About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a teenager and have experience with a wide variety of breeds and personalities. Currently, I have a 4-year-old German Shepherd/Lab mix and a 4-month-old Jack Russell Terrier. “If you’re concerned about the care that your pup will receive when you leave them with a Rover sitter, I’m confident those concerns will disappear once you leave your pup with Caroline S! My pup, Chowder, has been in the care of several other Rover sitters over the past few years and they’ve all been pretty good. However, this is the first time that I’ve felt that he was being cared for by a true professional! Caroline was extremely thorough! She meticulously asked all the right questions about Chowder’s preferences to make sure that she would be prepared and his stay would be as seamless and comfortable as possible. She also kept me updated constantly throughout his 4-day stay with welcomed messages, pictures, and videos! Unexpectedly, I had to add an additional day to Chowder’s stay and Caroline happily updated the reservation and assured me that it wasn’t a problem. That truly alleviated me of the stress of the unexpected situation! The thing that impressed my wife and I the most was setup of the area where Chowder slept. She had an entire room dedicated to the pups with four separate suites. Each dog would have their own individual spacious area where they would sleep and eat. Because their meals are kept separate, I didn’t have to worry about Chowder eating anything other than his prescription food. There’s also a television in the room to provide background noise to keep the pups company when they were in their suites. I was happy to see that because we do the same for Chowder when we’re at work. She also uses a white noise machine at night to help reduce the dog’s stress to help them sleep better at night. There’s also a general area where the pups can play together if there are other dogs there. The room was also very neat and clean. Bottom line is, if you’re nervous about leaving your pup with someone you’re unfamiliar with or, you’ve never used Rover before, do yourself a favor and give Caroline S. a try. I promise you will not regret it. I could immediately tell that she truly loves dogs by all of the effort she and her husband put in to create a safe, comfortable space for pups under her care! If Caroline had been the first person I chose when I began using Rover, the ONLY reason I would ever use a different sitter would have be if Caroline wasn’t available! She’s that good! She will absolutely by my Rover go-to moving forward!”

For the past ten years, I have been dog and cat sitting. I am used to visiting homes but have also housed many dogs and cats in my own home. A few summers ago, I housed and cared for a dog for three months while his owner was out of town. Over the summers, I frequently get daytime visitors when owners don’t want their dogs to be alone all day. I have significant experience with dogs and cats of all sizes and ages. I am extremely good with cats, as I’ve lived with one or more my whole life and am very fond of them. We do currently have a young cat in our home, so boarding is temporarily turned off. To explain the gap in my reviews from 2021 - 2023, I was at school and only home for holidays. I am home now for the foreseeable future. I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to care for your pets! I have a car and am happy to visit as many times as necessary. With more advance notice, I can also move my shifts around to be more available for your pets. I have a fenced in backyard where dogs can run around! We have several dog gates in our possession as well if needed—they’ve been used in the past to separate more anxious dogs from my cat—and I am happy to crate your dogs according to your wishes or even aid in crate training. We have bowls of our own but would need dog food brought in. I am also familiar with grooming/brushing and could aid with that. I am very social and love to spend time with animals. If staying in your home, I will make sure to give your pets lots of love and prioritize their well-being. I will always reach out with questions if anything comes up.

I have a house where dogs ARE allowed on the couch and bed, a big fenced yard, and a warm cement patio for basking in the sun. Plus various shaded areas, on hot days I do limit out time side to prevent over heating. I have various rooms in my house to section off if the fur-baby needs some "me time". I am trained in the unlikely event of a dog fight to safely separate the dogs.
About: Originally from North Italy I have hands-on experience working with dogs through my role as a K9 Search and Rescue Coordinator in Germany before moving here not long ago, where I trained and handled dogs in obedience, tracking, and real-world scenarios. About: While most of my pet care has been focused on cats, I do have experience caring for dogs as well. I have cared for animals of all different ages, health levels, and necessary care levels. I have experience with puppies and elderly dogs. I also have experience administering medicine to pets and caring for injured animals. About: I have taken care of high energy and working dogs for years. I grew up with hunting dogs and have a working dog myself. Caring for animals in my spare time is something I enjoy and cannot get enough of! I work full time, however mornings, lunch breaks, and nights are devoted to my animals and my weekends are devoted to exploring new places with my favorite companion. I have a 3 year old Belgian Malinois who will keep your pet company and have ample space and a wonderful park to make sure your pet gets their needed exercise.

About: I have taken care (then adopted) many rescue dogs. I’m really good with all dogs, including stronger dogs. I am able to walk and interact with most kind of animals. I can easily walk and handle dogs with lots of strength and high energy levels. I also love smaller and/or gentler pups as well. If I’m checking in on your pet, I will be sure to give them lots of love! I currently have a flexible schedule in which I can walk and/or check in on your fur baby. I am unable to stay the night or keep dogs at my house due to the fact that I have 2 fur kids (rescue pit bull and rescue bull terrier). I absolutely love animals and will treat your pup/cat with the same loving care in which I treat mine. While I do have a fenced-in yard, I am unable to keep pets overnight in my home. I have 2 pups in my home. I would not want to make my sweet pups, or your sweet pups/cats, uncomfortable.
About: I absolutely love dogs. I really believe that they are the closest animals to being human. I have taken care of dogs for my family members and neighbors for about 6 years now. Whenever someone needed a weekend getaway. My dream dog is a poodle but they are pretty pricey. I am hoping someday someone's willing to gift me one. I'm currently working my own schedule on different job opportunities similar to this one just inform me at least 2 days ahead and I'm willing to provide. I have a fenced in yard. “If you’re concerned about the care that your pup will receive when you leave them with a Rover sitter, I’m confident those concerns will disappear once you leave your pup with Caroline S! My pup, Chowder, has been in the care of several other Rover sitters over the past few years and they’ve all been pretty good. However, this is the first time that I’ve felt that he was being cared for by a true professional! Caroline was extremely thorough! She meticulously asked all the right questions about Chowder’s preferences to make sure that she would be prepared and his stay would be as seamless and comfortable as possible. She also kept me updated constantly throughout his 4-day stay with welcomed messages, pictures, and videos! Unexpectedly, I had to add an additional day to Chowder’s stay and Caroline happily updated the reservation and assured me that it wasn’t a problem. That truly alleviated me of the stress of the unexpected situation! The thing that impressed my wife and I the most was setup of the area where Chowder slept. She had an entire room dedicated to the pups with four separate suites. Each dog would have their own individual spacious area where they would sleep and eat. Because their meals are kept separate, I didn’t have to worry about Chowder eating anything other than his prescription food. There’s also a television in the room to provide background noise to keep the pups company when they were in their suites. I was happy to see that because we do the same for Chowder when we’re at work. She also uses a white noise machine at night to help reduce the dog’s stress to help them sleep better at night. There’s also a general area where the pups can play together if there are other dogs there. The room was also very neat and clean. Bottom line is, if you’re nervous about leaving your pup with someone you’re unfamiliar with or, you’ve never used Rover before, do yourself a favor and give Caroline S. a try. I promise you will not regret it. I could immediately tell that she truly loves dogs by all of the effort she and her husband put in to create a safe, comfortable space for pups under her care! If Caroline had been the first person I chose when I began using Rover, the ONLY reason I would ever use a different sitter would have be if Caroline wasn’t available! She’s that good! She will absolutely by my Rover go-to moving forward!”
