I'm currently mom to one male cat, an Holland Lop, and one very typical male Golden Retriever. OH--and a seven year old human boy! I’m experienced in difficult animal behaviors such as separation anxiety and mild aggression towards other animals, potty training, medical emergencies (I am NOT clinically trained, but I’ve been through a lot of vet appointments between my pets and the rescues), and giving medication. I’m also a farmer and floral designer by trade, so I might covertly care for your houseplants as well. My work schedule is flexible, and I often work from home. I determine my own work schedule, so I can accommodate pet care most days and times. I’m very careful about not overcommitting myself, particularly when it comes to taking responsibility for other people’s pets. I offer in-home care for cat- and kid-friendly pups who get along well with other animals. Ollie the Golden Retriever will be sure to keep your dog well-entertained. He is 5 years old and still very "puppy," but ultimately, he’s a chill Golden to his core. The cat loves Ollie but are typically unimpressed by all other creatures. The rabbit rules the house.

About: I love dogs. I've always had dogs growing up and they've always been a big part of my life. When your dog is in my care, he/she will be treated like family. I do not crate any dogs in my care unless requested. Meet my pets I have two dogs. An 8yr old Maltese named Charlie. He loves to play and he could play all day long. He's full of energy and gets along with all breeds/sizes. I also have a lab mix his name is Jesse and he is 11 yrs old. He is also very sweet and gets along great with his little brother and every dog he comes in contact with. About my yard I live in an townhome with a gated backyard with grass. There are couches that the dogs love to lay on. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering oral medications to dogs. I have experience administering pills and eye medication. I took care of a very ill dog for close to 2yrs. I have experience treating eye conditions as well. About: Following the passing of our beloved 13 year old furbaby Zoe shortly after Christmas in 2024, my husband Kenny and I decided to honor her memory by offering dog boarding services in our home. Although we do not have a fenced yard, we walk your dogs leashed. We live out in the country on a lake, in the middle of nowhere on our own private 2 acres, on a dead end cul-de-sac with no traffic at all. We have a very large 20'x30' detached game room that is our hangout space, and would be where the dogs played indoors and could bed down. We have smoke detectors and a monitored alarm system that covers the house and game room. We have an excellent Vet available in Newberry, as well as access to a visiting emergency Vet service here at the house. There are no children or aggressive dogs here.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was in middle school. For four years, I assisted in end-of-life care for a senior dog along with being a farmhand for two horses. My previous job in Florida was at an animal shelter, and consisted of feeding, cleaning, and medicating up to 40 kittens/cats/dogs a day. I am available any time, any day of the week. I’m currently job searching for a position at a shelter, so in the meantime I would love to meet your animals and make friends! I live in an apartment with my partner and two kittens. I feed them twice a day, with a capsule of Proviable split between them. They are strictly indoor kitties, and I have given them both a flea bath.
About: I have been a pet owner all of my life and there is a special joy and comfort that only a dog or cat can give us! I think it is important for our pets to get daily exercise to keep them happy and healthy. I'm an avid fitness enthusiast and I love all animals so getting your dog out of the house for daily walks is the perfect fit for both me and your furry friend! It's a great way for your dog to release that playful energy while strengthening their health as well. Playtime is also important in keeping our pets happy and friendly! Getting out and throwing balls, frisbees, sticks, etc is one of my favorite things to do with my own dogs and it's another great form of exercise for your pup! All animals are precious and deserve all the love and care that they can get and I consider it a privilege for me to help you provide that for your furry family member!! I'm currently volunteering part-time which allows me a more flexible schedule which in turn makes it easier to accommodate to the scheduling needs of my Rover clients!! Every one of our beloved pets are different with wonderful, unique personalities of their own! I always offer and recommend a meet and greet to get to know you & your fuzzy friends & vise versa...as well a to taylor each visit to your pet's unique individual needs! (Eg, important medical information, personality quirks or anxites, etc) My goal is to create a dream vacation experience for your furry loved one; Full of playful fun & exercise; cuddles & belly rubs; custom meal plans with your choice of treats & toys to their liking & potty breaks galore! I love & care for each of your furry family members as If they are my own, & as a pet parent myself, I know the importance of having peace of mind by trusting that they are safe and in good hands when you are away! It is my promise that by the end of every visit, walk, overnight stay, etc....that your pet will feel Happy, Healthy, Full, Loved, & worn out from Fun!!!!!

We'll enjoy playtime throughout the day, along with morning and evening walks, weather permitting. I have a fenced-in yard and a 6-year-old female American Staffy named Lilly. Lilly is very social and gets along great with other dogs and even cats.
