About: I've taken care of my neighbors cats for about 3 years give or take. I got my own cat about 2 years ago and he is one of my bestest animal friends. I have experience with feeding, cleaning litter boxes, cases of emergency, and one time I was sitting a cat the owner had me take it on walks! I am a stay at home dog parent. MY PRIORITY IS MY DOGS! I have lots of land all beautifully landscaped and live on a quiet country road surrounded by farmland and peaceful tranquility. Exercise is paramount to a healthy dog which is why we walk over a mile a day!We even use a stroller for our seniors that aren't as happy to walk for an hour.Exercise is included while your dog stays on our premises! I have a very large fenced in yard but still provide 24/7 supervision as I fervently believe that fur babies need protection. We love being outdoors and being active. Simba is my youngest and he is full of pep to playfully engage the most energetic of all dogs.Yes we go on walks but lots of off leash romps throughout my large fenced in premises as well.My philosophy is that a well exercised pet is also are the most vital healthiest and happiest.
“I can’t say enough good things about Sue! She was so incredibly accommodating and patient with my dog. My dog, Sadie, was uncharacteristically anxious and scared on our vacation. She was having a really hard time separating from me at all. Sue took the time to get her acclimated with the new environment and allowed me into her home to give Sadie time to adjust and get comfortable. She played calming music for Sadie and gave her her favorite treat- peanut butter. By the time we picked Sadie up, she was very happy and more back to herself. Sue gave Sadie so much love and attention the whole time I was at the aquarium. I was able to have a good time, knowing my dog was in good hands. Sue kept me updated on Sadie’s progress with texts, pictures and videos. I am so very grateful and would recommend Sue to anyone seeking a great pet sitter!”

About: I have had dogs since I was a child. I adopted a Golden Retriever from the South before I married and then adopted another dog (Springer/Brittany mix) from the shelter once I was married. He was the best $25 I ever spent!! He was like my best friend! Then we rescued a German Short Haired Pointer- what a love ! Those boys were very active and required daily runs! I took care of them both until they passed away. When they left us, we rescued two English Setters from Turkey. They are hands down my absolute sweethearts. They are 10 and 12 now. We aren’t running the beach anymore, but we are very happy with long walks in the woods. They are so spoiled - sleep by the fire, sleep in bed with us, sleep in my car- it’s like their crate and they absolutely love to be in it. I also had a cat that I rescued who lived 8 years with us until he passed away and now I have a barn cat. I feed her nightly, but I’m positive I’ve been feeding an opossum for some time! We have met a couple of times- from a distance! I feed her, talk to her nicely and let her be. I have also taken care of my neighbor’s Irish Wolf Hound when my neighbor had long days of doctor appointments in Boston. I am excited to start taking care of cats and dogs for more people. I know what it’s like to need someone you can trust. My pets are like my children! I am obsessed with their well being. I want them to be happy, safe, well fed, exercised and loved all the time!!! I work full time through out the school year and part time during the summer and can easily adjust my work schedule to accommodate drop in visits and dog walking services. Visiting pets can be crated if needed or gated in their own room while I am away from home. While I am home they will be free to roam the house and enjoy outside time safely in my fenced in yard.
About: I have three friendly dogs of my own and I have also attended a couple dog training lessons. Dogs are hands down my favorite animal! I have a lot of free time and dogs would make it more fun! I attend online college courses, so school and work are not an interference. I take my dogs at home on daily walks along a trail in my backyard, feed them twice a day, and I love playing with them!
About: I'm pretty new to Rover, but I’ve been caring for animals for most of my life and have experience with dogs, cats, hedgehogs, fish, and other small pets. I’m happy to schedule a meet-and-greet before services to learn your pet’s routine and ensure they feel comfortable. Safety is always my top priority, and I treat every home with respect—often leaving it a little cleaner than I found it. I am working a part time job during the weekdays, usually the shifts are 11am-4 or 5pm, and on the weekends I work longer shifts which vary in time. However... I have many weeks off here and there so I am free a lot of the time. My job is pretty flexible most of the time so I can leave work to walk your pups and make sure they are okay and then go back to work. My yard has an Invisible Fence for my dogs which works out quite nicely and whenever I have other people's dogs over I make sure to keep them on a leash so no accidents happen. That being said, I live with my parents so I would be more geared towards servicing in home visits and stays with your pets at your home.
