During walks and drop-ins, I double-check doors and gates, use secure leashes or harnesses, respect each pet’s boundaries, and send regular photos and updates.

About: I have experience with pets of all ages and needs: puppies and kittens, seniors, special needs (the Great Dane in my pics is blind lol, she’s the best), and will do everything in my power to make sure your pets are loved and well cared for. I’m big on open communication so I will send pics and updates throughout my time with your pets! My only current obligation is from 9 AM to noon on weekdays, so my availability is very open! I have my own reliable transportation :) We live in a house with a fully fenced in yard so you can have peace of mind that your pup will be safe with us. About: The son and grandson of veterinarians, I've spent my whole life around animals of all kinds, and I would love the chance to take care of your dog! I grew up with dogs, cats, and horses as pets, and while working for my dad I helped take care of pet boarders at his hospital for many years and assisted him and other vets while providing medical care. I also had a spunky Jack Russell for 17 years (!), and to tell the truth, I created this account mostly for the chance to spend time with some doggy friends because I miss that companionship very much, but I'm also still not ready for another one myself. You will be doing me a favor by letting me hang out with your dog! I obviously have experience with elder dog care, and giving medication, but I also have experience with dogs of all different types and energy levels. I work from home most of the week. I only have to leave the house for work on Tuesday and Thursday. My partner, Sofia, works from home full time, however, and is a pet lover like me, so your dog will never be without companionship, and we can accommodate any pet's needs for walks, bathroom breaks, feeding, and medication. I have a fenced in back yard to let your dog out in for quick bathroom breaks or just to get fresh air, and I live in a great neighborhood for walking. I'm happy to walk your dog as much as you'd like! I'm also close to Unity Park and the Swamp Rabbit trail if your dog needs some more serious play time! Lastly, I have two sweet kitties who are comfortable around dogs in the sense that they will likely ignore your dog, lol. But I don't board cats because they don't like strange kitties.

About: Growing up I had a dog named Toby and Kallie the cat! About: I am comfortable with dogs of all life stages and prioritize active playtime, walks, and snuggles. Although I have only been pet sitting for the last five years, I have grown up with dogs as pets and firmly believe that pets are family. About: I have always loved dogs, and growing up tried to learn as much as possible from the different breeds and their behaviors to the best training methods and the good and bad dog habits. My main experience is my childhood pets and watching friends animals while they’re away. “Raquel hosted my 16.5 year old Russian Blue cat named Jack for 2 weeks. She texted a brief, daily update in the morning and evening about eating, drinking, and medicine intake along with several pictures of lounging, playing, and even brushing! When Jack got home, he settled instantly back into his routine and usual social activity which tells me he was happy during the stay with Raquel. Jack stayed in a bedroom of his own with supplies and blankets we packed from home. Raquel assured me it was very quiet and calm in her house even if other pets are also staying with her, but in separated rooms and spaces. She played and cuddled with him daily (or tried to with a 16.5 year old cat). The supplies and blankets were cleaned and returned at the end of his stay. I will book Jack for future stays since everything went so well!”
About: I have experience with pets of all ages and needs: puppies and kittens, seniors, special needs (the Great Dane in my pics is blind lol, she’s the best), and will do everything in my power to make sure your pets are loved and well cared for. I’m big on open communication so I will send pics and updates throughout my time with your pets! My only current obligation is from 9 AM to noon on weekdays, so my availability is very open! I have my own reliable transportation :) We live in a house with a fully fenced in yard so you can have peace of mind that your pup will be safe with us. We currently have two dogs and often have dog friends from church staying with us, so they aren’t strangers to sharing their space and are comfortable with it! My cattle dog has daily brain games and challenges to keep him entertained, and I am more than happy to do that with your pup!
