitties were happy to see her on each visit. Thank you for your patience with Charlie. I was relieved knowing Charlie was getting his daily medication with no issue.”

“Jay did an amazing job looking after my two kitties while I was out of town. He is so detail oriented and his check ins were thorough! I would definitely book again!”

About: I have a deep love for cats and have had them since I was young. I understand that cats need a patient, gentle approach and I’m experienced with everything from playful kittens to calm seniors. I’m happy to help with feeding, fresh water, meticulous litter box cleaning, and of course, plenty of playtime or quiet companionship depending on your cat's mood. I pride myself on being reliable and providing peace of mind through daily photo updates.
“Andrea was a great sitter for our two kitties! She was always very communicative with us and sent great update photos with each visit! We are so thankful to have an attentive cat sitter like her :)”

“Amber did a fantastic job caring for our two cats! They had specific medical needs that she was able to meet easily, and she was very accommodating to changes in scheduling. She provided a high level of care, and communicated to us updates at every check in. Highly recommend!”

“Skylar is the best! She’s super communicative and my cats seem to take really well to her! Litter box and water are always clean and filled up when I’m back from my trips. She’s my go to sitter, I’d recommend to anyone who needs their cats watched.”

“Cherie is marvelous! She's 10/10 friendly, reliable, and thorough. My partner and I have served on Rover and, between the two of us, we have about a hundred 5-star reviews. We've also worked with about a dozen providers as clients. So, we're very familiar with what pet care service can look like. You can book confidently with Cherie.”

“Shannon did a great job taking care of our senior cat while we were away. Our cat can be a little slow to warm up to new people but Shannon was patient and Applesauce quickly made a new friend. Shannon was reliable and communicated well. We’d definitely have her back.”

“Punctual, communicative, adaptable - Catherine was super helpful while we were away for 3 days. She followed all instructions and even went above and beyond when additional items popped up. Thanks for all of your help!”

“Cindy was an absolute dream helping me out by dropping in on my two very old schnauzers. They bonded with her quickly and trusted her for hugs and snuggles. She was kind and cleaned up their little messes and joined them in the yard to walk around. I felt very comfortable with Cindy in my home and she was so lovely and flexible. I know I will be using her again.”

About: After my dad's cat passed away when I was a child, I convinced my parents to let us adopt a white cat who kept appearing on our back porch. We named him Sam and he and the dog became pals. He didn't scratch me nearly as much as my dad's black cat, Stashy used to. A recent cat sitting client required a thyroid medicine cream to be applied to the inside of her ears. She was not into it, so I had to be sneaky. I allow cats to show me how and when they want to be touched and how and when they don't. Playtime with lasers, boxes, paper bags, and rotating crinkly, feathered, bouncy, stretchy, and fuzzy toys is a joy :-)

“Jaylin is hands down the best person you could possibly leave your dog with. She not only has a deep love for animals, but is also experienced in things like giving them medications. She is very particular about introducing her dogs to your dog slowly as to not overwhelm anyone, which is extremely important. My dog had an absolute blast and I will definitely be using Jaylin’s service again in the near future. It was a great experience for everyone.”

“Hannah was great. We needed someone to watch our large, high energy puppy and found Hannah. We wanted our dog to have the chance to play with another dog if possible, so she arranged for our pup to meet her dog prior to the stay. Hannah and Conan (her dog) were both awesome. Hannah clearly has a lot of love for dogs and and her experience handling dogs was evident. She sent us updates and pics throughout the day of Charlie (our boy) playing the yard and with her dog, Conan. Hannah even walked Charlie to help get some of his energy out. We will be using Hannah again!”

