About: I've had animals in my life since I was 1! I've always had dogs, cats, birds, and small animals in my home. I've trained 3 of my own dogs. I've also trained horses and farm sat. Comfortable with animals of every size and most dispositions. Happy to tackle medications and baths. My daughter just started preschool so I'm transitioning out of the 'stay at home mom' portion of my life. Her current schedule makes returning to my prior career difficult so I thought I would try and make some animal friends to fill my quickly emptying best for the next two years as she transitions to full time big kid school I do not have a fenced in yard but I have a long lead and love across the street from Jamiels park and a block from the east bay bike path and town dog park. My apartment is definitely animal friendly, with only on carpeted room. I will always notify the owner or any health issue, and with coordinate with the owner emergency protocols. Outside, there is a waterfront your pet can visit for walks, large yards that the pet can explore, and even an enclosed area where your pet can be unleashed so they can get a chance to roam free if ever necessary. As far as individual animal routines for food and walks are concerned, I would only take on a job if I was able to provide the animal with its precise schedule. “Lisa is a very kind, gentle person who we hired to walk our dog, Rico, 5x (30 min ea walk) during our honeymoon. When we got the first couple of doggie report cards, Lisa had only walked rico 0.5ish miles. I was disappointed because I had hoped a 30 min walk would be closer to 1.5 miles. I spoke with Lisa about this and his next walks were 1 mile. It may be my own fault for not specifying that I wanted the emphasis of her 30min time blocks to be actually walking, vs playing with toys or brushing him, which are perfectly nice things to do but not for such a high energy dog like ours. Overall, our dog is alive and happy. Lisa fed our cat for free and helped coordinate visits/feedings with my family, who was also helping care for the pets. Some of the report cards showed that Lisa had spent 45 mins with Rico while only being payed for the 30, which I thought was very generous.”

About: Growing up i had a husky and a chocolate lab a couple pit bulls amongst other animals like ferrets, ducks and plenty of cats. I live with my 9 goldfish and two male corgis mixed with Australian cattle dog, 5 and 4 year old now :) I work Monday -Fridays 7am-3pm so I would be available anytime after that during the week and on Saturday and Sundays i am flexible with the times. I look forward to spending time, exercising and playing with your fur babies I'm currently working full time during the week but at night I can take your pups out for walks or play with then in the back yard. And if you happen to have cats I can also feed and play with them too. I love all animals. I don't have boarding as an option, I do offer to stay overnights if needed. I would give your fur baby love attention just as I would give mine.

Chris and Whitney are simply the best :) We left our 4 year old aussielabradoodle with them for a little over a week and they took loving care of Ellie, being patient with her as she learned to navigate steps independently. “Having moved recently to New Bedford, we didn´t have any close friends or relatives to leave our Lhasa Apso Johann with. We are so glad we came accross Taylor and Tyler on the Rover platform. They responded to my first contact almost immediately and were very attentive in getting back to me so we could arrange our meet and greet. They took care of Johann for 5 nights and would send me pictures daily and keep me posted. Johann adapted very well and we could see he was being well taken care of and having a fun time! We are so happy and thankful we now have a place to leave him when we next have to travel without him!”
