About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! Growing up, I was surrounded by all kinds of pets—from dogs and cats to hamsters and rats—and I’ve always loved caring for animals. I’ve also had the opportunity to foster kittens and gain hands-on experience with a variety of pets. My mom was a veterinary technician for 30 years, so I grew up learning a lot about animal care, behavior, and what it means to keep pets happy and healthy. At 18, I started my own pet-sitting business back home in Connecticut. When I moved out of state, I left the business behind, but I’ve always wanted to get back into pet sitting—and now feels like the perfect time! About: Hi, I started pet sitting when I was earning my BS in Animal Science from LSU. Over the years I’ve worked as a vet tech and at medical/ veterinary schools/ teaching hospitals. I’ve been a basic skills/ obedience trainer and watched clients’ pets at their homes or brought them into mine for 35 yrs. I live in a quiet neighborhood 6 miles from Myrtle Beach airport with my 1 year old Lab and his 8 year old All American cat. We love other animals and are very understanding of friends’ individual personalities. We’d love to add your family to ours. I only host one client family's request at a time. Your furry kids will only play with my dog and cat. Caution: let us know if your pets are on a diet because we love treats to bond and offer positive reinforcement. Hope to hear from you soon. I work from home and spend most of the day with my laptop outside on the patio. There’s also a dog door so the pups can come in and out it will if they need the yard or AC. Even when I’m in the office, the door is open. Generally, your pups will only be crated between 10 PM - 6 AM and 6 PM to 8 PM while I’m at the gym. Other than that, my eyes are on them all the time so they can run loose. I do make exceptions for older and/or well-behaved guests. I believe that each animal is an individual so I avoid broad assumptions. Please feel free to ask any questions. I believe in setting pups up for success. This means eliminating situations where they could get into trouble -such as a young dog being loose at night and having an accident, chewing prohibited item, etc. Unfortunately, I’ve seen accidents happen. So I know they can. I treat everyone else’s loved pet as I would a child. It’s a big responsibility that I take very seriously.

About: Back in 2022 I had one girl ask if I can watch her dog and I told her of course I love dogs and then after that I had so many more people asked me after I told them that I watch dogs and cats and ever since then I absolutely loved what I did. Seeing different types of pets with different personalities made me love it more. I was asked to volunteer at the shelter for my strong dedication to helping him learn and providing the love he needed. I currently work at the hospital with an unusual shift. About: When I was growing up, I woke up every morning to the sounds of some sort of pet feet on the floor; There were cats, dogs, rats, hamsters, birds, reptiles, and everything in between being cared for by myself and my family at some point or another - I guess you could say my love for animals comes honestly! Can't get enough frame-worthy photos of your favorite four-legged kids? ...me either. That must be why I take A TON of pride in photographing your fur-babies and providing some great candid, funny, and of course, debonair shots during my visits - so be sure to have some empty frames on hand, just in case ;) I am comfortable and experienced with a myriad of dog breeds and different animals (please feel free to reach out with special requests!!), and I am happy to provide drop-in's just to visit, feed and cuddle your dog, cats, ferrets, etc. - I am even more pleased to offer a walk or run that is personally catered to your pup - old or young, big or small, and I am fortunate to have plenty of flexibility to do it. Hour-long walks are available upon request, and I can often arrange an even longer extended outing by request, as well - maybe a trip to the park or beach while you have a day-date or a spa day! :) You will also notice that I offer a price break per visit on each pet after the first. If your pet comes to our home, he or she will have access to plenty of space in our large, fenced in backyard. We are also in a very pet-friendly neighborhood for walks, without a lot of traffic. I will only accept one dog per sitting (unless from the same home), to ensure your pet gets the best care and all the spoiling during its stay with us. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was young. Growing up, I have been around a lot of animals including in college and post graduation. I work full time and my schedule varies weekly on the days I work. When I am off, I am available for the entire day. I live in a safe area that is clean. I am close to parks as well as socialization opportunities for your dog. I my home is doggy safe.
About: I am new to this site, but have used Wag! for quite some. I have been taking care of dogs since I was a young child and since then have taken care of almost every type of domestic animal. Whether you need your dog or cat walked, sat for, or boarded I can help. There's no dog too stubborn or cat too mean. I'm comfortable with all animals. Anything can be worked out... if there are instructions I need to follow, information I need to learn, or skills I need to master to make you feel safe, leaving your loved one with me I am willing. I am perfectly comfortable administering pets medication, tending to elderly pets, or even bottle-feeding any type of fur baby. When it comes to boarding, I have two live-in very friendly doodles, I trust them implicitly but they can be easily be kept (via large centrally located gate) separate from your fur baby if necessary or you feel more comfortable that way. I have a large fenced in backyard. My property is covered in cameras, both inside and out. I also have a GPS tracked fence and can have your pup wear a gps collar while staying here if you’d like for extra security. I would also be happy to pick-up and drop-off your pet to help make your travel plans more convenient and less stressful for you. I am not a giant stickler for start and stop times. No one can plan for traffic or a delayed flight. Travel is stressful enough so there should be no need to worry about that, everything can be worked out. Feel free to book me for sitting services if you need help whelping when your dog is in labor I am very familiar and could be a great help. I’m excited to meet and spend time with your fur baby family member 😁😁😁 I work from home, so I’m available for as many pet walks as walks as necessary, pet sitting and boarding. If I board your pet they will almost never if not actually never be left alone. I live in a house in a safe friendly neighborhood. I have a large fenced in yard that is reinforced with industrial chicken wire to prevent any smaller pups from escaping. Also, any dog that is to stay at my house can (upon owner request and or approval) be fitted with a GPS tracker for their stay here so they can be monitored by me at all times, even when just in the backyard. My property is covered outside and in with cameras and I have a security system. I have every size of cage and playpen if you’d like your pet to be kennel at night or if I have to run out for a minute. I also have a large gate in the main hallway of my house, which can be used to keep your pet separate from my two friendly doodles if that makes you more comfortable.
