“This was our first time ever boarding our 17 month old Shih Tzu. And we had to leave him in the cone of shame for a sore he wouldn’t stop licking. I was uneasy to say the least. But our little guy liked Evelyn from the start. She has a calm, easy going demeanor that he liked instantly. She sent me photos and updates regularly especially since I was nervous about the sore on his skin. His stay went off without a hitch. We will definitely be using Evelyn again. About: Update: I will not be available May 18-25, and Jun 2-14 I love dogs!! I've fostered many dogs and volunteered at many shelters. I've had seniors and even fostered one with spina bifida. My first two loves were English Bulldogs. I have lots of experience with them and know that smooshy face breeds are much more delicate than other breeds. I absolutly love them! I'm not good with extremely energtic dogs, but can handle anything else. I am semi-retired. I currently work part time on Friday and Sundays with an occasional third day, so I am home a lot. I have plenty of time to devote to your pooch. In my home, I care for your pet just as I care for mine. Of course, with your direction implemented also. I do have a pool, so I will need to know how your dog is around pools, or if they have zero experience with pools, I will need to know that as well.

About: For over 6 years I've been working in the pet care industry. From 2019-2023 I worked in the dog daycare and boarding business, first as a kennel tech at Central Park Dog Daycare in Oklahoma City, then for almost 3 years at Peachtree Pets in Georgia, where I worked as a kennel manager. During my time as a kennel tech, I received well over 100 hours of training in dog behavior from multiple sources. I have administered medications of all kinds, including insulin, to dogs of all behavior types. From 2023-2025 I worked at Hollywood Feed, where I took their extensive dog and cat nutrition training and sold organic, holistically sourced dog and cat food. From them, I learned the importance of feeding high quality food. Now, my dogs eat better food than I do, but they've never been healthier! I have two dogs of my own, who are my pride and joy. They're happy, spoiled, and have a great bond despite all their differences. Right now I'm mainly working from home as an artist. I plan to begin selling my work at street fairs, but those events only last a few hours on a couple days of the week, so overall, my schedule is currently, completely open and workable. I am completely open to spending as much time with your pet as you'd like me to, whether I'm hanging out with them for several hours each day, or only taking them out to potty briefly, it's totally up to the pet's comfort and your own needs. I've taken care of hundreds of dogs, each with their own specific personality and needs, and am prepared and excited to care for many more.
About: Hey, I’m Aubree! I am a life long animal lover with lots of experience caring for all different types of animals. These pets have ranged from dogs and cats to even goats, horses and other farm animals. I am a stay at home mom and like to pet sit in my free time. I currently have 2 dogs, 2 goats, and a horse of my own so I definitely understand the care and love it takes to make them happy. My favorite thing about animals is how individual they are and how much personality each pet has. I would love the opportunity to be able to care for your pet. Dogs have always been a central part of my life. I currently live with three dogs, including high-drive working breeds, so I understand the importance of exercise, structure, and mental engagement. Because of my background in behavior science, I focus on positive reinforcement, clear communication, and creating calm, safe environments for dogs. I am available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits depending on your dog’s needs. Because I manage my own schedule, I can often accommodate last-minute walks or drop-in visits as well. I provide a safe and structured environment for all pets in my care. My home has secure housing and a safely fenced yard where dogs can exercise and explore under supervision. I am attentive to each dog’s comfort level and carefully monitor interactions to ensure everyone remains calm and safe. I also maintain clean conditions by regularly disinfecting surfaces, water bowls, and common areas to help protect the health of the animals in my care.