About: The son and grandson of veterinarians, I've spent my whole life around animals of all kinds, and I would love the chance to take care of your dog! I grew up with dogs, cats, and horses as pets, and while working for my dad I helped take care of pet boarders at his hospital for many years and assisted him and other vets while providing medical care. I also had a spunky Jack Russell for 17 years (!), and to tell the truth, I created this account mostly for the chance to spend time with some doggy friends because I miss that companionship very much, but I'm also still not ready for another one myself. You will be doing me a favor by letting me hang out with your dog! I obviously have experience with elder dog care, and giving medication, but I also have experience with dogs of all different types and energy levels. I work from home most of the week. I only have to leave the house for work on Tuesday and Thursday. My partner, Sofia, works from home full time, however, and is a pet lover like me, so your dog will never be without companionship, and we can accommodate any pet's needs for walks, bathroom breaks, feeding, and medication. I have a fenced in back yard to let your dog out in for quick bathroom breaks or just to get fresh air, and I live in a great neighborhood for walking. I'm happy to walk your dog as much as you'd like! I'm also close to Unity Park and the Swamp Rabbit trail if your dog needs some more serious play time! Lastly, I have two sweet kitties who are comfortable around dogs in the sense that they will likely ignore your dog, lol. But I don't board cats because they don't like strange kitties.
About: I’ve had dogs since I was 8 years old, I am a pro belly rubber. I feel a connection with animals and I truly love taking care of them. I've taken care of friends' pets and even my former work manager's. I also volunteered at an Animal Shelter and i enjoyed spending time with them… playing, walking, and making sure they’re happy, comfortable, and and feel loved. I’m responsible and patient because I emphatize with animals and i know our pets are important to our family. I’m graduating as a massage therapist at the end of June, 2026 so I’ll have a very flexible schedule since I plan to work independently. I'm currently living with roommates and can't bring pets home. I'm available for pet sitting at clients' homes and walks in parks and other outdoor activities.
“An absolute sweetheart who took such good care of our boy, like he was her own dog. Casper is tired and fulfilled. Lovely, trustworthy place to leave your pup - we can’t recommend it enough! Thank you so much ❤️ Casper had a blast!”

About: I have been dog setting for the past 23 years. It all started when I watched my boss' 3 chihuahuas when I was about 17 and then I just have had many request ever since. I have had the privilege of caring for many beloved pups. Throughout my pet-sitting days, I have provided a loving and safe environment for dogs of all shapes and sizes. My two personal dogs were an integral part of my life for 12 wonderful years. They both passed in the Summer of 2020. It took me awhile to get another dog, but I did finally get our Elvis (a bloodhound) in October 2022. He is almost 5 years old with a giant heart! He loves to have a fur-friend over and gets along with any age pup. I have a son who is 10 years old and absolutely loves helping out with the dogs. My son has learned so much about dogs and loves having them around as well. I also prioritize the emotional well-being of the dogs I sit for. I recognize the profound impact that loss and change can have on a dog’s mental health, and I strive to create a nurturing environment where they feel safe and supported. Through patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of canine behavior, I work to alleviate any anxiety or stress that may arise during their time with me. Above all, I approach dog sitting as a privilege and a responsibility. I hold myself to the highest standards of professionalism and compassion, ensuring that each dog receives the love and attention they deserve. My goal is to provide a pawsitive and enriching experience for both the dogs and their owners, fostering a sense of peace of mind for all parties involved. I am a stay at home dog-mom! “Our dog had surgery yesterday and Katherine took care of him today while we were at work. He was in the best hands. She took the best care of him and made sure everything went smoothly for him. She kept me updated throughout the day and Hank was so happy and comfortable with her. I trust her completely and highly recommend her. She deserves 10 stars.”

That same standard of care extends to every dog I welcome.

“Skylar is great with Trixie and Snoops. She’s watched them twice when we’ve been in Greenville from Atlanta to see events at the Peace Center and we can always rely on her. She answers communications timely and the dogs warm up to her right away. Thanks Sylar!🙏”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the genuine love and care I bring to every dog I meet. I see each pet as an individual with their own personality and needs, and I make it my priority to make them feel safe, happy, and loved—just like they would at home. I have two sweet rescue dogs of my own who are incredibly friendly with both people and other dogs. Living with them has taught me so much about patience, trust-building, and how to read a dog’s body language. It’s also given me real experience in creating a calm, playful, and secure environment, especially for dogs who may be shy, energetic, or still adjusting to new surroundings. Whether it’s playing fetch, going for walks, or simply being a calming presence, I put my heart into giving every pup the attention and affection they deserve. You can feel confident that your dog will be treated with kindness, respect, and lots of love while they’re with me. I work from home about 12 hours a week, which gives me plenty of time and flexibility to fully focus on caring for dogs. My schedule allows me to provide consistent attention throughout the day—whether that means extra potty breaks, playtime, or just keeping a close eye on your pup to make sure they feel safe and comfortable. Because I’m home most of the day, I can easily adapt to each dog’s routine and needs. Whether your dog requires a little extra care, more frequent walks, or simply loves companionship, I’m here to provide a calm, loving environment with lots of one-on-one time. At home, we follow a balanced routine that includes a mix of long and short walks throughout the day to keep dogs active and happy. I also have access to a dog park in the apartment complex, which is great for safe playtime and socializing in a controlled environment. I live with my boyfriend, and while I’m the primary caregiver during the day, he also helps out with the dogs in the mornings, evenings, and on weekends. We both love spending time with animals, and your pup will receive plenty of attention, love, and care from the two of us throughout their stay. Inside, I love incorporating little training moments during the day to encourage good behavior—like practicing “sit,” “wait,” or calm greetings. It keeps their minds engaged and helps create a positive, structured environment. If your dog is crate-trained or feels more comfortable having their own space, I’m happy to accommodate that as well. I can provide crate time for rest, routine, or safety—whatever works best for your pup’s needs. Overall, I aim to create a peaceful, enriching, and loving home where every dog can feel secure and cared for.

