About: I work from home and have one adult dog - Bandit (70lbs). He is mellow, and readily give up toys and beds to newcomers, and has had great fun with new friends, here and at his sitter's house when I travel. Your dog will enjoy a large fenced yard with lots of room to run, dig, play fetch, chase squirrels, etc. With a morning walk in the neighborhood, then naps and playtime throughout the day, I will keep your high-energy dog entertained, and provide a calm and safe environment for resting. If your dog prefers to be in a kennel, I have one available (my dog does NOT like the kennel, at all, so I only offer it as a place for your dog to nest.) I will send tons of pictures (or just a few, if you prefer) while you are away, so you can be assured that your dog is happy and relaxed. I’m sorry, but we are not accepting Pitbulls/mixes at this time. I work from home and will be here to care your pet 100% of the time they are here, to ensure they are safe and relaxed. I start each day around 7am with a walk with Bandit, and your dog is welcome to join us for a good sniffing walk to kick things off. After we get back, Bandit eats his breakfast and usually relaxes inside, especially in the summer when he prefers the A/C. Midday, he may sun himself in the backyard for a bit, but most of the time he hangs out inside. While I’m working, the dogs settle around my desk, either watching out the window or napping, and they get treats throughout the day. When the weather is cooler, we spend time on the screened‑in porch enjoying the breeze and watching the birds and squirrels. Evenings are quiet and relaxed, and end with a nightly dental bone at bedtime, which is typically around 9pm.

About: We have over 30 years of experience. We've had dogs our whole lives growing up. We have an eight -year-old 10 pound male Yorky & a two-year-old 90 pound male Bernese Mountain dog, both very loving. We have a big backyard with a fence. 2 1/2 acres of woods with trails to play in & for fun walks. My 4 kids even love dogs! Our dogs are like our kids. Every pet we had has a special place in our hearts. I am partly remote worker. My husband is home most of the day. We have no problem with scheduling. We only require 24 hours notice. We have a big kitchen, living room and dining room open space. We have a big backyard. The backyard is completely fenced in. We have a big double kennel dog crate depending on the dogs preference how to sleep. We like to keep the doggie’s uncaged & happy as much as possible..

About: I am very passionate about animals! I have 4 fluffy fur legged babies of my own and I know how hard it is to trust someone with them. I treat every anaimal as if it were my own. While in my care I can assure you, your babies will be loved and cared for. For drop in / over night visits: You pup will always be worn out as I don’t believe in 30 min visits while that is what you will pay for. I stay until the pups are ready to rest again. I bring things like puzzles, arts and crafts and chuck it just as a few examples. For boarding at my house: I currently work from home. Your pet will hardly be in a create and will be treated just like one of mine. Many potty breaks throughout the day. I often get on the floor and play so they know I am part of the pack. Toys? Well let’s just say there is not a shortage of toys in the house. Every room we visit has a “toy box”. Treats? No shortage of those here either but, I like to make them earn them - like enforcing commands they already know and rewarding them for going potty. I have almost a half acre with a fully fenced in back yard. Your pet will go out multiple times a day. I also foster and rescue pups so I am very good with socializing new pups with mine. They have previously lived with smaller pups such as a Jack Russell and Yorkie and they loved them to pieces. They also attend “daycare” and “overnight camp” in order to keep them socialized.

However, we have crate trained and support that as well! We also work well with cat backpacks and harness trained cats! Since we are a couple and I am a stay at home mom with a large car, your pets will be doted on and given any adventures you’re comfortable with. We even have doggy seatbelts! I'm a stay at home mom and my husband works from home part time, so we have ample time to take care of your fur babies. We have a fenced-in yard and 3 friendly dogs for your dogs to play with, as well as a screened-in deck (that is really a catio) and an upstairs screened-in catio for any feline guests. We also have an invisible fence for the front yard, to make sure everyone is safes We have ample space and time for supervised fun. In a client’s home, we like to stick to the routine to which an animal is most accustomed to in order to minimize disruptions and stress. That being said, we are more than willing to give ample enrichment via new park walks, frisbee throwing or training exercises. We are also skilled at grooming dogs and cats, including nail clippings, if that is an interest. We love to give cuddles and share our bed and couch, but we have crate trained before and will do whatever is best for your pet. Special dietary issues are no concern, as we already deal with daily in our home.

About: Following the passing of our beloved 13 year old furbaby Zoe shortly after Christmas in 2024, my husband Kenny and I decided to honor her memory by offering dog boarding services in our home. We wanted to create a space where other dogs would receive the same love and care that Zoe did while their owners are traveling or away. Now that we are both retired and home full-time, we are able to provide a calm, comfortable, and loving environment for dogs, free from the stress often found in traditional kennels. Our home offers a peaceful setting where dogs receive individualized attention and care - no concrete kennels or constant barking, just a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. We have smoke detectors and a monitored alarm system that covers the house and game room. We have an excellent Vet available in Newberry, as well as access to a visiting emergency Vet service here at the house. There are no children or aggressive dogs here.

I am comfortable with the difficult situations and animals just as much as I am with the happy ones. I am passionate about animal care and always strive to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. I’m working part time I have the mornings off I can come and take care of your pets! I’m off all day on Thursdays and Tuesdays. I also have the weekend off. I’m a very active person who loves to go on walks especially with my dog! I have a fence in yard we have four acres of land that we can take walks on. We also have a very safe neighborhood.
About: I have lived on a farm and owned pets my whole life! I love animals and I'm very accustomed to taking care of them. I also occasionally house-sit and pet-sit for close friends and family! I am currently a part time college student in Lynchburg and I only have a residential class one day a week. I do work part time as a server so some days I might have to take care of your pet until I go to work in the afternoon and then return in the evening. Dog/house sitting works better for me because I live on a farm with lots of other animals, which can make it tricky to keep other pets in the house.
About: Hello i just started this service but i had dogs all my life and many dogs of my friends i used to take care off. So i am well aware of how to take care of multiple dogs and also this is my fill time job now and i will look around with utmost care and oh yeah i love playing with them. So i promise they wont be bored at all. About: I work from home and have one adult dog - Bandit (70lbs). He is mellow, and readily give up toys and beds to newcomers, and has had great fun with new friends, here and at his sitter's house when I travel. Your dog will enjoy a large fenced yard with lots of room to run, dig, play fetch, chase squirrels, etc. With a morning walk in the neighborhood, then naps and playtime throughout the day, I will keep your high-energy dog entertained, and provide a calm and safe environment for resting. If your dog prefers to be in a kennel, I have one available (my dog does NOT like the kennel, at all, so I only offer it as a place for your dog to nest.) I will send tons of pictures (or just a few, if you prefer) while you are away, so you can be assured that your dog is happy and relaxed. I’m sorry, but we are not accepting Pitbulls/mixes at this time. I work from home and will be here to care your pet 100% of the time they are here, to ensure they are safe and relaxed. I start each day around 7am with a walk with Bandit, and your dog is welcome to join us for a good sniffing walk to kick things off. After we get back, Bandit eats his breakfast and usually relaxes inside, especially in the summer when he prefers the A/C. Midday, he may sun himself in the backyard for a bit, but most of the time he hangs out inside. While I’m working, the dogs settle around my desk, either watching out the window or napping, and they get treats throughout the day. When the weather is cooler, we spend time on the screened‑in porch enjoying the breeze and watching the birds and squirrels. Evenings are quiet and relaxed, and end with a nightly dental bone at bedtime, which is typically around 9pm.
