About: Growing up, my family owned an amazing, but traumatized dog that tended to be aggressive towards strangers. Now, I help care for two very timid, anxious dogs so I understand and can manage dogs of all sorts of temperaments. Old dogs will always have a special place in my heart. We like being surrounded by fur babies! We have three kitties and one Golden Doodle that is eager to have fun with your dog (he is very gentle despite his large size). Both my husband and I work remotely so at least one of us will be at the house at all times. We will be able to take care of your pet’s needs! About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

About: I love to be around animals and have a yet to meet one that didn’t like me. I enjoy playing with them, and walking them. I have two dogs of my own one is a puppy and one is about 11 years old. I have also gone to check on a friends dog when the are out of town and am pretty flexible to any times. I would prefer to see and meet the pet I will care for before any actual time or date that you will need care for. I am willing to go on walks, feed them or just check on them. I will care for all pets of any age or size. . . . . . . . . .