“Harriette was great with my very sensitive, very vocal pomchi! I received updates and she did everything I asked her to do. I’m extremely picky with my baby and I felt confident with him in her care. Will book again and again!”

About: I am an animal lover through and through. I have training experience with puppies, as long as senior pups. I love playing with high energy fur babies, but also know how scary or overwhelming it could be meeting a new human so I am also empathetic to those maybe a little more timid. I work part time, and complete my internship and school from home, making my life super accessible for short or long term commitments. I am also very active, so it doesn’t matter the weather, I’d rather be outside - rain or sun:) As a dog mom of two dudes myself, I feel it is extremely important to prioritize safety, bond, and communication. I see the animals I care for the same as any human I would care for - worthy of love, understanding, patience, and prioritization.
“Jana has been great to work with, all the more so given that our dog is a rescue who was abandoned and suffers from an abandonment complex, albeit less so since getting Jana's guidance. We highly recommend Jana, especially so if you also have a dog with similar issues.”

“Kennedy was wonderful to work with. We booked her a bit last minute and she was able to make it work. She was very communicative and while we didn’t have a chance to meet in person I felt very comfortable having her walk my dog, Brewer, who is truly my favorite creature in the world. I will definitely be booking with Kennedy in the future. Thank you!!”

“Jay is great! He has walked my dog consistently for the last few weeks and she gets excited to see him. I had a family emergency which meant I had my mother’s dog here too and he was understanding and walked both dogs. He also shifted my dogs walks and visits after her surgery to provide what I asked (no interaction with dogs, shorter walk, hanging out inside). He is a good communicator and flexible.”

About: I have experience taking care of all types of animals (dogs, cats, bunnies, etc.). I have medically complex cats myself, so I am comfortable giving medication or other medical treatments include IVs. I also have two dogs so I am comfortable with caring for multiple pets at a time. I know how important it is to have complete trust in the person watching your fur-babies. I’m here to build community! I start work mid morning so I am available for early morning starts. I can work my schedule to your time. I am local to downtown Greenville and happy to travel. I will follow instruction to a T so that you feel comfortable knowing your babies are in good hands. I am an extra-communicator and will happily send all of the pictures so you can get updates on how we are doing.
“I'm so happy to have found Cherie! She is very responsive and reliable. She was wonderful with both my dogs and they took to her right away. One of my dogs is fearful and the other is a senior dealing with an injury. Cherie was great at dealing with both their unique needs. After the visit, she provided detailed notes with how everything went and I really appreciated that. It was obvious to me from the moment I met Cherie that she has a great love for dogs. I will definitely use her again. Thank you, Cherie!”

“Cody was available to walk Crash with only a few hours notice! He was friendly, helpful, and patient with my spoiled pitbull pulling like a Mack truck on his walk. He is a great walking friend that Crash recommends! ☺️”

“Brooke was amazing!! She came to walk Tela within a half hour of my request and get her great exercise! Would definitely recommend her and will be rebooking with Brooke very soon! Thanks for taking such great care of my puppy!”

About: I truly love spending time with all kinds of pets! Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and play with their animals. I work from home full-time, which means my schedule is incredibly flexible. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine! I am available throughout the day for walks, potty breaks, and playtime. Your pet won't be left alone for long periods, as I'll be right there working nearby. I can easily accommodate mid-day requests and provide plenty of supervised attention and companionship. I strictly follow all security and care instructions to keep your pets and property safe. I am a highly responsible and communicative sitter. I'll send you frequent photo and text updates so you never have to wonder how your furry friend is doing while you're away.
“Tanya is the best! My crazy lab, Rhett, loves his walks. She is wonderful, dependable and a great dog handler! If you’re “on the fence” about hiring a dog sitter or walker, you won’t regret hiring Tanya.”

