“Sharon was very responsive. It was easy to communicate with her via phone, email, & text. She kept me well updated on how my pup was doing. She had a box of dog toys & my puppy found them & started playing right away. Her yard is not fenced however, she had a tether line that allowed my pup to explore most of the yard. Sharon also entertained my pup with our own favorite toys from home such as bubble & puzzles. This was my 1st time to try this service & to leave my 5 month old puppy & I was nervous at first but, Sharon's calming patient personality put me & my pup at ease. “I can’t say enough good things about Sue! She was so incredibly accommodating and patient with my dog. My dog, Sadie, was uncharacteristically anxious and scared on our vacation. She was having a really hard time separating from me at all. Sue took the time to get her acclimated with the new environment and allowed me into her home to give Sadie time to adjust and get comfortable. She played calming music for Sadie and gave her her favorite treat- peanut butter. By the time we picked Sadie up, she was very happy and more back to herself. About: I have had dogs since I was a child. I adopted a Golden Retriever from the South before I married and then adopted another dog (Springer/Brittany mix) from the shelter once I was married. He was the best $25 I ever spent!! He was like my best friend! Then we rescued a German Short Haired Pointer- what a love ! Those boys were very active and required daily runs! I took care of them both until they passed away. When they left us, we rescued two English Setters from Turkey. They are hands down my absolute sweethearts. They are 10 and 12 now. We aren’t running the beach anymore, but we are very happy with long walks in the woods. They are so spoiled - sleep by the fire, sleep in bed with us, sleep in my car- it’s like their crate and they absolutely love to be in it. I also had a cat that I rescued who lived 8 years with us until he passed away and now I have a barn cat. I feed her nightly, but I’m positive I’ve been feeding an opossum for some time! We have met a couple of times- from a distance! I feed her, talk to her nicely and let her be. I have also taken care of my neighbor’s Irish Wolf Hound when my neighbor had long days of doctor appointments in Boston. I am excited to start taking care of cats and dogs for more people. I know what it’s like to need someone you can trust. My pets are like my children! I am obsessed with their well being. I want them to be happy, safe, well fed, exercised and loved all the time!!! About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. I have 3 dogs that I have all trained and they know many tricks. My dog has even had puppies and I helped raise them till they were old enough to find forever homes. I love animals and working with them in any aspect would make my day! I am attending college and I have classes Tuesdays and Thursdays from the morning till about 3 in the afternoon, and one class early Friday mornings. I am available any other time. I will treat your pets like they are my own, with compassion and love. I will respect your homes as well. I will leave the home as tidy as it was when I arrived.

About: We are a married couple who both grew up in a home that always had dogs, and we don’t think a home is complete without a dog ! We have a Rhodesian ridgeback named Luca who loves to play with other dogs with naps and snacks in between. Hannah works from home so she is here all day to attend to them in between calls! Rory will support on an as needed basis. We look forward to meeting you and your dog and hope our home is like a home away from home for your pups! Requirements: Your dog needs to be potty trained Up to date on vaccines and flea/tick medications Good with other animals When booked: Please provide all food/snacks for your dog. If your dog requires a crate please bring your own as we don’t use any for our dog he sleeps with us in bed or lays on the couch with us. If they are allowed to do the same as Luca then we will happily all snuggle up ! Please bring a leash for your dog so we can take them for walks. Please tell us any specific instructions needed to care for your dog. Please provide us your veterinarian contact info incase of emergencies. Hannah works remote full time from home Monday -Friday ! Rory is home in the afternoon and evenings and will support on a as needed basis but Hannah will be the primary care taker to the pups! We are home on weekends unless we have a planned event. We have a fenced yard and a friendly dog named Luca who would love to have a playmate!! The cats keep to themselves but love our dog Luca just the same!

She also made it easier to leave Maui with her wonderful personality and openess to let Maui do things on her timetable. She was very good at sharing photos and videos of Maui's time with her.
