About: I grew up on a farm and have lots of experience with small and large animals. I have 4 years of veterinary experience- from kennel work, reception, and vet assistant. About: I am currently doing Rover part-time, I’m also working 2 other part-time jobs, however, for one of them I get to choose my own schedule. If given enough notice (usually a week) I can take off the days you’d need from one of my jobs, and then just schedule my other around it! I’ve had and taken care of dogs/cats since a young age. Monday through Friday, I work a 6-8-hour shift, but I schedule pet sitting and house sitting around my work hours & leave to ensure pets still receive plenty of care and attention. My greatest availability for full- time in house is: • Weekends & holidays • Monday–Friday: Midnight- 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM–Midnight. I will always do my best to accommodate each pet’s routine and needs while providing reliable, attentive care. I have a checklist that I review with pet owners to ensure we cover everything as thoroughly as possible. This includes bathroom schedules, allergies, medications, the type of fencing or yard setup they have, whether pets are allowed on furniture, and if they are sensitive to thunder or loud noises (primarily so I can monitor them closely during storms or fireworks). I also ask about grooming needs, any injuries or hotspots to watch for, veterinary contact information, and the nearest emergency vet in your area. While I’ve never had to take a pet I was caring for to an emergency vet, I believe it’s important to have that information readily available in case treatment ever becomes necessary. We’ll also discuss any limitations they may have, as well as whether they’re allowed to go on rides, walks, swimming outings, or even enjoy the occasional pup cup 🩶 I also like to review each pet’s daily routine and preferences with owners to help keep their care as consistent and comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’ll ask about feeding schedules, potty breaks, medications, sleeping arrangements, favorite activities, and any behaviors or sensitivities I should be aware of. My goal is for every pet to feel safe, loved, and stress-free in my care while giving owners peace of mind knowing their pets are being treated like family.
About: I have taken care of many animals in my life, including but not limited to dogs, cats, ferrets, hamsters, fish, farm animals etc. I have helped with grooming, feeding, clean up, providing medicine, bottle feeding, delivering puppies etc. I am comfortable and confident handling all breeds and ages. My one cat dont like big dogs I can do any days depending on my work schedule that I have. I need 2 week in advance just for that reason so I know what times and day that I need available I take care of feeding dogs and cats, cleaning litter box, and walking the dogs and playing with them and Bonding with them.
