“I could not have asked for a better sitter. Ionna was amazing with communication, timeliness, and worked with me every step of the way. We had a brand new puppy and Ionna let me whole family come back the next day so they could meet her. She was so nice and caring for my babies and I will definitely be using her again next time i’m in Florence!!”

“Sheila and her dogs were a perfect match for our high energy lab. She sent pictures and updates each day and he became quickly at home with her family. Buddy loves to play fetch and catch so they played with him but were also careful he didn’t get overheated in the summer heat. We will definitely want to get Sheila again”

“Miriael took great care of Chase! He was taken on daily walks and got plenty of exercise. She was quick to respond and also accommodating with my schedule. Chase will definitely be back!”

I grew up with dogs, so I’m comfortable caring for them and know that every pet is different. I’ll treat your pet like they’re my own and do everything I can to make them feel comfortable while you’re away.

About: I’ve spent my whole life around cats, from tiny bottle babies to sweet seniors, and I’ve learned that every feline has their own personality, preferences, and quirks, which is exactly why I love caring for them. With over 20 years of pet care experience, I’m comfortable with shy cats, social butterflies, cuddle bugs, and those independent “I’ll come to you when I’m ready” types. At home, I currently care for two cats of my own, along with my pack of dogs, so multitasking between species and routines is second nature to me. I’m patient, calm, and great at earning the trust of even the most hesitant kitties. Slow blinks and soft voices are kind of my specialty. I’m also experienced with litter box maintenance and deep cleaning, giving cats the fresh, stress-free space they need. If your cat needs medication, whether it’s a pill in a treat or a more hands-on approach, I’m confident and gentle in administering it safely. What sets me apart is the extra attention I give to the small things: • learning each cat’s body language • keeping their environment clean and comforting • providing enrichment and play tailored to their personality • and maintaining a calm, predictable routine while you’re away Your cat’s comfort, safety, and happiness come first, and I treat every kitty like they’re my own.
“Mikayla L. did a good job with my 5 "babies". I got updates on my "babies" every time she was there. Oreo and Nicodemus came to her for tummy and back rubs. I appreciated her hard work. I would like to use her services again. Sincerely. Leslie M.”

About: I’ve taken care of so many cats in so many places that I’m shocked I remember them all, but I do! From NC to Florida to Wyoming of all states, and now in SC, I’ve loved all my little cat-sitting gigs. I’ve even cared for and helped train servals and clouded leopards in my former life as a zookeeper, but I’m sure your domestic friends will be easier (and hopefully cleaner). I’m available for drop in visits to check food/water and scoop a litter box, and of course to hang out for play and snuggles if desired. If your cat happens to be leash trained and enjoys walks, then I am also game for that!
“Mr. Alan was a wonderful person and took care of my babies wonderfully. My boy Blu can be handful at times and can become aggressive at meeting new people due to his bad experience at a boarding facility. I am grateful that Mr. Alan could work with him and give Blu the time that he needs to get to know him. I really appreciate that he did not rush the process but took his time until Blu was ready. I was so pleased with all the work that he did with my baby. Blu and Chopper had a great time with Mr. Alan. He made it easy for us to be gone from the house and enjoy our trip knowing that our babies were well taken care of. I highly recommend Mr. Alan to anyone.”

About: I have taken care of different kinds of animals, I've had many dogs and cats in my lifetime. I also used to dog sit for my neighbor when they would go out of town for a few days. Big dogs, little dogs, cats, whatever you need help with I am there for you! I currently work full time 3rd shift at a hospital, so I have plenty of time during the day to come visit your pets to give them the attention and time that they need! I have a cat of my own and I give him lots of cuddles and tender loving care! No pet will be left unloved! I definitely know what it's like to have pets in the house, or even in a kennel in the back yard. I also know how nerve racking it can be to leave your pet in the hands of a stranger. I can assure you that leaving your pets with me will be a great decision. I will care for your pet as if you never left! Your fur baby will get the best most loving care! I have a cat of my own and he is the most spoiled little thing ever! He is the closest thing I have to a child and I would do anything for him, just the same as I would do for your pets!

