“Our Louis is a 5-month old yorkiepoo, weighs 6 pounds, and has never stayed with anyone other than family. We were apprehensive about leaving him with non-family for 5 days while we cruised but did not have a choice. We searched Rover, chatted with a few people, found Nontombe and the end result is that we (and apparently Louis) completely adore Nontombe. Nontombe sent us videos and pictures and it was clear to see Louis was right at home with someone who loved on him and played with him. We were also worried about how Louis would get along with the other dogs being cared for but Nontombe outlined her plan to us to introduce Louis and what would happen if the dogs did not get along and the videos and pictures of Louis and the other dogs made us feel even more comfortable. It was also clear to us that Nontombe loves animals and is great with them. We recommend her for the care of your young and older fur babies and personally, we won’t use anyone else.”

He suggested a meet and greet before we committed to the appointment; we accepted and got a great vibe from the start. Our dog is older and has some personality quirks and a little separation anxiety. Michael and his wife were able to easily deal with her and show her a good time, keeping us updated daily with pics and texts. They accommodated Birdie's preferred sleeping arrangements and gave her plenty of opportunity to socialize with people and other dogs in a low stress environment, which was a huge reason we didn't want to send her to a typical kennel/pet spa. Additionally, Birdie had some minor stomach issues while we were out of town and they kept us informed and updated and gave us a reliable opinion on if/when she should be taken to a vet. I’m a professional groomer that works from home, my kiddos do home school, so my daily routine is usually about the same lol I groom just about every day, and also occasionally board for my long term clients With me working from home and having my kiddos home, I would absolutely prefer your pet to be dropped off and picked up, your pet will have the opportunity to play with my personal dogs, get to go outside plenty of times and also have that human interaction as well rather then being in a kennel/run for hours on end before getting let out to go potty.

About: I've lived on a farm my entire life. I have experience with all animals, from indoor ragdolls to barn tabbies, chihuahuas to great danes, puppies and elderly pets, and even cows and chickens! I have taken care of pets with medicine routines, puppies who need daily training, and cats who just need some company. :) I am a PhD student, so I have classes in the mornings and evenings! My heart is broken😢 Now that my children are gone and my Toby is, I want to use all my years of taking care of pets to fill a void. About: I've owned dogs my whole life and now I have cats too. I love all animals though whether I own them or not. If you want someone who is really good with animals, I'm your girl. I'm currently working part time so will have plenty of time to stop in and look after your pet. Just let me know what day and I will put you on my calender. I will be very careful entering your home making sure no pets are trying to escape. I am very conscience of my surrounding so your pets health and safety is my number one priority.

About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs since I was in middle school and have experience with dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities. I’m comfortable feeding, walking, playing with, and giving lots of attention to pets. I’m responsible, patient, and dependable, and I’ll treat your dog like they’re my own! I’m currently a full-time student at USC, so I typically only have about two in-person classes each day. Outside of school and my social life, I have plenty of flexibility and time to give your pet the care, attention, and love they deserve! I live in a pet-free apartment, so I’m unable to have pets stay overnight at my home. “Our Louis is a 5-month old yorkiepoo, weighs 6 pounds, and has never stayed with anyone other than family. We were apprehensive about leaving him with non-family for 5 days while we cruised but did not have a choice. We searched Rover, chatted with a few people, found Nontombe and the end result is that we (and apparently Louis) completely adore Nontombe. Nontombe sent us videos and pictures and it was clear to see Louis was right at home with someone who loved on him and played with him. We were also worried about how Louis would get along with the other dogs being cared for but Nontombe outlined her plan to us to introduce Louis and what would happen if the dogs did not get along and the videos and pictures of Louis and the other dogs made us feel even more comfortable. It was also clear to us that Nontombe loves animals and is great with them. We recommend her for the care of your young and older fur babies and personally, we won’t use anyone else.”

“I'd recommend Michael to anyone. We were first time Rover users and a little nervous. He suggested a meet and greet before we committed to the appointment; we accepted and got a great vibe from the start. Our dog is older and has some personality quirks and a little separation anxiety. Michael and his wife were able to easily deal with her and show her a good time, keeping us updated daily with pics and texts. They accommodated Birdie's preferred sleeping arrangements and gave her plenty of opportunity to socialize with people and other dogs in a low stress environment, which was a huge reason we didn't want to send her to a typical kennel/pet spa. Additionally, Birdie had some minor stomach issues while we were out of town and they kept us informed and updated and gave us a reliable opinion on if/when she should be taken to a vet. They watched Birdie for a week and we got her back happy and healthy, and we wouldn't hesitate to send her to them again in the future.”
