About: I have owned, taken care of, and loved cats since I was 5 years old. Cats have always, and will always, have a very special place in my heart! I rescued both of my girls from being feral kittens and raised both of them. My oldest girl was 12 when she passed in 2017, and my youngest girl just turned 13 in June.

About: This is mine (Katy Snipes) and my husbands (Chad) account. We have had dogs and cats our whole life. We are comfortable with basic training and commands and love the old timers who need a little more TLC. We can’t wait to meet your fur babies. I (Katy) am currently a stay at home mom with my sweet first born son. I am very flexible during the week and would love to get on some walks with your pets. My husband offers available hands week day evenings as well as weekends. We have a fenced in back yard that our beagle loves to run around and play in. He is a spitfire when the energy is high, but can also lounge around the house when he knows it’s time to chill. We have a crate available if that is needed. However, our house is very pet friendly and open for your pet to make themselves at home.

Recently retired and home 24/7. I have a super flexible schedule to allow for plenty of play time and walks around my farm. I have a super large, fenced yard with two 7 year old Border Collies who get along with everyone and everything. In addition, I have a large screened porch for an additional space. I spent eight years working at Cleveland Park East Animal Hospital, where I managed large boarding groups and assisted with medications, surgeries, and specialized care. As a stay-at-home mom, I’m home all day so pets are never left alone and receive constant care and companionship. Our cat prefers to explore outside during the day, but she absolutely loves dogs. Having lived with one for most of her life. We have baby gates to prevent dogs from going to the upstairs portion of our house, which leaves the entire downstairs for play, roaming, and resting.

We love that someone is home all day with Shadow (what he’s used to at our home) and Shadow gets along great with Dax. He comes home with a hangover from the fun he’s had! And is always a better listener to commands when he comes home as well. They also send great photos, Shadow always seems to be smiling or passed out from play and they are very responsive to questions. We will continue to use them in the future.”
