“My dog was happy and exhausted when i picked her up from Nikki. I've already made plans to leave her again. I loved getting so many photo updates and Cecile had her happy ears and tail on in every photo!”

“Alyson is absolutely amazing! She truly loves & cares for your babies like they are her own! Isla clearly had the best time! It is so refreshing & such a relief to know your fur baby is in the best of hands when thousands of miles away! We would 1000% recommend her to everyone & anyone we know! We will be using her again!”

“Kristi and her family were amazing watching our 2 dogs when our Boarder closed about a month before our travel. She sent pictures and videos daily that our kids looked forward to. Our dogs were in a much better place than boarding because they didn't spend half a day in a cage and got to play with their own dog. They loved our dogs like their own. We will absolutely book again, not only for the peace of mind, but it was evident the dogs loved it there too. Highly recommend!”

“Sarah was wonderful! Our dog is 10 years old and has been sick so he’s on several medications twice a day and Sarah took wonderful care of him. I was incredibly anxious about leaving him and she provided daily updates and pictures that showed he was in great hands. We picked him up and he was perfectly happy and seemed to have had a great time with Sarah and her family! Would absolutely recommend and would love for Sarah to watch any of our pets in the future!”
“This was our second stay with Zadok. It felt like our dog became a part of his family. When I picked up, his daughter was still petting and talking sweetly to our KD as I was putting her into the car.”

“Megan was absolutely fantastic!! We boarded our large breed dog, Dutch, with her for over a week while out of town and had an amazing vacation knowing that our pup was being loved and cared for like her own. We loved getting the frequent updates and pictures showing he was having a blast, and Megan always communicated quickly and was extremely flexible with scheduling our pick up and drop off times. We will definitely be trusting her with our pup again, 10/10 seriously cannot recommend her enough!!”

“This was the first time I've had to board my dog with someone so I was definitely apprehensive about leaving him. Lina immediately put us at ease with the meet and greet. She gave me several updates with pictures and videos each day that we were gone and I could tell that he was well taken care of. I would be happy to use her again in the future”

“Hillary and Justin did a great job with Chloe, my 4 pound teacup yorkie! They took her into their home and treated her like family. They kept me updated throughout her stay with pictures of her adventures, and even took her with them to see friends (after asking me of course). Chloe is usually anxious in these situations and once I get her home she sleeps more than usual. That did not happen this time. This tells me she was very comfortable despite having never stayed there before. I will definitely use Hillary and Justin again and recommend them to others! Thanks for taking care of my princess!”

“Daisy was a great sitter, her family was very friendly and attentive with my dog and anxiety needs. She sent several pictures and videos which really helped ease my nerves during our trip, he was in good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Katie and David were very accommodating with two last minute changes to our booking! They provided updates and photos the entire time I was gone. I will definitely use them next time a sitter is needed and recommend you to book with them.”

“Alisha was wonderful! This was my first time leaving my baby with someone outside of family, and she made the experience so comfortable. She kept in touch frequently, shared videos, and updated me on how much fun he was having (and that he was eating well!). I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter for their fur baby!”

“I had an amazing experience using Rover for my 9-day trip! My puppy Onyx stayed with Jeanetta and her family. I couldn’t have asked for better care. From the start, they made me feel completely at ease. I received daily updates, photos, and sweet messages showing Onyx playing, relaxing, and getting lots of love. Onyx is still a young pup with lots of energy, and Jeanetta handled him with such patience and care. He came home happy, healthy, and clearly bonded with his sitter — it felt like he had a little vacation of his own! Thank you so much, Jeanetta for treating Onyx like one of your own. I’ll definitely be booking with you again!”

“The absolute best… hands down!!! We are so grateful to have found a permanent sitter for our fur baby. Thank you for taking such good care of our sweet boy. Until next time !”

Growing up with pets has given me experience with feeding, walking, playtime, administering basic care, and recognizing their individual needs and personalities. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I will treat them with the same care, patience, and attention that I give my own. Whether your pet needs an energetic playmate or a calm companion, I am committed to providing a safe, loving, and reliable experience. As a college student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide reliable pet care throughout the week. I can accommodate walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and companionship. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, exercise, medications, and routines to help pets feel secure and maintain consistency. I understand that every pet is unique, and I take the time to build trust with them while providing plenty of attention, patience, and care. About: I used to be a vet tech so I have plenty of experience with cats. I currently have four cats on our property. I understand that some cats like their space and some like you to be all up in their space! Let me know all about yours when we book.
“Lauren was fantastic with my two cats! She sent great pictures and write ups for each visit. She spent time playing with them and giving them their purée sticks. Lauren was very responsive and will rebook for future visits.”

“So happy I was able to rebook Stephene to watch my cat! Unfortunately, I didn't get around to reviewing her the last time I had her watch my cat. One of the most important things to me when I am away is that I can trust someone to show up and take care of my pets. My cat will hide, however Stephene will always find him, play with him, and send me pics! I love that!! Stephene is very dependable - always on time and is a caring pet sitter!!”