“She was great on short notice while we were at a hotel and they loved her! She came in and got to know them then they loving body slammed her everyday on arrival they were so excited!”

All dogs and cats have been inside animals, with a good many of them being rescued or fostered. I am currently a self employed stay at home ceramic artist. I have two loving and spoiled miniature schnauzers, who are 5 and 6 years old. They spend every waking moment with me, even having their own space while I work. I have two friendly and non reactive miniature schnauzers. Dog safe, fenced in yard with security cameras in every corner. Daily walks around West Village, when the pavement temperature allows. I am home 99% of the time, but dogs are crated when I need to run errands, both for their safety and peace of mind.
About: Hi, I have been professionally pet-sitting for over twenty years, and I've been a dog mom my whole adult life. My family had dogs and cats from the time I was born. We bred our golden retriever, so I helped care for newborn puppies when I was in middle school. I have experience with senior dogs with health challenges, including my sweet lab mix who lived to be 15 as well as a few pet sitting clients as well who need special attention. I love spending time with animals and celebrating life, sharing their joyful presence and pure, loving hearts. I'm delighted to brush, massage, administer meds, cuddle, walk, play ball, play hide-and-seek, run, and talk to your fur children. I have a gorgeous, snuggly pit bull named Jade who vacations at my parents house when I am pet sitting in your home. I am in transition from grad school to private practice as a marriage and family therapist, and I intend to pet sit as I gradually get my practice up and running and increase clients. I will continue to be available for in home pet sitting, staying at your home at least part time throughout the day. ***I do not smoke and am sensitive to strong chemical perfumes, so I will not bring anything like that into your environment. I can’t pet sit in smoking homes or homes that have mold, musty smells, or strong air freshener perfumes. Therefore, I would like to do a meet and greet at your home before confirming a house-sitting arrangement. These things are generally not an issue if all I am doing are short drop-in visits or walks.

She has a beautiful personality and she’s easy to work with….. She walks your dog and the Big backyard area is a plus!! Perfect for the dog to burn energy!”

“We had such piece of mind leaving our 8 year old pup with Carrington for an overseas 10 day trip. Each day she kept us updated on how he was doing, took him on daily walks with outdoor playtime, shared photos/videos and loved our boy just like her own pups. Highly highly recommend!”

“Jaylin and Charlie took great care of our pup Eleanor. They sent lots of videos of her playing with other dogs which we loved. We will be using them again very soon . A+++”

“Lauren happily took in our 2 cats last minute. She did a fantastic job looking after them and has a lovely setup for housing cats in her home. I’d be more than happy to use Lauren again and would recommend her to anyone looking for care for their cats.”

About: I have grooming, training, & boarding experience. I’m experienced in administering medications; pills, eye drops, shots, etc. Animals are my peace so I’d love to give a peace of mind to others😊 I’m available full time, there are currently 6 dogs & 2 cats in my house & the pups get outside about 3-5 times a day depending on the weather. I also have a 3 year old whos with me 3 days out of the week. I have a fenced in yard, all of my pups & my sisters are crated when not supervised. I would prefer crates brought when staying with me just for safety reasons! & if I were to watch your pup in your hone they’d get the same love & care they receive from you😊
“I can't say enough great things about Vanessa! She did an amazing job taking care of my senior dog, Bailey. Not only did she keep me updated regularly with messages and adorable pictures, but she was also incredibly sweet and attentive to him. It's clear that she truly loves animals and treats them with the utmost care and compassion. I would highly recommend Vanessa to anyone looking for someone to take special care of their dog. You can trust her to make sure your pet is happy, comfortable, and well looked after! I will definitely be using her again.”

“Our pup stayed for 8 days while we were on vacation. He was happy and healthy when we returned and had been socializing and playing. He liked Lauren a lot more than other formal boarding places he has stayed.”

“We could not be happier with our experience with Harry and Jeremy. They were so flexible, kind, organized, and professional in watching our little dog. Their home is lovely and I truly felt like our dog was part of their family. Would always book again!”