About: Hi there! I am a lifelong animal lover with over 15 years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and personalities. My background includes working in both veterinary and pet insurance settings, so I’m very comfortable handling pets with all types of medical needs and administering medications safely and correctly (oral, topical, injectable, and more). I am also comfortable with other critters as needed on a case by case basis. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a concentration in Equine Science and Companion Animals, and I’ve dedicated my time outside of my 9-5 to helping pets live happy, healthy lives. I currently have two dogs and a cat, a turtle, a tortoise, and 5 fish tanks. This is an animal loving home without a doubt. I understand how stressful it can be to leave your furry family member behind when you travel or need extra help. My goal is to make things easier by providing reliable, compassionate care you can trust, so you can rest easy knowing your pet is in great hands. I work from home full-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for pets throughout the day. For boarding, that means I’m able to give them as much or as little attention as they want. Whether they’re social snugglers or prefer their own space. I keep a calm, comfortable environment and make sure their needs are always met. While we do have other animals in the home, I am able to provide a private place for your pet if needed, and typically do dedicate one private space for any cat boarders. Because I have a flexible schedule, I can also easily fit in drop-in visits before or after work, ensuring pets get reliable care and consistent routines. Pet care naturally fits into my day because it’s something I genuinely enjoy and prioritize. All animals must be dog and cat friendly. If you're boarding a cat, they will NOT have access to our cat since they're a bit more difficult to socialize. When caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a calm, comfortable environment where the animal can feel safe and relaxed. I follow their normal routines as closely as possible regarding feeding times, litter maintenance, playtime, and quiet time! I also make sure they get the right balance of attention and independence based on their personality. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat their space and routines with the same respect and care I would my own. I pay close attention to any specific instructions for feeding, medications, or enrichment, and always take time to make pets feel loved and secure while their people are away. Communication is key for me, so I provide updates and photos to give you peace of mind every step of the way.
“This was my first time using a sitter. My baby had separation anxiety and is afraid of everything, but I know she's in good hands with Ashleigh. She was patient and careful introducing my 10 pound chihuahua to her great dane. My little baby gets so excited when I drop her off. They go to the park all the time. Thank you Ashleigh!”

About: I worked for 4 years as a med tech and have experience caring for many different types of pets. I have a lot of experience giving medicine and fluids if your dog needs any special care. I currently have 5 very well behaved pups that love to play with everyone. I also have experience with other types of animals including reptiles and amphibians. I have always loved caring for animals and enjoy giving them as much attention as I can. I live in a more rural area with a big yard that is fenced. I go running with my youngest dog everyday and love going out and exercising with the pups. All my animals are treated like my children and I give them everything they want. Thanks for considering me, I'm sure I will make your pets feel like one of my own! I work part time helping out with a dog daycare a few days a week and the rest of my time is spent at home with the pups! I have 2 fenced areas to be able to separate any dogs that may need to be and multiple indoor areas for them. If they are used to being crated at night/when you’re out just let me know. I have large crates for them if they do or plenty of beds and if they don’t!
“Ionna was great at communicating with me before booking and the morning of. She even took my pup on a ride, which she loves! Harley seemed very happy when I picked her up. Recently moved to the area so it is great to find a sitter that we can trust.”

Inquiry on sitting to set up exotic care as well. I work full-time from home and can take lunch/breaks as needing for walking and running to your home for breaks. There is another full time adult in home as well. We have 4 cats, 1 dog and 1 reptile so animal care is constant in my home. All animals are fixed and up to date on shots. About: I’ve spent over 20 years surrounded by paws, whiskers, and wagging tails, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I’ve cared for pets at every stage of life. From newborns, playful puppies, curious kittens, confident adults, and sweet seniors who just want extra snuggles. At home, I have a full furry crew: two huskies, two cats, and eight dachshunds. Managing different personalities, energy levels, and routines is second nature to me and there’s never a dull moment, and I love it. One thing that sets me apart is my experience with whelping and newborn puppies. I’ve helped deliver two dachshund litters and raised those tiny beans from birth until they headed off to their forever families. It taught me patience, attention to detail, and how to spot what a pet needs before they can tell you themselves. Whether your pet loves long walks, gentle cuddles, or just a buddy to hang out with, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, loved, and completely at home. I work a full-time job, but I have plenty of flexibility to schedule visits around your pet’s routine. I’m able to do morning, evening, and weekend care, and I always make sure pets get the attention, playtime, and clean-up they need. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. It’s something I genuinely enjoy, so I’m happy to build my schedule around keeping your pets happy and comfortable. I provide all pet care in your home, where your pets feel safe, comfortable, and in their normal routine. My priority is creating a calm, secure environment so they can relax while you’re away. I always follow your instructions closely — feeding schedules, litter box routines, medication needs, preferred toys, and any house rules you have in place. I take time to learn each pet’s personality and comfort level so I can approach them gently and respectfully. During visits, I make sure your home stays safe and tidy. I double-check doors, crates, and gates; ensure food and water are fresh; and keep the space clean, especially around litter boxes and feeding areas. I also provide updates and photos so you know your pets are happy and well cared for. Your pet’s safety, your home’s security, and your peace of mind are always my top priorities.