“Jennifer was perfect! This was my first time using Rover and she ensured everything was done correctly and even came by to meet Zeep and ensure she knew where everything was before the actual visit. Her reports were very thorough and included Zeep’s behavior and mood as well as routine items. She will be the first person I look at when I need a Rover sitter in the future :)”

About: I have taken care of animals since i was a child! I personally had 4+ dogs/cats at a time growing up since I was 5 years old and even now! As a stay-at-home mom, I’m home the majority of the day and night, which allows me to give consistent attention and supervision. I only step out briefly for school drop-off/pick-up or short errands, typically no more than a few hours total. Your dog will not be left alone for long stretches and will be treated like part of our daily routine, with regular potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of interaction throughout the day. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. We live on 2 fully fenced acres, providing plenty of secure space to run and explore while always supervised. When indoors, pets are part of our family environment — relaxing, playing, or cuddling in a calm and clean home. I carefully follow each dog’s routine, feeding schedule, and any special instructions to ensure they feel safe and at ease. My goal is to create a structured but loving environment where your pup feels right at home.

About: I’ve always had a heart for animals ever since I could walk and talk. I would take in strays and raise them up! When I lived in the city, I used a boarding service for my pups. Since moving to the country, I’ve dreamed up offering that service to others. I’m home on weekends. I work from home on Monday and Friday. So I am available for weekend services, and some extended time for visits. I have a big yard and I live down a dirt road, so I am far from main traffic. I love one on one time with animals as well.

I follow each pet’s normal schedule as closely as possible—including feeding times, potty breaks, walks, medications (if needed), and sleep routines—to help them feel comfortable and secure. I also make sure they get plenty of supervised playtime, enrichment, and one-on-one attention. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine consistent to reduce stress while you’re away. Whether it’s drop-in visits, walks, or overnight stays, I make sure your pet is fed on schedule, exercised appropriately, and given lots of affection and engagement. I’m attentive to details like refreshing water, cleaning up after them, administering medications if needed, and keeping their space tidy. I also provide regular photo and video updates so you can feel confident and connected while you’re gone. No matter the service, my goal is always the same: to make your pet feel safe, happy, and loved.

About: Hi! My name is P.J., and I am a dog person without a dog. After 15 years with my own boxer rescue, I recently had to say goodbye, and my home feels a little too quiet. While I am not ready for another dog of my own just yet, I am very ready to love on yours! My schedule is super flexible as I don’t work a traditional 9 to 5, so your dog will get lots of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. Whether your pup is high-energy, a champion napper, or somewhere in between, I’m happy to match their vibe. Walks, playtime, or just hanging out on the couch…I’m down for all of it. I’m easygoing, reliable, attentive, and very comfortable following whatever routine your dog is used to. Detailed instructions, medications, special diets, or quirky habits don’t bother me at all (honestly, I think the quirks are part of the fun). My family includes my husband and 10-year-old, and they love dogs as well. When they’re home from work and school, your pup will get even more attention and affection (basically a built-in fan club). I know firsthand how nerve-racking it can be to leave your pet with someone else. My goal is to make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and completely comfortable while you’re away so that YOU can also feel completely comfortable and relax knowing your pup is well taken care of. As a stay-at-home mom, my schedule is incredibly flexible. I have plenty of time and attention to give to your pup, and am open to both short-term and long-term boarding. My own yard isn’t fenced, but I live in a large neighborhood with a fenced dog park and miles of sidewalk for long walks. My home is clean, cozy, and clutter free—safe for active or curious pets!

I’m a stay at home mom full time, with lots of extra time on my hands We absolutely love dogs, and hope to adopt in the future when the time is right. I currently don’t work, so i have a completely open schedule which is great when it comes to my flexibility! I stay home all day with our baby, so a non agressive dog is very crucial for us. We have a fenced in yard, love going on walks and giving belly scratches and a whole lot of time on our hands when it comes to meeting your pups needs

I have a dog and cat of my own, they are both very friendly and love making new friends. About: Hi! I'm Kernix — a military spouse, dog lover, and proud chocolate Lab mom to Josie! I know how important it is to find a safe, loving, and stress-free place for your pup while you're away. My goal is to provide a true "home away from home" experience with lots of attention, structure, and affection. I grew up around animals and have always loved caring for them. Growing up, we had pugs, chihuahuas, bunnies, and hamsters, so caring for pets has always been a natural part of my life. We moved to South Carolina in October 2025 after previously being stationed in Washington. My husband is originally from Myrtle Beach, SC, and we've loved settling into the Summerville community and making it feel like home. 1 Family at a Time: I only accept one client family at a time so your pup will receive personalized care without the stress of a crowded boarding environment. This setup works especially well for puppies, anxious dogs, seniors, or dogs who simply do better with a calmer environment. About Our Home & Routine: We live in a quiet, dog-friendly neighborhood with a fully fenced backyard where pups can safely play, sniff, and explore. Dogs enjoy regular potty breaks, supervised playtime, enrichment activities, belly rubs, and lots of companionship throughout the day. I also closely follow feeding routines and medication schedules when needed. Meet Josie: We also have our sweet chocolate Lab,Josie! She is extremely friendly and social and has done wonderfully with every person, dog, and cat she has met so far. Josie enjoys meeting friendly dogs and would love a playmate during your pup's stay. Meet & Greets & Communication: I highly encourage meet & greets before boarding, especially for first-time stays. I want both you and your pup to feel comfortable and confident before booking. Communication is very important to me, and I always do my best to stay flexible with drop-off and pick-up times whenever possible. Boarding & Doggy daycare: Doggy day care pickup is by 5 PM. If pickup is needed after 5 PM, please book boarding instead so I can properly accommodate your pup's evening and overnight care routine. Boarding Requirements: To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, I currently only accept: • Dogs that are reasonably potty trained • Friendly dogs that do well around people and other dogs • Dogs that are up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention Because I provide care in my personal home, I may not be the best fit for dogs with severe separation anxiety, destructive behaviors, or frequent indoor accidents.
