About: I’ve had dogs and cats all my life, I’ve trained 2 puppies and am currently training one more. I currently have 2 dogs and 2 cats I take care of my own pets every day, I walk them, feed them, and take them to the dog park daily and let them play with the other dogs around the complex. We have a lot of space in our lofted apartment, we have a 3 gallon water bowl, and a local park we can take the dogs to have some outside play time.

About: Update: In October I transitioned to working full time as a Veterinary Tech at Foxbank Veterinary Hospital, but Tuesdays and weekends I am still available! With 20+ years of total experience, I have seen and done it all when it comes to dog sitting. My specialty is anxious/aggressive dogs, but I also have experience with puppies from 24 hour care post-birth to training, kennel dogs (show dogs in need of socialization & volunteer work), senior dogs, and medical issues. Since relocating from Boston, I completed all the dog handling trainings via the Charleston Animal Society and am in the process of becoming first aid/emergency certified for dogs :) I live in an apartment with my service dog: she gets along with all dogs and has been used by my friends to help train their dogs. My routine is 90% pet care between caring for my own, working as a Veterinary assistant studying to be a Technician, volunteering at the Charleston Animal Society, and taking care of friend’s/clients dogs. About: I have a friendly, easy going labradoodle (not high energy) who would love to have a friend around. The yard is fenced in, I work from home, and we typically go on 3-4 walks a day. On a good weather day we’ll drive 5 minutes to IOP and have a beach walk. Your dog would get the exact same care I give mine. They can play all day inside and sleep where they want. Work from home Monday through Friday 9-5 but take plenty of breaks to go outside for walks or play fetch. At night I’m mostly chilling so hopefully your dog likes Netflix! I have a fenced in yard big enough for them to exhaust themselves if they want. If not, the daily walks should cover that. And I’m open to crating them at night or letting them sleep on the couch/bed if they’re comfortable.

Special needs are no problem and I have watched many dogs with specific schedules, medications, and incontinence issues. I love cuddles, kisses, and long walks around the neighborhood. My pet photography skills are very good and I will send you plenty of pictures while you are gone. I’m currently unemployed and while applying for jobs, I am spending the majority of my time doing pet sitting and gig work so my hours are incredibly open. I grew up with pets and have been pet sitting for many years with an extremely high and clientele at a private golf club in Hanahan. While I am unable to keep dogs in my home due to the size and the existence of my three pet cats, I am more than happy to stay in your home while taking care of your pets in their familiar environment.

Growing up, I was responsible for taking care of my neighbors dogs and cats when they would travel out of town. When my dog got older, I had to give him oral pills every day in the morning. I work as a flight attendant for United Airlines. I get my flight schedule a month in advance. I can be home for many days in a row. As long as i’m home, my schedule is extremely flexible. I know that every animal is different. I like to ask each owner if there’s anything specific to be aware of prior to pet care.

About: I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life! I’ve spent a lot of time with golden retrievers, cats, small dogs and more. I really enjoy being outside with the dogs, throwing the ball the most and walking them as well. I would be a perfect fit for medium to small dogs and cats.