I love to play and work out with the pets if they like too. Water play in summer too. I am available to watch your pets at you home as well as do drop ins throughout the day.
About: I have been raised alongside animals all my life. I've had dogs for as long as I remember ranging from pitbulls to great danes, and from chihuahuas to jack russells. I'm actually attending school to become a veternarian due to my unwavering attention of animals of all kinds. Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine! I work mornings fulltime. Pets in my care are never left home alone—there’s always someone around to give them attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I make sure their needs are always met, no matter the schedule. I keep a clean, calm environment and always make sure pets have fresh water, a cozy spot to relax, and plenty of supervised attention and cuddles.
About: I’m a responsible, loving, and attentive dog sitter and walker. I ensure safety and provide exercise. I have taken care of friends and family’s dogs for a few years. I’m currently a college student at Coker university looking for part time work! I love dogs and enjoy dog walking and taking care of pets! I prioritize safety, trust, and a calm environment. On walks, I use secure gear, follow routines, give plenty of attention, and ensure the dogs have a great walk!

About: As a former zookeeper, I have been able to care for and work with so many animals beyond just cats and dogs: owls, macaws, sloths, flamingos, anteaters, reptiles of all shapes and sizes! That being said, I have always been a dog person and have taken care of other people's pets since I was 15. That particular part of my resume (dog sitting and walking) spans from walking pairs of huskies through the suburbs of Charlotte as a teenager, to walking guest's french bull dogs and what-have-you at the RV park I worked at in Wyoming! I am available for drop-ins and walks, and potentially pet sitting if they are able to stay at my house (2 acres, spacious interior, 2 welcoming dogs). I myself have owned dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish, chickens, ducks and horses and am available to check in on all of the above. I can thaw out a rat and feed a snake, make sure your tarantula is still alive and well, and clean a bird cage - you name it I've probably done it! I currently work full time at Wild Heart Brewing which takes up my evenings between Wednesday and Saturday. I also work at a horse barn on Thursday/Friday mornings. Between all that I am able to fit in a few house visits and walks on those days, and have open availability on Mondays and Tuesdays. In my own home, I have a senior dog who mostly naps and a puppy who mostly plays, but is either with me at the horse barn (he's an excellent farm dog!) or crated when I'm not home. My own property is 2 acres and not fenced in, which is fine for my 2 boys who stay with me, but I would keep a client's dog on a long leash and on me at all times. My house is very dog friendly and I have a crate, doggie gate, lots of water dishes, and plenty of beds and toys.
About: I’ve had a dog my whole life! I currently have a 2 year old and a 4 month old at home! I’ve grown up with dogs and I occasionally will watch my friends dogs when they go out of town! I have experience with administering oral medications. I am open to walking and bathing upon owners request! I never leave my house so my pets get consistent schedules of eating playing and going for walks and I would love to add your pets too! I have a fully fenced in backyard. I do have an extra crate if your pets are crated trained or need to be crated for any reason. My pets are crate trained.
About: We love pups of all ages and are willing to accommodate! We have a large crate, fenced in back yard, and a dog room for those who aren’t crate trained. I am able to come home during lunch every work day and I’m off on the weekends! They will be sure to get plenty of loving and playtime in the afternoons and all day on the weekends! I have a fenced in back yard and 2 friendly, large dogs to keep your pet company! My dog’s love new friends and my fiancé is sure to spoil them!
About: Ive taken care of many animals in my time living on a farm from horses and goats to dogs and ferrets. I understand every animal has different needs in hand. I make sure to provide all animals with beds and blankets with water and food including sufficient exercise. Was also an assistant for a veterinarian for a year. I work part-time on weekends and a stay at home fur mom thru the week with my two fur babies, im flexible in anyway needed. Just reassuring them of no changes to their schedule helps calm them. But I also taken up methods to better sooth dogs and am hoping to obtain my Fear Free Certificate to help accommodate other personalities.

“Absolutely stellar service!!! Erika took fantastic care of our fur baby while we went on vacation! Her communication & doggie updates were amazing. I HIGHLY recommend her services!”

Through feeding, walking, playtime, grooming, and companionship, I’ve learned how to understand dogs’ needs and make them feel comfortable and safe. While I’m new to Rover, I’ve taken care of my family’s and friends dogs on multiple occasions. I’m responsible, attentive, and committed to treating every pet with the same care and patience I give my own dogs. I’ll always communicate my availability and make sure your pet receives the time, attention, and care they deserve I’ll make sure to follow your pet’s normal routine and any instructions you leave, whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, medications, or just giving them plenty of attention. I grew up with dogs, so I’m comfortable caring for them and know that every pet is different. I’ll treat your pet like they’re my own and do everything I can to make them feel comfortable while you’re away.
“Alyssa did an incredible job caring for Bella! She took the time to get to know her personality and made sure she was happy, comfortable, and well-loved while we were away. We received regular updates and adorable photos, which made me feel completely at ease knowing Bella was in such good hands. Alyssa’s kindness, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals really show. We came home to a relaxed, happy Bella and we’re so thankful for her care. We will definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate sitter.”
