My dog is quite skidish about new dogs, new environments and new people. This was no challenge for Cheryl. She was able to ease my dogs insecurities right away and allowed her 2 dogs time to meet our little girl on her terms and very cautiously. Cheryl was flexible with my drop off and pick up times and communicated with me throughout the entire stay with updates and photos. She also provided my dog with medications for her skin and gave us great feedback on how I may be able to better care for her allergies. “I am so very pleased with Cheryl and her furry family. Cheryl was very meticulous about assessing my dogs needs and care right from the start. My dog is quite skidish about new dogs, new environments and new people. This was no challenge for Cheryl. She was able to ease my dogs insecurities right away and allowed her 2 dogs time to meet our little girl on her terms and very cautiously. Cheryl was flexible with my drop off and pick up times and communicated with me throughout the entire stay with updates and photos. She also provided my dog with medications for her skin and gave us great feedback on how I may be able to better care for her allergies. Cheryl is a very responsible dog owner and it certainly carries into her ability to care for my dog as well. My dog was happy and stress free while in Cheryl's care and I will definitely be using her again! About: I have had dogs of all sizes my whole life. I have raised and trained two service dogs. We now have a rescue and have gained experience with skittish, anxious dogs. I work full time as an occupational therapist. I am available most weekends for sitting in my home. I also occasionally work weekends and then have days off during the week, so I would be available for limited daytime sitting. I have two friendly labs that are well socialized and love play dates! I would treat your dog as my own. I will follow all instructions to ensure I am meeting your dogs needs.
About: I grew up in a dog-loving home—there was never a time we didn’t have a furry friend in the family. Since my very first pet, I’ve enjoyed caring for animals. Now as an adult, I have a dog and a cat of my own. My pup is a high-energy guy that I’ve raised since he was a puppy. We also have sidewalks throughout the neighborhood perfect for walks, a puppy play pen for supervised fun, and plenty of space to crate pets comfortably if needed. All areas are pet-proofed to prevent accidents, and I carefully manage food, toys, and any medications. When visiting a client’s home, I follow their routines closely to keep pets comfortable and stress-free. I make sure doors and gates are secure, hazardous items are out of reach, and I maintain open communication with owners about any special needs or behaviors. About: Dog Mom of 5 spoiled dogs and 4 pampered cats! I've had animals all of my life and will treat yours as I do my own! I work full time, but I can do early morning check ins (before 7:30), lunch break (11:30), or when I am off of work (4 P.M. and after). :) My job offers me flexibility, so I will absolutely try and accommodate other times if need be. I have a large fenced in yard and a swimming pool that is loved by 2 of our golden retrievers. I love taking my cattle dog on hikes and all of our dogs get played with daily outside. Its their home, I just live in it. :) I do have a large crate if your dog is still in training, or just feels safer being in one.

She was very accommodating to my old senior Mochi and was able to arrange a quiet area for him to rest as well as a fenced outdoor area for him to roam. I was a little worried letting someone else watch Mochi since he's old dog ailments and we're from out of town, but Pamela gave me such a peace of mind with her experience with senior dogs and it showed with how great she took care of my ol'boy! I will definitely be back in touch with Pamela next time we're in the area and need a dogsitter :)”
