Her communication was great from the initial contact, even confirming the meet & greet about an hour ahead of time, and that continued during our time out of town. She asked conscientious questions about things we might or might not want her to do (both with the cats and in general with the house). She included some detail in the Rover Report Card each day so we knew how the cats were doing, whether they were interacting with her, etc. And we got daily photos, even if/when they stayed in hiding. That gave us a great sense of comfort to see their faces each day---like most people, we're very attached. With other places (including a boarding facility), we haven't gotten daily pics, and it really made a world of difference that we did. I cannot host cats in my home due to the prey drive of my husky, sometimes she’s ok with them, other times not. *I’ll do feedings for lizards as I have had a few bearded dragon myself as well so I’m knowledgeable here also. (But under no circumstances ask me to care for your snake, or your spider!) ***I offer walks, playtime, feed & water breaks, treat time, medication administration ALL in my standard fee. Anything else, just ask! I’m very flexible & willing to work out most things if we can come to an agreement suitable for both sides. About: I’m Emily! A little about me: I love to run, lift, paint, and read. I am currently a student at the University of Pittsburgh studying Speech Pathology and Audiology who’s home for the summer! I've been a pet owner myself for about 5 years now. My family currently has three cats and has had a dog and another cat in the past. I have lots of experience with small dogs! I have a house with an enclosed big backyard as well! I will never be leaving them at home and will cuddle and be able to play with them 24/7. I currently am a student and I don’t have classes everyday or another full time job! I have a lot of time to give to these dogs. I make sure the dog is comfortable and safe. My number one priority is having them be as relaxed as possible and enjoy their day! I will always be at home which allows for regular potty breaks and a fenced in backyard as well to maximize their playing time. I have tons of experience with puppies as well!
About: I have been caring for my own variety of animals from reptiles, dogs cats, rodents for many years. I have 3 cats of my own. I also have many years experience as a kennel attendant, animal boarding facility manager and also have done cat rescue work as well. I love all animals but cats are my specialty. I also have taken pet first aid certification class too. I have a full time job that is also animal related with a very set schedule which allows me flexibility for part time pet sitting and delivery work. I would be consistently available as follows: Mondays 7-8AM 12PM-4PM & 8PM-10PM Tuesdays 7-8AM 2-4PM & 8PM-10PM Wednesdays 7-8AM 12PM-10PM Thursdays 7-8AM 12PM-4PM 8PM-10PM Fridays 7-8AM 12PM-4PM & 8PM-10PM Saturdays 7-8AM 3PM-10PM Sundays 8AM-10PM I can come to your home 2-3 times a day as needed for their care. About: I’ve walked dogs since I was 12. I’ve had my own pets for 5 years now. I have experience with puppy and kitten care. Currently have a dog and a cat. I’m in college Monday and Wednesday 9-4/Tuesday and Thursday 9-2. I am free all weekends and most evenings. I can do overnight care if requested. I have a long lead for my backyard. I also am able to crate your dog if requested. I have a crate large enough for a Great Dane. I do have one dog who is extremely friendly and an older cat.
