About: I started training dogs at a very young age, and decided to make it into a career a few years ago. I specialize in fearful and reactive dogs, the overlooked and misunderstood. About: *Hello! My name is Jessica and I cannot wait to pet sit for you! I have roughly 15 years of experience with pet/house sitting. With me, you'll be able to enjoy vacation, spend time with family, or whatever it may be with reassurance and a sigh of relief knowing that your little furry family member is in good hands. *I started off many years ago cat sitting for 2 cats and one of them needed a lot of care including medication twice a day. Over the years, that led to dog sitting 2 dogs. About: I graduated with a BS in animal science with a companion animal emphasis, obtaining knowledge/experiences through classes, labs, internships, and employment. I worked as a veterinary assistant and kennel tech throughout undergrad seasonally and for several months post-grad at 2 different clinics. I also worked as a wildlife rescue & rehab intern and aquarist intern during undergrad, focusing on animal care and husbandry. Lastly, I have owned/helped care for family pets almost my whole life (including rodents, rabbits, and a dog) and have pet sat dogs and cats for family friends/neighbors on the side. About: I have experience in working with animals in boarding and daycare and currently work as a veterinary assistant. I am trained in animal restraint, administering medications, and reading body language. I also have 4 family dogs and one of my own. Taking care of pets is my life.
