About: Following the passing of our beloved 13 year old furbaby Zoe shortly after Christmas in 2024, my husband Kenny and I decided to honor her memory by offering dog boarding services in our home. We wanted to create a space where other dogs would receive the same love and care that Zoe did while their owners are traveling or away. Now that we are both retired and home full-time, we are able to provide a calm, comfortable, and loving environment for dogs, free from the stress often found in traditional kennels. Our home offers a peaceful setting where dogs receive individualized attention and care - no concrete kennels or constant barking, just a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Both Kenny and I have had dogs throughout our lives, often with two or three dogs at a time, as we do now. We have always adopted rescue dogs and regularly foster, with the aim of giving dogs a better future and a loving home. We have never, ever regretted this commitment. Currently, our family includes two dogs and two cats, all of whom get along well, are low-key, and are deeply loved. We have ample space and resources to care for your dog (or dogs!) as well, and would be delighted to do so. Additionally, we are pleased and honored to offer very low cost long-term boarding for any military service members who are deploying and need assistance caring for their dogs while they are away. My husband and I are retired and have ample time and resources to provide exceptional care for your dog, just as we do for our own pets, as well as those of our friends and family. Although we do not have a fenced yard, we walk your dogs leashed. We live out in the country on a lake, in the middle of nowhere on our own private 2 acres, on a dead end cul-de-sac with no traffic at all. We have a very large 20'x30' detached game room that is our hangout space, and would be where the dogs played indoors and could bed down. We have smoke detectors and a monitored alarm system that covers the house and game room. We have an excellent Vet available in Newberry, as well as access to a visiting emergency Vet service here at the house. There are no children or aggressive dogs here.

I do not crate any dogs in my care unless requested. Meet my pets I have two dogs. An 8yr old Maltese named Charlie. He loves to play and he could play all day long. I have experience administering pills and eye medication. I took care of a very ill dog for close to 2yrs. I have experience treating eye conditions as well. I work from home with an extremely flexible schedule. I make my own hours so I have plenty of time to care for your furbaby. About: Hello y’all! I am very experienced in training dogs and caring for dogs, cats, and most other animals. I have a lot of knowledge about dog and cat health, along with other animals (reptiles, birds, horses, etc.), and different breeds. My prior amazing pittie, Bo Peep, was deaf. Thus, I know ASL commands and signs from training her myself. So, I am able to work well with other deaf/hard-of-hearing animals. I’ve been lucky enough to have and/or care for all sorts of animals throughout my entire life, especially growing up as a feral child (haha) in Florida. I always tried to bring animals home (often to my mom’s dismay), and I’ve worked with various animals (e.g. birds of all sizes, reptiles, cats and dogs especially, horses, amphibians, fish, and some other farm animals). I have no problem giving medication or following any medical-related plans. I work with pets of all ages. I look forward to meeting y’all! I am currently a therapist that works remotely from home, so I am able to be with fur babies in-between clients throughout the day to meet their needs. I am very active, so plenty of walks for pups! With dogs and cats, I try to provide them with as much mental stimulation that I can (and maybe a few treats).

About: I have taken care of dogs and all kinds of animals since I was a toddler. I am very reliable walking, feeding, bathing, any kind of care needed for your pet. About: I have been a pet owner all of my life and there is a special joy and comfort that only a dog or cat can give us! I think it is important for our pets to get daily exercise to keep them happy and healthy. I'm an avid fitness enthusiast and I love all animals so getting your dog out of the house for daily walks is the perfect fit for both me and your furry friend! It's a great way for your dog to release that playful energy while strengthening their health as well. Playtime is also important in keeping our pets happy and friendly! Getting out and throwing balls, frisbees, sticks, etc is one of my favorite things to do with my own dogs and it's another great form of exercise for your pup! All animals are precious and deserve all the love and care that they can get and I consider it a privilege for me to help you provide that for your furry family member!! My goal is to make their stay feel as natural and stress-free as possible. I also have a large, fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely spend time outside. They are able to go in and out, play, explore, and burn off energy while remaining in a secure space. I supervise outdoor time and make sure every dog is comfortable with the environment. Throughout the day, I provide regular potty breaks, playtime, walks if requested, feeding according to the owner’s schedule, and plenty of attention. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos so they know their dog is safe, happy, and well cared for.
