“I want Sharon to be my pups forever auntie. I have never boarded any of my dogs. I lost my boxer at the end of December 2002. I’ve always had dogs but as time passed I felt this sense of freedom that I’d never experienced before. I booked a 7 day trip to Nashville. I had no responsibilities so why not right? 3 months before the trip (November 4th 2023) I went to an adoption event and came home with a very scared Texas pup. Sharon took him several times before our trip so that he could get to know her. He is not easy to say the least. She was great with him. While we were away she sent me daily messages and pictures. She kept reassuring me that he was doing great and telling me to enjoy myself when I would tell her I couldn’t wait to get home to him. When we returned to get him he wanted to stay with her. When we got outside to leave he ran back inside with her. Sharon had big smile she again reassured me that it happens sometimes. About: I’ve grown up with a dog and cat my entire life. I have experience with training. I grew up walking my neighbors dogs. When my friend goes out of town I walk and feed her dog as well as her cat. I learn very easily so if there is specific needs for your pet, I will always follow those instructions. I have just started using the rover app and have had wonderful experiences with pets and families. I work some days during the week, but otherwise I am fully flexible. I’m open to discussing any needs and finding the best schedule for the pets! If there is anything I can do to ensure you feel comfortable, I am more than happy to work it out. Making sure your pet is cared for is my top priority.

“Margo watched Finn during the day when I had to go back to work. She had no problem accepting the challenge of caring for a young puppy and has many years of experience raising dogs of her own. Finn got along really well with her two dogs and was always excited to go to Margo's house when I dropped him off in the morning. My mind was at ease during the work day knowing that he was in excellent care. She sent pictures and updates of them going on walks together, playing in the yard with her dogs, and working on some of his training. If we ever go away on a trip, I will definitely use Margo to care for Finn again! She truly loves what she does and cares deeply for all her clients' pups.”

She was having a really hard time separating from me at all. Sue took the time to get her acclimated with the new environment and allowed me into her home to give Sadie time to adjust and get comfortable. She played calming music for Sadie and gave her her favorite treat- peanut butter. By the time we picked Sadie up, she was very happy and more back to herself. I am a stay at home dog parent. MY PRIORITY IS MY DOGS! I have lots of land all beautifully landscaped and live on a quiet country road surrounded by farmland and peaceful tranquility. Exercise is paramount to a healthy dog which is why we walk over a mile a day!We even use a stroller for our seniors that aren't as happy to walk for an hour.Exercise is included while your dog stays on our premises! I have a very large fenced in yard but still provide 24/7 supervision as I fervently believe that fur babies need protection. We love being outdoors and being active. About: I’ve been caring for and walking dogs in my neighborhood for many years and have always loved being around animals. I’ve had two dogs of my own over the years, so I understand how important it is to give pets plenty of attention, care, and love. Dogs are definitely my favorite animals, and I truly enjoy spending time with furry friends! I’m currently working part time as a server. About: I've had pets of all types from Agway to Petco and beyond since I was 12 years old. My bond seems to be the strongest with dogs, but some say I have a gift with all animals. I recently cared for my best friend Salty for 16 years, and he would want me to share my lessons learned with other deserving pups! I work only part time, remote and in the office. My schedule is very flexible and I love to be outside in any weather. I am focused on dogs, but if you have some other unique friend, I'm willing to discuss options so not pet is left behind! I have a large garage pups love to run in, and I’m very close to 6 parks and the beaches, and do not have any other pets at this time. Salty, our Jack Russell Terrier left us on May 30, 2025. Although we miss him terribly, we learned a lot about dogs over the past 16 years with him!

About: I've had at least one dog in my house since I was in first grade. My first dog is no longer with us however, I currently have a 9-year-old black lab and a 7-month-old silver lab. My dogs love to go on hiking trails, and with your permission, I can also take your dog to new locations. I unfortunately don't have experience with other people's dogs except for friends and family. I'm currently working part-time, so I'm very flexible with times. I will put my dogs' needs first, however, making sure I have time to give them the exercise and attention they deserve. My dogs are my best friends. I always show love and respect towards them. I also understand how a dog's life can be boring sometimes. Giving them a new environment to sniff out creates a happy and exhausted pup. I try to take my older dog on a new walk/hike every week to give them an adventure and something to look forward to. About: I’ve grown up with a dog and cat my entire life. I have experience with training. I grew up walking my neighbors dogs. When my friend goes out of town I walk and feed her dog as well as her cat. I learn very easily so if there is specific needs for your pet, I will always follow those instructions. I have just started using the rover app and have had wonderful experiences with pets and families. I work some days during the week, but otherwise I am fully flexible. I’m open to discussing any needs and finding the best schedule for the pets! If there is anything I can do to ensure you feel comfortable, I am more than happy to work it out.
