About: I had pets ever since I was a little girl. My dream job would be to work with animals. I currently have two cats at home who I rescued after being abandoned by their mother. They are sweet and loving but can be a little shy or skittish around new people and things — so they may hide at first, but they warm up quickly! They are fully socialized and pose no threat to visiting dogs or other pets. I am a dog lover and I'm looking forward to watching and caring for your pets. I have taken a training class at the Humane Society for dog care. I have also taken care of horses including grooming and training for barrel racing and showing. I have taken care of bunny rabbits up to 19 rabbits at a time. I am flexible in my availability. Although I prefer part-time, I would be willing to stay with pets or have pets stay with me full time for specific periods of time for one month intervals. In special situations, I would consider longer intervals (to be determined on a case by case basis). I have ample space to walk dogs on my nearly 3/4 acre rural property which includes grassy and wooded areas. At this time, my flexible schedule allows me to spend plenty of time devoted to provide love and care for your dog. Currently, I do not have a dog myself. However, I have had the pleasure of owning dogs in the past. Now I am enjoying caring for my 11 year old pet rabbit Zahara.

About: I have been caring for dogs of all sizes and ages for the past 20 years. I have always used a very simple approach to dog sitting. A tired dog that is engaged is easy to take care of. My property has lots of things that will keep your dog curious and entertained. I have squirrels that run around in the trees and moles that leave chutes in the ground. Outside my fence you will often see rabbits, deer and the occasional opossum. Your dog will love the new smells and occasional sightings of these animals. For physical activity I have plenty of long stretches for play and ball chasing as well as some basic agility obstacles your dog may find interesting. My semi wooded lot has lots of sticks to chew on. Your pet will be included in walks around the neighborhood and my local park. Having recently retired from corporate America I am looking for things to keep me busy and make use of my love of pets and experience caring for them. I also recently lost my dog to cancer and while I am not quite ready to adopt a new dog I miss having one around. I do not have a 9-5 so except for the occasional errand I will be around for your pet full time. I take the responsibility of caring for your dog very seriously. I attach a tracking tag to the collar of every dog in my care as well as an extra layer of security. Feel free to ask me any other questions you may have and rest assured you will not regret booking me for any of your pet needs. I am retired so with the exception of an errand I will be available to your pet full time. Pets are allowed on my furniture and bed. Please advise if this is a behavioral you are trying to discourage! Your pet will enjoy plenty of time outside and walks around my neighborhood and local park. I have a fenced in wooded acre. Your pet will be given free range of my home, but I will crate or contain them when I am away for their protection. I currently have no pets so your dog will receive my full attention.

About: I'm a stay at home mother with a huge heart and endless patience for all dogs. We have a large fenced-in yard and many sofas and beds to sleep on. Our house is all hardwoods, so there's no issues if your dog has an accident. She loves sunbathing and playing with toys. I can, and am used to, administering medicine on a schedule. I am a long distance runner so long walks and extended play time is no issue at all! The following is a look into our daily life. We begin the day with a walk before food and medicine. We play outside and sunbathe around noon. In the later afternoon we go on an extended walk/run followed by food and medicine. Before bed we always play with her and take her out before bed. At night she often needs to go out multiple times a night so I take her whenever I hear her cues.

About: I moved to South Carolina 2 years ago from California, but I’ve lived all over the country. I love caring for animals and hope to soon own a farm full of them. I’ve recently purchased my own home and land, so a farm full of animals isn’t far off. For now though I have two dogs. The oldest is an 11 year old bridle mixed breed named Dingo, the younger one, Howie will be 3 this year. Both dogs are smart, well-behaved and friendly, but they also know how to keep to themselves.
